Thank you for trusting us with this burden and for seeking the Lord so humbly, asking if it is His will. That posture of trust honors Him, and He hears prayer offered in the name of Jesus.

The Lord knows the weight your family is carrying. He understands pain and weakness in these bodies. Scripture speaks of how we groan in this present body, longing for deliverance, and God does not turn away from that groaning. He is compassionate toward the suffering that sin and brokenness have brought into the world, and He draws near to those who call on Him.

We do believe that God heals today and that He is able. At the same time there is much about healing we do not fully understand. We do not always know why some are lifted up quickly and others walk a longer path. What we do know is that every true healing is from Him. He has built healing processes into our bodies, and that natural process is no less divine than an instant touch, because He is the one who created it. Jesus Himself did not heal in only one way. Sometimes He touched, sometimes He spoke a word from a distance, sometimes healing came at once and sometimes it unfolded gradually. He was never confined to a single pattern, and He never used healing as a show. His power was quiet, real, and rooted in love.

The prophet Isaiah said that the Messiah would bear our sicknesses and carry our pains, and we see that fulfilled in Jesus who had authority over sickness, over the physical world, and over the spiritual realm. We can come to Him with confidence, yet also with submission to His perfect wisdom and love.

So we pray for you and your family now.

Father, in the name of Jesus we bring this husband before You. You see his pain and the stress he carries. We ask for Your mercy to ease his body, to calm his mind, and to give him strength for each day. Provide for his needs and, if it is Your will, sustain him in his work. Give him wisdom and peace as he labors.

We bring this son before You. You see his struggle with mental and physical illness and the heaviness of depression. Touch his mind and his body. Bring healing to what is wounded, whether inward or outward, and lift the cloud of despair. Surround him with Your presence, with help that is wise and caring, and let him know he is loved and not alone.

And we bring this dear mother before You. Let her feel Your peace that goes beyond understanding and Your steady love each day. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body, for her bladder and for all that causes her discomfort. Restore her and comfort her heart.

We ask all of this according to Your will, trusting that You do all things well. May Your love prevail in this home, may You guide each step, and may You help each one to respond to hardship with Your kindness and grace. We leave these loved ones in Your hands, believing You are able and that You care deeply. Amen.
