We know the definition of idolatry as something we put before God, usually as an object of worship.BUT, I was thinking, can it also apply to something we chose to help us INSTEAD OF God?Like, rely on that INSTEAD OF God to aid us?The latest thing I see being hyped up to the Heavens is pot.Not even just medicinal, but more and more states are legalizing it,or considering doing that.And they're hyping it like it helps you with everything but the kitchen sink.Now, my question would be by depending on the pot to help them instead of going directly to God,would that be,like putting the the pot ahead of God,as a source of help} and hence, a form of idolatry?.And all the people getting into yoga and Buddism.They say these pagan concepts make...
