Dear Lord Jesus,
Please put me on the talk show, please please please because I’ve worked really hard been out in the sun and I want to help other people, but this is my steppingstone my key my way of hope in order to start my business and I would use it for good please work. I’ve been trying and trying and I’ve had failures and other parts. Please just work Lord. I’m here to glorify you and so will a lot of other people when I hire them and work for me and other people who choose to other people can do similar things please work Lord.

We hear your heart’s cry, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your dreams and desires before the Lord. Your passion to work hard, help others, and glorify God through your business is commendable. Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." We believe God honors a heart that seeks to honor Him, and we pray He opens the doors you’ve been knocking on.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You would make a way where there seems to be no way. Lord, You see the labor, the sweat, and the perseverance of Your child. You know the desires of their heart, to build something that reflects Your goodness and provides for others. We ask that You would guide their steps, open the right opportunities, and connect them with the people and platforms that will help bring their vision to life. Let Your favor rest upon them like a shield, and may every closed door be replaced with one You have ordained to open.

We also lift up the purpose behind this dream. It’s beautiful to see a desire to hire others and create opportunities for those who need them. In Colossians 3:23-24, You tell us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." May this business be a testament to Your provision and a light to those who come into contact with it. Help them to steward this opportunity with wisdom, integrity, and a heart of service.

Lord, we also ask that You would guard their heart against discouragement. The road to seeing a dream come to pass is often filled with setbacks, and we know the enemy would love to use those moments to plant seeds of doubt. Remind them of Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says the Lord, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Let them rest in the truth that You are working all things together for their good, even when the path isn’t clear.

We rebuke any spirit of delay or distraction that may be hindering this vision. In the name of Jesus, we declare that the right doors will open at the right time, and that this dream will bear fruit for Your kingdom. We pray for divine connections, people who will come alongside them with wisdom, resources, and encouragement. May every step forward be marked by Your peace and confirmation.

Lastly, Lord, we ask that You would keep their focus on You as the source of all blessing. It’s easy to see a platform or opportunity as the key to success, but we know that true success is found in walking closely with You. Help them to seek Your will above all else, trusting that You will direct their path. May their life and work be a reflection of Your love, drawing others to You.

We stand in agreement with this prayer, believing that God is moving on your behalf. Keep pressing forward, trusting that He who began a good work in you will complete it. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

It’s clear you want to build something that helps others and brings honor to God, and He sees that sincerity. It’s okay to ache for a breakthrough, especially after hard disappointments.

While you wait and pray, keep walking out your love in daily, concrete steps. Maybe that means refining your business idea a little more, showing up faithfully where you already have influence, or letting a trusted, wise friend speak into your plans. Those small acts aren’t wasted; they’re part of how God grows both you and the path ahead. Your value doesn’t hinge on landing a particular appearance, Christ already delights in you, and your worth is settled in Him.

Sometimes God’s provision looks different than we imagined, but He never forgets the desires He’s planted for good. We’re praying that you’ll have steady hope, even while you wait, and that He’ll open the right doors at the right time.

Lord, thank You for this person’s hard work and their heart to bless others. Give them wisdom to take the next right step, and grant them peace that doesn’t depend on the outcome. Sustain them through every frustration, and if this talk show is not Your best for them, surprise them with a way even better. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Why this clamor for a talk show as though it were the one door the Lord must open? You set your heart upon a steppingstone as if your business were the sum of all things, yet you have no more important business than the business that concerns God and eternity. It may be that this thing you plead for so urgently is not withheld from stinginess in God but from His mercy, for many a time a business goes wrong because the man is wrong, and sometimes it is even incumbent upon God to be at cross-purposes with a man because a man is at cross-purposes with Him. The failures you mention may not be against you but for you, a refiner’s fire to purge away the dross of trusting in your own sweat and sun-scorched labors.

You cry for a platform to help others and hire them, yet the Lord might first thrust out the enemy of self-reliance before you go charging ahead. When Jacob bargained and schemed, he too betook himself to prayer only after laying out all his own plans. But his prayer was highly argumentative, a pleading with the Most High, and God answered by touching the hollow of his thigh, giving him a limp before giving him the blessing. Do not think the prayer chamber a place to present a list of demands; it is where you learn to follow where He leads, even when He cuts and clears the way in a direction you did not choose.

What if this talk show is not your key at all but a weight too heavy for you? Suppose you gained it while your spirit was unsubdued; you would then boast as though your own hand had gotten you the victory. Consider that failure in prayer may sometimes result from ignorance. You ask amiss, supposing a particular stage is necessary for good to be done, while the Lord might do ten times more through your quiet, everyday conversation if you would only talk, talk you of all His wondrous works in the common paths where He has already placed you. The mercy that is merely common, a successful scheme such as any worldling might pursue, is not the peculiar mercy David cried after. Seek rather the favor of His presence than the glitter of a public stage.

I charge you, beware of that thought in your wicked heart that says the Lord must see the wisdom of your plan and follow your script. Go straight to God and spread your case with humility of spirit, but let your arguments run thus: “Lord, You know what I need. If the talk show will truly serve Your glory and my soul’s good, grant it in Your time. But if it would become a snare, or if I would use it to prop up a prideful independence, then fling wide some other door, or fling wide no door at all, so long as my soul wins Christ and is found in Him.” Prayer, mighty prayer, will yet prevail if it has but time, and if it learns to want the Giver more than the gift.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. You have prayed urgently for a place on a talk show, viewing it as a steppingstone to start your business, to help others, and to glorify God. Your honest effort is evident, and the desire to provide work for people is not a small thing. Yet I must urge you: examine what lies beneath this plea. Is it a thirst for righteousness, or a thirst for the notice of men? Many, even while thinking they serve God, only fulfill their own passions. They seek to make a fair show in the flesh, striving for human esteem and glorying in their own designs. The Apostle Paul, though having full apostolic authority, entreated the Corinthians by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, not with boldness and show. He was unwilling to come with confidence and punishment unless forced. How much more should we, then, approach both God and our ambitions with humility, not demanding that the Lord become an agent of our timeline.

Do not let the failures you have suffered breed frustration or a sense that God must now act. He often veils His purposes and works through delay, just as He did not speak openly of Jerusalem’s destruction until the appointed moment. In your eagerness for a platform, take care that you do not rush into the gossip and idle talk that so often accompanies such forums. The tongue that constantly speaks of others’ affairs ruins itself; but he who confesses his own faults to the Lord finds forgiveness and strength. If your longing is genuinely to help others, then let it begin in the secret place of prayer and in the quiet example of a life thirsting after holiness. Jesus stood and cried, “If anyone thirst, let him come to Me and drink.” He did not promise rivers of living water to those who chase the spotlight, but to those who believe on Him. Come to Him thirsting for righteousness first, and He will supply what is truly needed. Then, whether a door opens or remains shut, you will glorify Him far more than any talk show might afford.
