Everyone of us are strangers and sojourners on earth. We are just tenants where we live. It could be in a wonderful mansion, or a tent, or a tenth floor of a high rise.. Wherever we live, we are just tenants and the Landlord is Jesus. He owns everything we have and He will take away from us when a heavenly call comes to our hearts. Precious in the sight of the Lord are the death of His saints.... Yes, we are traveling in this world. Our home is not here, it is in heaven above. 1. On earth, while we travel all around our neighborhood, be flexible, expect change, be ready for anything to come up. Jesus will try our faith. 2. Make a wish list of what you are going to do for Jesus in your day and whatever you do. 3. Watch...
Anthony Craig Lemon (My brother) Rev. Dr. Ralph Douglass West (former Pastor) Rev. Dr. Marcus D. Cosby (former Pastor) Rev. Dr. Alexander Johnson (former Asst. Pastor) Honorable Mayor Sylvester Turner (former Mayor) LORD, you know the common connection. Matthew 31:45 I would never have passed any one of you, in your hungry and homeless condition, and not at the very least, had offered of my world's goods, to help you; which is the very basic of Christian brotherly love. Will you claim ignorance when even the whole nation knew? 1 John 4:20 Whomever claims to love GOD, yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. First and foremost HEAVENLY FATHER I give glory and honor to Your name alone. Thank You for answering my last posted...
Jesus continues calling everyone to come to Him and become wonderful servants of the living God. An eternal purpose fixed in our souls to see, to hear and to obey a heavenly call. The Lord is calling us to change the world with His word on life at a time and one small step at a time. Let us all begin today and continue on till Jesus call us home to heaven. My brother, my sister, my counsin and their faimily, our next door neighbors need the Lord. My coworker, my doctor and my dentist needs God. I am reasy to share the Lord with them. Our call to be missionaries is not a miraculous or supernatural action coming to us. Instead, it is an inner urge that comes from heaven. Jesus telling us. Follow Me all the way to heaven...
We read of Jesus going into the wilderness for 40 days.We read of Moses going up to the top of Mount Sanai by himself to receive the 10 Commandments.Adam and Eve, were in nature surroundings when created. Not once do we read of a person receiving a spiritual insight on the New York City subway at rush hour,or in a traffic jam on the L.A. freeway. Some surroundings are just more conducive to spirituality than others.I'm a realist, so in my own experiences,in my Greyhound bus riding days, when I was riding past beautiful mountain scenary in Montana, spiritual thoughts came to me like,"And they will do no harm in all My Holy Mountain."Even at a cemetary, I get thoughts like,"The time is coming when all those in the memorial tombs will hear the...
If we don't pray and fight for religious freedom and freedom of speech now, we will not share the gospel and state what the Bible (God) says about the topics that make our hair stand up once it is banned. Selah (pause, think about this). We ask for religious freedom of speech and Biblical teaching to flourish here in The U.S.A. And worldwide, now, In Jesus' Name.
Constantly oppose to the spread and knowledge of the Lord word and actions. When you share Jesus with them, they will disrespect you and lie about you because they are being used by satan to make sure Jesus is not spokent there. Sometimes they will break your heart and hurt you so badly just as they did to Jesus when He was carrying a heavy cross to Mount Calvary. He said. Women of Jerusalem, weep not thou for me. Weep for yourselves and for your children. People of the world need the Lord. They are so far away from enjoying life eternal in heaven. Jesus said. In Me, ye shall find peace. John 16.33a We all deserve to be happy and joyful in life. It is a gift that comes from heaven. We deserve to have a life we are...
Jesus alone can rebuild our troubled life. When we lost our job, lost our home, my wife left me and run away with someone else and my children are so hopeless and helpless. Who do I turn now? Who would help? 1, Run to the arms of Jesus. He is waiting for you with open arms to reconstruct, rebuild your troubled existence. 2. When your life is smashed into tiny little pieces and scattered all over the floor. Reach out and touch the hand of the Master of it all. Jesus want you up and going for the glory of God the Father. 3. If everything is completely broken, failed business and lost everything, Jesus is right there to bless, to help and to guide your steps towards heaven. 4. Seek the Lord while He can be found. Sometimes...
