The eternal promise of Jesus is this. I am going to prepare a place for you. That where I am there you may be also. But who will enter heaven? Who will receive a Crown of Life? A. Those who love the Lord with all their heart, mind and soul. B. Those who read His word daily and obey what it says. C. Those who obey Jesus command. Go ye therefor and teach all those things I have commanded you. Lo, I am with you always. D. Those who bring lost souls to the feet of Jesus. Your nextdoor neighbors, all your tenants and those who left the church for any reason. E. Those who fast and pray daily for their salvation. F. Those who keep Gods word in their heart. Nothing we have brought into this world and nothing we shall be able to take...
When you go through Storms in your life, or when a loved one is going through Storms, if you are not keeping your focus on the Lord, you will not see His goodness. The Lord never said that you will have things easy in life when you became a Christian, He said he will be there for you, He will direct your paths, He will not forsake you, sometimes we are so focused on our circumstances that we forget the goodness of God. We forget How he has taken us out of so many trials and tribulations, Sometimes we go through some horrible unbelievable things, and we think we cannot make it through, but you can if you remember who Your Father is, If You remember you are a child of the King, and that He has good plan for your life, one to prosper you...
God sent us here to earth for a reason. He has a plan for each one of us. He has chosen all of us from the begining of the earth to His own. To be his missionaries on earth. First. Be a wonderful missionary to your own children. Teaching them Gods word. Taking them to church faithfully. Make sure they love Jesus with all their heart mind and soul. Second. Pray for your children or step children. God has given to you to be a blessings, to feed them Gods word. Third. Love your children like Jesus loved all the children He saw around Him. He cared for them and wanted all of them in heaven. Fouth. A faithful missionary are those who take Gods word seriously and share with others. Obeying the command. Go ye therefore...
A lot of Christians think if we're anything less than deliriously happy every minute of every day of our lives it's a sin. But does God really see it that way,and does the Bible really state that?.For example, if a Christian goes to the funeral of an unsaved loved one,{and knowing that the person will be in the Lake of Fire for ever--while others are mourning, is the Christian supposed to start running up and down the aisles shaking a tambourine and celebrating, to prove their "happiness" that their loved one is in hell? You see what I mean, in some cases, certain emotions are out of context with the situation. If we go to minister to a nation with a famine, if a kid expresses discomfort that he's starving, are we supposed to scold him...
Cussing Fussing Cutting Stubborn Offensive Know-it-All (upsetting the status quo;’ always got sum’tin to say) Audacious (enough to step out on the water) Though having denied Him in the past, so that some have even called me sometimey, I forgive their vernacular error, for while I am not sometimey, I confess it, the ways of Peter are “sometimes me.” I doubt that I’m the only culprit . . . NEVERTHELESS Because of the TRUTH spoken that, like Peter, despite all of my shortcomings, JESUS is the CHRIST, the SON of the LIVING GOD, I too am redeemed, therefore: “Upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever...
Interesting. At the fall, after Adam and Eve we got our sin natures. I got that. And it happened to everybody.BUT, here's the mystery{to me,at least}.If everyone inherited the sin nature, you would think all the unsaved are on equal footing, and would have an equal level of sin.But no.Because although sin is sin,one sinner may commit less "serious" sins than another.like, one unsaved person, obviously, since the fall, inherited the sin nature, but when they hear of someone commiting a VIOLENT sin, like stabbing someone to death after a robbery, etc. the other unsaved person would find it disgusting.Like I've heard some unsaved people who think {and rightly so}that adultery is a sleazy thing. Now here's the question--if an unsaved person is...
