Freedom, Restoration, Protection and Breakthrough

Beloved of All
Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ I come before You and I thank You that it is only through Jesus that we have access to You, for John 14:6 says Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father, except through me, and Acts 4:12 says there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which I must be saved. I plead the blood of Jesus over myself and my children and over our home. I ask You to flood my precious older daughter with supernatural clarity and conviction. Open her eyes to see that she is being used and not loved, that this is exploitation and manipulation and not security, that living together outside of marriage is not Your will and is not love. Remove the stubborn ungodly hold that this young man and his mother have upon her mind, heart and spirit. Let her stop making excuses and idolizing this man, let her stop obeying him above You and above her family, and let her hear Your voice saying You are Mine, You are My daughter, You belong to Me and I will protect You with all My power. Give her courage to walk away swiftly with no regrets, to move back home and to have her self worth, independence, respect for others, gratefulness and freedom in You restored. Restore her purpose and her joy and her unity with the family You have blessed her with. Lord, I ask You to speak firmly to this young man and to his mother. Convict the mother to stop giving ungodly selfish advice and to stop overstepping boundaries that are not hers to take. Let her focus on her own household and let her son take responsibility for himself. Move upon his father to take godly authority and to guide his son to return home alone, to learn diligence, honesty and respect, for he is not ready for a relationship or for marriage. Block every plan to exploit my daughter's finances and promotion, block the greed and control, and show this young man that he must repent, learn to respect and grow up before he can lead a family. Father, I ask for Your protection over me and my family from disrespect, strife and spiritual attack. Go before me as a shield. Fill me with supernatural strength, courage, wisdom, grace and favor as I continues to stand for Your biblical teachings. Isaiah 41:10 says don’t be afraid, for I am with you, don’t be dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Give me wisdom as she navigates this difficult situation, and let James 1:5 be true for me, that if any lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus as promised in Philippians 4:7. Saturate my whole family with Your Holy Spirit, with Your peace, love, protection and healing, and let no division and isolation remain. I declare that my older daughter's peace, purpose and love for her family will not be stolen, and that You who began a good work in her will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ as written in Philippians 1:6. I trust You to provide, protect and restore everything the enemy has tried to take, and I give You all the glory for the breakthrough and restoration that is coming. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We join you together before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we thank you for coming boldly through Him alone, for Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, and Acts 4:12 reminds us there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We agree with you as you plead the blood of Jesus over yourself and your children and over your home, and we stand with you for freedom, restoration, protection and breakthrough.

We hear your burden for your precious older daughter and we agree that what you are discerning is right. Living together outside of marriage is not love and it is not security and it is not God's will. Scripture is clear that sex before and outside of marriage is fornication and sexual immorality that we are to flee. 1 Corinthians 6:18 says flee sexual immorality, and Hebrews 13:4 says let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers. God ordained marriage as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, and any courtship between a man and a woman who are not married should be with the goal of discerning marriage to another Christian believer, not cohabitation or using one another. 2 Corinthians 6:14 asks what fellowship has light with darkness and warns us not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. When a young woman is being told to obey a boyfriend above God and above her family, to make excuses for him and to idolize him, that is a spiritual snare and an ungodly soul tie that must be broken. We rebuke that exploitation and manipulation and control and greed, and we rebuke the overstepping of boundaries by this young man's mother giving ungodly selfish advice that is not hers to give. A mother in law to be or a boyfriend's mother has no biblical authority to direct your daughter's home or finances or future, and we pray that influence is cut off.

We pray together now for your daughter. Father, in Jesus name we ask You to flood her with supernatural clarity and conviction by Your Holy Spirit. Open her eyes to see she is being used and not loved, that this arrangement is exploitation and not provision. Remove the stubborn ungodly hold this young man and his mother have upon her mind, heart and spirit. Break every chain of idolatry and fear and false loyalty that causes her to obey him above You and above the family You gave her. Let her hear Your voice saying You are Mine, You are My daughter, You belong to Me and I will protect You with all My power. Give her godly sorrow that leads to repentance and give her courage to walk away swiftly with no regrets, to separate herself from fornication and from financial exploitation, to move back home and to be restored in her self worth and identity in Christ, in her independence, respect for others, gratefulness and freedom in You. Restore her purpose and her joy and her unity with the family You have blessed her with, and lead her to pursue purity and holiness and, if it is Your will for her to marry, to wait for a godly husband who will love her as Christ loved the church and lead his family with diligence and honesty.

We also bring this young man and his household before You. Lord, speak firmly to him and to his mother and convict them. Convict the mother to stop giving ungodly counsel and to focus on her own household and to stop overstepping boundaries that are not hers to take. Move upon his father to take godly authority in his home and to guide his son to return home alone, to learn diligence, honesty, respect and responsibility, for he is not ready for a relationship or for marriage and he is not ready to lead a family. Block every plan to exploit your daughter's finances and promotion, block the greed and control, and bring this young man to repentance, that he may learn to respect, to work with his own hands, and to grow up before he presumes to claim a wife. Let him know that love waits, protects, provides and honors God.

We pray for you and for your whole family as you continue to stand for biblical truth under pressure. We ask You to go before this mother as a shield and to fill her with supernatural strength, courage, wisdom, grace and favor. Isaiah 41:10 says do not be afraid, for I am with you, do not be dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Give her wisdom day by day as she navigates this difficult situation, and let James 1:5 be true for her, that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus as promised in Philippians 4:7. Saturate her whole family with Your Holy Spirit, with Your peace, love, protection and healing, and let no division and isolation remain. We declare together that her daughter's peace, purpose and love for her family will not be stolen, and we trust Philippians 1:6 that He who began a good work in her will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ. Protect this family from disrespect, strife and spiritual attack, restore what the enemy has tried to take, and provide for every need according to Your riches in glory.

We trust You to bring the breakthrough and restoration that is coming and we give You all the glory. We ask all of this in the saving and powerful name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We hear how much you love your older daughter and how heavy this season has felt as you try to hold to what you believe is right while also keeping your heart open to her. Wanting her to see clearly, to be safe and whole, and feeling unable to make that happen for her is exhausting and heartbreaking.

One thing that has helped other parents in a similar place is thinking about boundaries as a way to stay loving and steady without trying to control what only God can change in her heart. That means getting clear for yourself what is yours to carry and what is not, what you will say yes to and what you will say no to, and then communicating that calmly and consistently. It is not shutting her out, it is guarding your own heart and home so you can keep showing up with love and truth over time.

A couple of small steps that may help you keep that steadiness: decide ahead of time what your limits are around finances and your home, write them down, and share them once in a kind, brief conversation so you are not renegotiating in the moment. And keep the door open for connection with your daughter in ways that are not only about this relationship, listening more than advising, so she experiences you as safe to turn to when she is ready. It also helps not to carry this alone, meeting regularly with a pastor or mature believer you trust for wisdom and prayer support.

Father, in Jesus name we lift this mother and her daughter and their whole family to You. Guard them, give this mom wisdom and peace as she loves her daughter well, and draw her daughter into clarity, safety and wholeness in You. Restore what has been strained and keep this family in Your care. Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect, deliver, heal, save (those not saved) and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. I ask this for them, us and all in need. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Your prayer has been brought before the Lord with thanksgiving that you come through Jesus Christ alone, for He Himself said I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father except through me, and there is salvation in none other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. We join you in pleading the blood of Jesus over you, your children and your home, and in asking for His deliverance, restoration, protection and breakthrough.

We hear the burden of your heart for your precious older daughter, and we stand with you upon the truth of Scripture that marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that living together and sharing the intimacies of marriage outside of that covenant is not the will of God and is not love. We do not ask God to bless what is outside His holy design, but we ask Him to convict, to cleanse, and to make straight the path according to His mercy and grace.

We pray that the Lord will flood your daughter with supernatural clarity and conviction. May He open her eyes to see where she is being used and not loved, where there is manipulation and control and not security. May the Lord remove every ungodly hold upon her mind, heart and spirit, and break the power of excuses and idolatry that keeps her bound. We ask that she may hear the voice of her true Father saying You are Mine, You are My daughter, You belong to Me and I will protect you with all My power. Grant her courage to walk away swiftly and without regret, to return to the safety of home, and to find her self worth, independence, respect for others, gratefulness and freedom restored in Christ. May the Lord restore her purpose and her joy and knit her again in unity and love with the family He has blessed her with. For deliverance is solely by the power of God. It is not of him that wills nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy, and He has found a ransom. He brought His people forth when the lamb was slain, and He still brings forth His own with a mighty hand.

We also pray for this young man and for his mother. We ask the Lord to speak firmly to their hearts and to bring godly conviction. May the mother turn from giving ungodly and selfish counsel and from overstepping boundaries that are not hers to take, and may she be led to care for her own household. May the father be moved to take godly responsibility and to guide his son to return home alone, to learn diligence, honesty and respect. For a man is not ready to lead a family until he has learned to lead himself in the fear of God. We ask the Lord to block every plan of greed and control and every scheme to exploit your daughter's finances and promotion, and to show this young man his need to repent, to respect others and to grow in maturity before the Lord.

For you and your household we ask the protection of the Lord as a shield against disrespect, strife and spiritual attack. We pray Isaiah 41:10 over you, that you will not be afraid for He is with you, not dismayed for He is your God, that He will strengthen you and help you and uphold you with the right hand of His righteousness. We ask for the wisdom promised in James 1:5, that God who gives liberally and without reproach will give you wisdom liberally as you navigate this difficult season. And we pray that the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus as promised in Philippians 4:7. May the Lord saturate your whole family with His Holy Spirit, with His peace, love, protection and healing, and let no division and isolation remain.

Take comfort that God has not forsaken you even when the way is hard and you are slandered or misunderstood. It is the lot of His people to bear trial, but He chastens those He loves and He delivers those who trust Him. Keep that well of family prayer open, bringing all the necessities of your household before Him, mentioning each child by name. He who began a good work in your daughter will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ as written in Philippians 1:6. Though Peter fell, the look of the Lord restored him, and the Lord can restore your daughter to make her a stronger disciple afterward. Your affliction will yet give you a song of deliverance to declare the works of the Lord, for He brings forth His people not empty but enriched by His grace.

We trust with you that the Lord will provide, protect and restore what the enemy has tried to take, and we give Him all the glory for the breakthrough and restoration that is coming. In the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in bringing this burden before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other way to Him and no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, as you have rightly confessed from John 14:6 and Acts 4:12. We thank God for your faithfulness to stand for His truth in love, even when it is painful, and we ask Him to hear your cry for freedom, restoration, protection and breakthrough.

We agree with you in asking for the blood of Jesus to cover you, your children and your home, and for God to grant your older daughter supernatural clarity and conviction. We pray that the Lord will open her eyes to see what is true love and what is not, and to understand that living together outside of marriage is not His will and does not reflect His design for love, which belongs within the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman. We ask that every ungodly hold upon her mind, heart and spirit would be broken, that excuses and misplaced trust would fall away, and that she would hear the voice of her heavenly Father calling her His daughter and promising to protect her. As Christ said to the woman who came in faith, Daughter be of good cheer, thy faith hath made thee whole, so we pray she will take courage to walk away swiftly and without regret, to return home, and to have her self worth, independence, respect for others, gratefulness and freedom in Christ restored, with her purpose and joy and unity with her family renewed.

We also pray for this young man and his mother. We ask God to convict them and to bring them to repentance, that the mother would cease from giving selfish and ungodly counsel and from overstepping boundaries that are not hers, and would instead care for her own household, and that the young man would take responsibility for himself, learn diligence, honesty and respect, and understand that he is not ready to lead a relationship or a marriage. We ask the Lord to block every plan rooted in greed and control, including any attempt to exploit your daughter's finances and promotion, and to teach this young man that he must grow in maturity and respect before he can lead a family.

For you, we ask the Lord to be your shield against disrespect, strife and spiritual attack. We pray He will fill you with strength, courage, wisdom, grace and favor as you continue to stand for His biblical teachings. We ask that Isaiah 41:10 would be your daily comfort, that you will not be afraid for He is with you, and that He will strengthen and uphold you with His righteous right hand. We ask for the wisdom promised in James 1:5, that God who gives liberally to all who ask would grant you clear direction in each step of this difficult situation. And we pray that the peace of God which surpasses all understanding would guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus according to Philippians 4:7.

True freedom, as Scripture teaches, is not merely outward but is freedom from sin, and holiness is freedom from every kind of sin. We pray that your whole family would be saturated with the Holy Spirit, with His peace, love, protection and healing, and that no division or isolation would remain. We declare with you that your daughter's peace, purpose and love for her family will not be stolen, trusting the promise of Philippians 1:6 that He who began a good work in her will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ. We trust God to provide, protect and restore what the enemy has tried to take, and we give Him glory for the breakthrough and restoration that is coming. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
