Please pray for my relationship

Hi, my girlfriend left me for I have been in a bad place. Drinking too much and arguing, nothing violent, just been not a great person. I fear that I have pushed it too far and she doesn't see me the same. I'm having dinner with her tonight and I would really like to ask God if she could see that's not who I am and I've stopped that behaviour. And if she could see us again. Where she used to love me so much too. Please God help me. I know there are people in big need but my heart is absolutely broken and my world is empty. I would really appreciate another chance to prove I'm better to her and to you God.
