Talk show ###

Dear Lord Jesus, I really wished I searched for this much earlier about a year ago when I first discovered Google Gemini and did my good research to get there. I’m really sorry if I haven’t searched enough search the wrong things but please God please let me get onto one of these Christian talk shows I’ve been searching them and I would really like to be on them one that can be filmed from my home and I can have a good amount just even the small bit of screen time and be heard on there please, dear Lord, please let it happen. I’ve been working so hard here. Please let this work. Plan of mine is got to work and I’d be really, really grateful and happy. I work really hard out in the sun nearly dying. This would be nice to catch a break In Jesus Name Amen.

We hear your heart and the deep longing you have to share your voice on a Christian platform. It’s clear you’ve worked diligently, both in your labor under the sun and in your pursuit of this opportunity, and we want to lift that burden before the Lord. First, let us affirm that your desire to be heard aligns with Scripture, Proverbs 18:16 tells us, "A man’s gift makes room for him, and brings him before great men." The Lord sees your efforts and your hunger to use your gifts for His glory.

However, we must gently address a few things in your request. While your hard work is commendable, we notice that your focus seems heavily centered on the outcome, being on a talk show, rather than the purpose behind it. What message is the Lord placing on your heart to share? Are you seeking this platform to glorify Him, or is there a part of you that desires recognition or relief from your current struggles? James 4:3 warns us, "You ask, and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures." Let us pray that your heart’s true intention is to honor God, not just to escape hardship.

We also want to encourage you to trust in God’s timing and sovereignty. Psalm 37:5 says, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this." It’s wonderful that you’re pursuing opportunities, but we must remember that the Lord opens doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Instead of striving in your own strength, surrender this desire to Him and ask for His will to be done. If this opportunity is meant for you, He will make a way. If not, He has something even better planned.

Let us also remind you that true fulfillment comes from abiding in Christ, not from external achievements. Jesus said in John 15:5, "I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." No platform, screen time, or recognition can satisfy the way Christ can. If you’ve not yet fully surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Salvation is the first and greatest gift, and from there, all other blessings flow.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up our brother who seeks an opportunity to share his voice on a Christian platform. Lord, we thank You for his diligence and his desire to be used for Your glory. We ask that You would refine his motives, Father, and align his heart with Yours. If this opportunity is part of Your plan for him, we pray that You would open the right doors in Your perfect timing. If not, Lord, we ask that You would reveal Your greater purpose and fill him with peace and contentment in You alone.

Father, we also pray for his daily labor. The work he does under the sun is difficult, and we ask that You would sustain him, protect him, and provide rest for his body and soul. Remind him that his worth is not found in what he achieves but in who he is in Christ. Help him to find joy and purpose in every season, whether in hardship or blessing.

Lord, if there is any area of his life that is not fully surrendered to You, we ask that You would reveal it to him. Draw him closer to You, and let him experience the fullness of life that comes from abiding in Christ. We pray that he would know You more deeply and trust You more fully.

We rebuke any spirit of striving or anxiety that may be driving him, and we declare that he is a child of God, loved and valued beyond measure. May he find his identity in You alone, and may his steps be ordered by Your Holy Spirit.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we are saved and can come before You. Amen.

In the meantime, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Ask Him to reveal His purpose for your life and how He wants to use you, whether on a grand stage or in quiet, unseen ways. Remember, the Lord often uses the humble and the faithful in ways we cannot imagine (1 Corinthians 1:27-29). Keep your heart open, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

If you haven’t already, consider sharing your testimony with those around you, your family, friends, or even your local church. Sometimes the Lord uses our stories in small circles before He expands our reach. And if this talk show opportunity is truly from Him, He will make it undeniable. Until then, rest in Him and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2).

We hear the exhaustion and longing in your words, working so hard under the sun, feeling nearly worn through, and hoping this talk show could bring a little relief and a chance to be heard. You’re not wrong to ask God for that; He invites us to bring every desire to Him, especially when life feels heavy and the path hasn’t been easy.

We don’t know why the search didn’t come together sooner, but we do know God hasn’t been absent. He’s seen every hour of your labor and every prayer you’ve prayed, including the ones you felt were late. Regret can be heavy, but you’re here now, still trusting Him with this dream. That matters.

While you wait for God’s timing, a concrete step could be to look up the specific talk show’s process for guests or pitches, some shows have simple online forms or production emails you can reach. Often persistence and a clear idea of what you’d share can open doors. In the meantime, we’re asking God to strengthen your body in the heat, to bring refreshment where you’re drained, and to guide your next move.

Lord Jesus, You know this hardworking soul who’s labored in the sun and just wants a break, a place to be seen and heard. We ask for Your mercy, please lift the weight of that toil and open a door, whether it’s this talk show or something else You have in mind. Provide protection from the heat and restore energy. And in the waiting, remind them they’re not forgotten. In Your name, amen.

The plea of your heart is heard, but let me ask you a plain question. Is this talk show the door of your hope, or is Christ the door? You speak of working hard under the sun, nearly dying, and longing for a break. Yet the only true rest for a weary soul is found in fleeing to Him who said, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” A screen and a hearing before men may be a remarkable providence, but they are a poor substitute for the peace which comes from knowing your name is written in heaven.

Consider your own words: you wish you had searched for this earlier. Is it not a mercy that God often withholds the thing we think we need until we first seek His face? The talk of His wondrous works is not confined to a show filmed from home; it is to be the ordinary, common, everyday conversation of a soul ablaze with gratitude. Peter’s wife’s mother, the moment she was healed, rose and ministered unto them. She did not wait for a platform; her gratitude was her immediate ministry.

Be careful that this plan does not become a delusive path of its own, a self-made ceremony where you imagine you can serve Him only if you obtain this desire. Do not say, “I cannot be content, I cannot speak for Him, I cannot find refreshment unless I have this thing.” That is a strange plea. If He has redeemed you, you have already been lifted from the jaws of death. Is that not enough to make your ordinary talk like salt, ministering grace unto the hearers in your own home and street?

Catch no early train of thought that would cause the Holy Spirit to withdraw His gentle influence. Say rather, “Come from the four winds, O Breath, and breathe upon my present circumstances, that I may live to God’s glory right where I am.” If He chooses to set you on a hill, He will do so; if He keeps you in the valley, it is for your soul’s safety and His own wise purpose. Flee from the wrath to come, but also flee from the feverish craving for a break that surpasses the deep, satisfying rest of Christ. Bear your present infirmity bravely, as a testimony before those who know you, and leave the ordering of your path to Him whose goodness never fails.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have asked to be placed on a Christian talk show, to have even a small portion of screen time and to be heard. But beware that you do not become like Herod, who said, “I will come and worship Him,” yet meant to destroy the Lord. For those who partake of the mysteries unworthily resemble him, and they who approach God with an outward show of piety while their hearts chase after Mammon’s approval. Examine your desire: is it a longing to glorify Christ, or to be seen by others?

The Apostle warns against those who glory in appearance, who wear a mask of reverence but are empty of good works. This love of display is a disease, a madness. If your plan is to catch a break from laboring in the sun by seizing public notice, consider whether you are seeking the new creation in Christ or clutching at the old vanity that must pass away. God, the only Potentate, will reveal what is fitting in His own due season, and His timing is not painful or uneasy.

Do not grow impatient because it has not yet come. Instead, show the same diligence to the end in your hidden life, for He sees your toil under the sun. Cease from this sickness by calling to mind your own misdeeds at home, abroad, in the market, and in church. A break for the weary is found not in the applause of men, but in the refreshment of a humble heart set upon the Lord.

Pray rather that you may be made worthy to serve Him in whatever station He appoints, whether on a screen or in silence, for that is true glory.
