We join with you in prayer and thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are heard.
We understand the distress of ongoing physical suffering and that horrible feeling in your bladder, and the longing to simply feel God's presence and to hear the joy of your son's laugh again. God sees your affliction and He cares deeply for you. He is not distant from your pain.
The Scripture reminds us of His compassion and healing power. Psalm 103:2-3 says, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And Jeremiah 30:17 says, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We also cling to the promise that Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit, Psalm 34:18. When we feel far from Him, we are invited to draw near, for James 4:8 tells us, Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. In His presence there is comfort and fullness of joy, as Psalm 16:11 says, You will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. In your right hand there are pleasures forever more.
We pray together for you now.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to Your throne of grace. You know the pain and discomfort in the bladder and that horrible feeling that weighs so heavily. If it is Your will, we ask You to touch and heal this body completely. Lay Your healing hand upon this bladder, restore it, and take away all pain and distress. We ask that You would make Your presence known in a tangible and comforting way, that Your peace which surpasses all understanding would guard heart and mind. Let there be renewed faith and strength, and let the beautiful sound of a son's laughter again bring joy and encouragement. We trust Your perfect will and Your perfect timing, knowing that You work all things for good for those who love You. Give wisdom to any doctors and guidance in every step of care. Help our faith to remain strong as we wait upon You. In the mighty and healing name of Jesus we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily in prayer and in His Word, to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7. Keep bringing your requests before Him with thanksgiving, trusting that He hears you. We are standing with you, believing that God will manifest His presence, His comfort, and His healing according to His perfect love and will.
