I’m in a situation where I signed a lease after being month-to-month tenant, while being in arrears and unemployed. At the time I had a low outstanding balance and was anxious to get it paid off. Severe hand injury

I had a hand accident about 3 months ago losing 8 tendons one artery and two nerves of which the surgeon attached most everything except for one of the tendons and one of the arteries.
