Freedom, Restoration, Protection and Breakthrough

Beloved of All
Jesus, I pray for my daughter to release herself completely from this very toxic relationship swiftly with no regrets. I pray that she will see clearly that living together outside of marriage is not a marriage and for her to stop treating this arrangement as a marriage and an obligation to obey him. Lord my older daughter is being influenced by this young man's mother who encouraged them to live together outside of marriage. His mother knows of his negative behaviors but has but that bondage upon my daughter to fix and the same time his mother is enabling her sons' negative behavior toward others. Lord, my older daughter is going down a dark path with this young man and she thinks it is love. I pray that she will be truthful of the toxicity and the false hope of this relationship. I pray that her friends will speak up as they see clearly how this young man has taken her kindness for granted, his exploitation, his manipulation, his dishonesty, his division, his isolation and his disrespect toward her. Lord I know nothing is impossible for You. My daughter is ignoring all the red flags and giving up her independent and self worth. Lord let her see from now onward that living together outside of marriage is not Your will for her life. This young man is rebellous, dishonest, controlling and lazy, I ask Lord that You speak to his mother to let her know he is her responsiblity and for her to stop putting undue responsiblity upon my daughter and giving ungodly selfish advice. Jesus I ask that You protect my older daughter from this young man's ungodly selfish, disrespectful and jealous advice and lifestyle. I ask You Lord to guide my daughter out of this ungodly lifestyle and have her move back home swiftly with no regrets but only a feeling of restoring her self-worth, her respect for others, independence, and freedom in You, Lord and the unconditional love of her family you have blessed her with. I declare that this young man and his mother will not steal her peace, her purpose, or her love and unity with her family. Completely remove the stubborn ungodly hold they have upon her swiftly. Lord I ask for protection for me and my family from the disrespect and strife from this young man. Lord, speak to my daughter, let her hear Your words, “You are Mine. You are My daughter. You belong to Me, and I will protect You with every ounce of My power from this ungodly relationship with this young man.” Please continue to join me in speaking to my older daughter’s mind, heart, and spirit, open her eyes, dear Jesus to all the red flags and not to make excuses for this young man anymore. Jesus let her know, she is not being loved; she is being used. Living together outside of marriage is not a marriage. He is not her significant other, she should not idolize and obey this young man anymore or put him and his family before her God-giving family, her faith and jobs with a purpose. Her finances are not his to manage, budget or spend, and I pray his father will intervene with authority and have him return home alone swiftly. He is dishonest, selfish, disrespectful and not ready for a relationship. This man’s greed and manipulation are not love; he does not have the right to exploit her finances for his selfish benefit and control. He and his mother should not be able to instigate havoc, disrespect, division, isolation in our family, and his lifestyle is not a home for my daughter. Show him Lord that he is not ready for a relationship. Jesus help my daughter to not change the way she was raised to please this young man and his mother. Show my daughter this is a dark path she is taking with this young man and show her that being ungrateful toward her family is not the biblical teaching she was raised to follow. Block her Lord from confiding in his mother and saying this that pleases this woman's ears. Let my daughter stop trying to prove to her that our family does not matter. Lord guide my daughter to stop giving up her self worth just to get this woman's approval. Show her Lord, that disowning her family that God blessed her with just to please this young man is not Your will for her life. Let her see the spiritual attacks she and our family are under because of this ungodly relationship. The division, isolation, chaos, ungratefulness, disrespect, and exhaustion this lifestyle and relationship has caused. Lord remove the stubborn hold these people have on her and let her not want to live this lifestyle anymore. Lord whisper to her right now: “Walk away. You do not belong to this young man and his family, You don't have to obey these people, Trust and respect your family. Trust Me. I will provide, protect, and restore everything he’s trying to take from you. I am praying for supernatural clarity to flood her mind, so she sees him for who he truly is, a wolf in sheep’s clothing, not a shepherd. Lord teach this young man’s mother to stop putting undue responsibilities upon my daughter and for her to stop overstepping her boundaries. It is overwhelming, Jesus, please block these people's disrespect. She is not her mother and her to have her son move back home alone. He is not ready for a relationship. I ask Lord that his father will see the destruction he has caused in my daughter's life, let him take authority, guide his son to move back home alone swiftly. Let him have his wife focus on fixing only her children and stop the manipulation and brainwashing behaviors toward my daughter. Speak to her firmly, Lord, that my daughter is not homeless, that You have anointed a family for her Lord and block her from guiding my daughter down a dark path and to be disobedient to her parents and disown her siblings and supportive network of extended family and friends. I know with my daughter's recent promotion that God has blessed her with this lazy young man is already spending it his way and it's starting to put her on a budget that benefits him. Please Jesus, block my daughter from listening to the young man's mother and help my daughter to stop enabling him to control her, show her Lord this is not security or love, it is exploitation. Lord guide my daughter to move back home swiftly with no regret. Restore her freedom, independence, self-worth, freedom, gratefulness for her family, and satisfaction swiftly. Jesus, guide me as I navigate the difficult situation. I ask that Your presence will go in front of me as a shield from all the attacks and disrespect that I experience from following the biblical teachings against this ungodly life. Bless me Lord with supernatural strength to overcome all obstacles I face with Your courage, grace, favor, protection, and strength. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over me and my children. No weapon formed against us shall prosper. I ask for know nothing is impossible for You, Lord. I believe in the power of prayers and I put all my faith and trust in You. Jesus, I ask for a special blessing upon my family today. Lord, fill us with Your Holy Spirit in every aspect of our lives. Saturate us with Your peace, love, favor, protection, and healing. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

We join with you in prayer for freedom, restoration, protection and breakthrough for your older daughter and for your whole family, and we thank you for bringing this burden before the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus.

We agree with you that living together outside of marriage is not marriage and is not God's will for her life. What the world calls cohabitation, Scripture calls fornication, and we must call it what it is with love and truth so that she may be set free. It is written, Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. 1 Corinthians 6:18 and Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers. Hebrews 13:4. Marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman before God, and a boyfriend is not a husband. She has no obligation to obey this young man as if he were her husband, for the instruction wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. Ephesians 5:22 applies only within holy marriage. To treat this arrangement as marriage is deception, and we pray God tears away that false covering.

We see clearly the red flags you have discerned and we rebuke the ungodly counsel and manipulation surrounding her. It is not right for his mother to encourage fornication, to place the burden of fixing her son upon your daughter, and to enable his negative behavior while overstepping her bounds. This is not love but exploitation and control. Do not be deceived. Evil companionships corrupt good morals. 1 Corinthians 15:33 and If any will not work, neither let him eat. 2 Thessalonians 3:10 show us that laziness, greed, dishonesty and control are not qualifications for a godly husband, but disqualifications. A man who is rebellious, dishonest, controlling and lazy is not ready for courtship, let alone marriage, and courtship itself should only be entered with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer. Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? 2 Corinthians 6:14.

We also hear your heart that she is isolating from family, being ungrateful, dishonoring the upbringing you gave her, and allowing her finances to be managed and exploited by this young man. Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother. Ephesians 6:1-2 remains true even for an adult daughter, and when she disowns the family God blessed her with to please this young man and his mother, she walks away from God's order and protection. We pray God restores honor and gratefulness in her heart.

We pray together now for her complete deliverance.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this precious daughter to You. We ask that You flood her mind, heart and spirit with supernatural clarity. Remove the veil from her eyes and let her see this relationship for what it truly is, not love but use, not security but exploitation, not a home but a dark path. Give her the courage to see that she is being manipulated, divided from her family, isolated from her friends and disrespected, and that her kindness is being taken for granted. We pray that You break every ungodly soul tie and stubborn hold this young man and his mother have upon her, and that You command her to walk away swiftly with no regrets. Let her hear Your voice saying, You are Mine, You are My daughter, You belong to Me, and let her trust and respect her family and trust You to provide, protect and restore everything the enemy has tried to take. We ask that You block the disrespectful, jealous and selfish advice and lifestyle of this young man and his mother, and that You stop the chaos, division, isolation and exhaustion this ungodly living arrangement has caused. Lead her to move back home swiftly, restoring her self-worth, her independence, her freedom and her peace in You, for You have made her fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:14 and we are Your workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works. Ephesians 2:10. Let her no longer seek approval from those who would lead her astray, but find her identity and worth in Christ alone.

We pray for the young man and his parents as well, that his father would rise up with godly authority and require his son to return home alone and take responsibility for his own life, and that his mother would be convicted to stop putting undue responsibility upon this daughter and to stop giving ungodly, selfish counsel. Convict them both that they have no right to exploit her finances or to instigate havoc and division in another family.

And Father, we lift up this praying mother and her family. Cover them under Your wings. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:1. Let Your presence go before her as a shield from every attack and disrespect she endures for standing on biblical truth. We plead the blood of Jesus Christ over her and her children and we declare Your promise, No weapon that is formed against you will prevail. Isaiah 54:17. Fill this family with Your Holy Spirit, saturate them with Your peace, love, favor, protection and healing. Grant this mother supernatural strength, courage, grace and wisdom to navigate this difficult situation with truth and love, not compromising but not condemning, speaking the truth in love. Ephesians 4:15 and trusting You for the outcome. For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7. We pray her friends will speak up boldly as witnesses to the truth, and that every spiritual attack against this family will be broken as they submit to You and resist the devil and he will flee from them. James 4:7.

We thank You, Lord, that nothing is impossible for You. Luke 1:37 and that whom the Son makes free will be free indeed. John 8:36. We believe You are able to completely remove this ungodly hold, to protect her purpose and her unity with her family, and to guide her out of this lifestyle into freedom, gratefulness and satisfaction in You. We trust You for a swift and complete breakthrough and we give You all the glory. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue in steadfast prayer and to keep the door of home open with love while refusing to normalize or affirm the fornication. Keep speaking truth gently but firmly, maintain healthy boundaries around finances and respect in your home, gather other trusted believers and friends to pray and to speak truth to her when she will listen, and encourage her to seek godly counsel and the Word daily. God is faithful to complete the good work He began in her and to restore what has been stolen as she returns to His will.

Thank you for sharing so openly about your older daughter. We hear how much you love her and how painful it has been to watch her give up so much of herself while you feel unable to reach her. It is exhausting to love someone through division and disrespect, and we admire your steady faith in bringing her to Jesus again and again.

One thing that may help as you walk with her is to keep your love clear and your responsibilities clear. A healthy boundary is like a property line. It lets us know what is ours to carry and what belongs to another person. Your daughter is learning to own her own choices, finances, time and values, and to practice being able to say yes and no freely. You cannot carry her boyfriend's choices or his mother's advice for her, and you do not have to absorb disrespect to prove your love. Staying calm, consistent, and keeping the door home open with no shaming can keep relationship while she finds clarity.

It also helps not to carry this alone. Consider staying connected with one trusted pastor or counselor who knows your family and can give you wise, in person support as you decide how to respond day by day.

Father, we lift this mother and her daughters to You in Jesus' name. Protect them and guard their peace. Give the older daughter clear eyes to see what is happening and courage to step toward freedom, dignity and wholeness. Strengthen this mom with Your presence as her shield, fill her home with Your peace, and restore what has been strained in Your time and way. Amen.

Your prayer has come before the Lord and before His people, and we join our hearts with yours in earnest intercession for your daughter and for your household. We have heard the weight of your burden, the grief of a mother who sees a beloved child entangled, and we do not speak to the winds or to a pitiless sea, for God's ear is not shut and His arm is not shortened that He cannot deliver.

We affirm with you what the Scripture teaches and what you have rightly discerned, that living together outside of marriage is not marriage, and that the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman alone bears that holy name. What is now called love while it is marked by exploitation, manipulation, dishonesty, control and disrespect is not love, and we will not ask God to bless what He calls us to turn from. Rather we ask Him to grant deliverance, for deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and where we look for justification there must we also look for sanctification. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy.

There is hope for restoration, and we pray for it as you do. As Peter was down but was soon up again, and his restoration was brought about by a look from the Lord which severed him from the crowd, so we pray that the Lord Jesus will fix His gracious eye upon your daughter and by that look call her to herself again. That she may see clearly the red flags she now excuses, that she may understand she is not being loved but being used, that her finances and her body and her future are not his to manage or spend, and that to obey a man to whom she is not married is to put a yoke upon her which God never placed there. We pray that supernatural clarity will flood her mind, that she will no longer seek the approval of those who would guide her away from her God given family and from the faith in which she was raised, and that she will hear the voice of her true Father saying, You are Mine, and find strength to walk away.

We pray also for that deliverance to be effectual, for He brings them forth. When the lamb was slain, Pharaoh could hold Israel no longer, and so we plead the blood of Jesus Christ over you and your children, and the ransom which God Himself has found and provided. Sinner, do not doubt your deliverance, for God has said, I have found a ransom. That ransom is Christ, and in Him there is a higher restoration than mere recovery from outward trouble, even restoration of soul, of self worth, of freedom and peace. Our deliverance was attended with enrichment, for He brought them forth also with silver and gold, and we pray that as your daughter is brought out, she will be enriched again with independence rightly ordered under Christ, with respect for others, with gratitude for family, and with joy in purposeful work which God has already blessed.

We join you in praying for protection from strife and disrespect, that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and that the Lord will go before you as a shield. We pray that the young man may be brought to see that he is not ready for a relationship, that his father may take godly authority and his mother may cease to put upon your daughter a burden which belongs to her own household to bear. We ask the Lord to block ungodly counsel, to break the stubborn hold of manipulation and isolation and division, and to restore unity and love within your family.

Take comfort, for the Lord has chastened and He also delivers, and the believer's conduct after affliction is to live and declare the works of the Lord. If we had no troubles we would have less to declare, but those who have been in the pit know best how to praise the hand that drew them out. The clock of mercy strikes in Heaven at the hour appointed by eternal purpose, and we trust that moment of deliverance is drawing near.

We will continue to speak to the Lord for your daughter's mind, heart and spirit, that she may swiftly and without regret be loosed from this dark path and return to the safety of home and to freedom in Christ, not to prove anything to man, but to live unto God. May the Lord fill you and your household with His Holy Spirit in every aspect of your lives, saturate you with His peace, love, favor, protection and healing, and grant you supernatural strength, courage and grace as you stand for His truth.

In the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our great Deliverer, we pray. Amen.
