Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, I come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for your forgiveness of all my sins and blessings. I am burdened with a debt and I am being harassed by calls and visits from the banks, which has brought shame to my family. Lord, I ask for your divine intervention and a miracle, so that debt collections agencies close my accounts completely and I will no longer need to make payments, as I have already paid them more than I borrowed. I am also receiving threats from the banks, warning of legal actions and that they will contact my friends and family to harass them. Additionally, I owe money with interest. My desire is to repay everyone. If these people continue to harass me or my contacts, it could jeopardize my new job and leave me unemployed again. Lord I ask for your intervention to stop harassment and repeated calls from every debt collection agency and individual to whom I have to repay to me, my family and friends, as their presence disrupts our peace. Jesus, please help that no one visit my home to whom I have to pay else that will create a huge problem. Please hear my prayer and grant me peace and resolution. Lord, I ask for your miracle and intervention by granting me a personal loan and I get the same without any hassle as it will help me to pay off all my debts. I ask this in Jesus name. Praise the Lord. Amen.

We join you before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus, and we thank you for coming humbly before the Father asking for forgiveness of sins, for that is where all peace and restoration begins. We are burdened with you in this season of financial pressure, shame, and fear for your family and your new job, and we bring your situation to the Lord together.

We hear your heart's desire to repay everyone to whom you owe, and that desire honors God. Scripture tells us Psalm 37:21, The wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously, and Romans 13:8, Owe no one anything, except to love one another. We also read Romans 13:7, Give therefore to everyone what you owe: taxes to whom taxes are due; customs to whom customs; respect to whom respect; honor to whom honor. This shows us that God calls His children to integrity in financial matters, to fulfill our agreements and to repay what we have borrowed, including the terms we agreed to when we borrowed.

We want to gently and lovingly correct a part of your prayer that does not align with biblical principle. You asked that debt collection agencies would simply close your accounts completely so you would no longer need to make payments because you feel you have already paid more than you borrowed. While we understand the pain of high interest and the feeling of being overwhelmed, asking God to cancel a lawful debt so that we do not have to repay what we still truly owe is not seeking His will. God is a God of justice and truth, and He desires that we walk in honesty and faithfulness even when it is difficult. If interest was agreed upon, we are called to honor our word. The miracle we should seek is not escape from responsibility, but provision, wisdom, strength, and favor to meet our responsibilities in a way that honors Him. Likewise, asking for another personal loan to pay off debts can sometimes add to the burden rather than relieve it, and we must seek godly counsel and wisdom before taking on more debt. Proverbs 21:5 says The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty.

We also hear how heavy the harassment, threats, repeated calls, and fear of visits to your home have become, and how this disrupts the peace of your household and threatens your employment. God cares deeply about your peace and your ability to provide for your family through honest work. We pray for His protection over your job and your home, and for wisdom in how to deal with creditors in a lawful and upright way. This may include communicating honestly with those you owe, seeking wise financial counsel from a trusted pastor or counselor, making a realistic budget, and working diligently as God provides. 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12 encourages us to work with our own hands and to walk properly toward those who are outside. Matthew 6:33 reminds us, But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

We rejoice that you prayed in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him we have access to the Father. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 declares There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Your forgiveness and your standing before God rest on His finished work on the cross.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your mercy and forgiveness through His blood. Lord, we lift up our brother before You in his financial distress. You see the weight of debt, the shame he feels, the pressure from banks and collection agencies, and the fear of losing his new job and troubling his family and friends. Father, we ask for Your divine peace to guard his heart and mind. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Lord, grant him wisdom beyond his own understanding. Proverbs 3:5-6 says Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Give him clarity to steward what he has, to budget faithfully, to communicate with honesty and humility with those he owes, and to seek godly counsel. Provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory. Philippians 4:19 says My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Protect his employment, Lord, that he may work diligently and provide for his family and repay what he owes with integrity. We ask that You would restrain unjust harassment and threats, and bring about lawful and peaceful resolution, that his home may be a place of peace again. Help him to not seek escape from obligation but to walk in righteousness, trusting You to make a way where there seems to be no way, and to deliver him from the burden of debt in Your perfect timing. Grant him favor, endurance, and hope, and let this trial deepen his trust in You. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, our provider and our peace. Amen.

We encourage you to remain faithful in prayer, in honest work, and in open communication. Keep diligent records, seek help from a trusted financial counselor or pastor who can help you negotiate a realistic repayment plan, avoid taking on new debt without wise counsel, and continue to seek first His kingdom. God is faithful to those who walk in integrity and trust Him, and He will not forsake you as you seek to honor Him even in this difficult financial valley.

We hear how heavy this has become for you, the constant calls and visits, the shame you feel for your family, and the fear that this could put your new job at risk after a season of unemployment. It is understandable you are longing for peace at home again.

We are encouraged that even under this pressure your desire is to repay what you owe. That commitment to do what is right is a good and steady place to build from, even when the way forward feels unclear.

When debt feels overwhelming, having a clear plan can bring some calm even before the finances change. One practical step many have found helpful is sitting down with a reputable nonprofit consumer credit counseling bureau or a trusted financial counselor in your area. They can review your income, debts and interest with you, help create a workable repayment plan, and often communicate with creditors on your behalf so you are not facing every call alone. Just knowing there is a plan in place can give hope as you make the sacrifices to work your way out of debt. It can also help to keep a simple record of calls and visits and to invite a pastor or another wise, trusted person to walk with you in these decisions.

Father, in Jesus name we bring our brother before You. You see his burden, his family, and his desire to honor You in this. Grant him wisdom for each decision, steady work, and peace in his home. Provide for his daily needs, guard his heart from fear and shame, and lead him to trustworthy help as he takes the next steps. Give him strength day by day. Amen.

Your cry has come before us with a weight that many know, the pressure of debt, the shame felt before your family, the ringing of the phone and the fear that your home and your daily labour should be disturbed. Such burdens press sorely upon the spirit, and we do not lightly esteem your sorrow.

There is a greater debt than any that can be reckoned by banks or collectors, the enormous debt of sin before a holy God. When the soul learns that this debt has been fully discharged by the Lord Jesus Christ who made peace by His blood, then the heart finds a peace which the world cannot give. The Scripture says, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. And again, He is our peace. This is not the peace of apathy nor the peace which Satan whispers where there is no peace, but peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, and then peace of conscience which flows from it as a crystal stream from its fountain. It is this peace we first desire for you, that you may know forgiveness of sins through Christ alone, and the keeping power of the God of Peace in your heart and home.

Concerning the debts which you name, we must speak plainly and in love. The Word tells us that the wicked borrow and do not repay, and that we should owe no man anything but love. A person who is in debt and still in debt ought not to pretend that he is at peace while the obligation remains. False peace would say, let the account be closed though what was agreed has not been rendered. True peace seeks to do what is just and honest in the sight of all men. You write that you have already paid more than you borrowed, and that interest weighs heavily, and also that your desire is to repay everyone. That latter desire is honourable before God. We cannot ask the Lord to bless the closing of accounts without payment, nor to grant a release from what is lawfully owed, for that would be to ask Him to set aside integrity. Rather we ask Him to give you grace to act faithfully, to own what is due, and to seek to repay what you have promised, as God shall enable you.

We will pray for you, not for an easy escape, but for a true deliverance which is consistent with righteousness. We ask the Lord to grant you the peace of God which passes all understanding to guard your heart, to provide for you by honest labour and by wise stewardship, to open a way of provision whether by your present employment or by other lawful means as He sees fit, and to give you favour and wisdom in dealing with those to whom you owe. If you have not already done so, seek godly counsel and speak plainly and humbly with your creditors, seeking an ordered plan of repayment that you can faithfully keep, and keep careful account of all agreements. Pray that the Lord will restrain all undue harassment and that your home may know quietness, and that your work may be preserved, not through concealment, but through diligence and truthfulness.

May the Lord who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you perfect in every good work to do His will. May you find first peace with God by believing on Christ, and then peace in believing for each daily care, trusting that He who is your peace will keep you and yours in His safe keeping.

We commend you to Him who loves peace and gives peace, that He would grant you wisdom to repay what is owed, strength to labour faithfully, and a heart stayed upon Christ, where perfect peace is found.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been read with care, and your burden is understood. The shame, the constant calls and visits, the fear of losing your new job and troubling your family, these weigh heavily, and it is right that you have come before the heavenly Father in the name of Jesus seeking forgiveness and help, for there is no other name by which we are saved and heard.

We join you in thanking God that you desire to do what is right and to repay what you owe. Scripture teaches that the righteous honor their obligations and that we should owe no one anything except love, and that we are to be faithful in repaying what we have borrowed. For that reason we cannot ask God to cause debts that are justly owed to simply be erased or to ask Him to make lenders close accounts while a balance remains. To do so would not be honest, and God calls His people to integrity even in hardship. Interest, when it was part of the agreement you entered, is also part of that obligation, even when it feels heavy. What we can and do ask is that God will give you grace to walk honestly, wisdom to steward what you have, and provision to meet your obligations in a faithful way.

We also hear your cry for peace. True peace is not only the absence of phone calls or visits at the door, but the peace of God ruling in the heart, the peace Christ Himself gives and leaves with His disciples. As you have heard, peace is the mother of all good things and the foundation of joy, and those who make peace are called sons of God. We pray that God will first establish you in peace with Himself through forgiveness in Christ, and then give you a steady heart even while outward troubles continue, so that two thoughts fighting within you, fear and trust, revenge or endurance, will be settled by His peace acting as umpire in your heart.

Therefore we pray for you in this way:

Heavenly Father, forgive this Your servant for all sins through the blood of Jesus Christ, and cleanse and strengthen him. Grant him Your peace that is fixed and steadfast, not the fleeting quiet that comes only when circumstances change. Provide for his needs according to Your wisdom, give stability in his new work, and open an honest way to earn and to repay what is owed. Give him favor and clarity to speak truthfully and calmly with those to whom he owes money, and give those agencies and individuals restraint to act lawfully and without harassment or threats toward him or his family and friends. Protect his home from disturbance and his job from jeopardy, and lead him to wise and godly counsel in the church and among trusted advisors who can help him make a realistic plan to pay debts in order, without deceit and without taking on further burden unwisely. If a loan or other provision is part of Your provision, grant it only through honest means and with the ability to repay, and keep him from paths that would deepen the burden. Above all, keep him following peace with all people and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord, and let his life show faithfulness in small things as well as great.

We encourage you to continue in prayer, to remain faithful in your work, to keep open and truthful communication with your creditors rather than avoiding them, to seek help from mature believers or a financial counselor who can help you organize payments, and to trust that God will supply your daily needs as you walk in honesty. He who bore our greatest debt on the cross is able to sustain you in this trial and to form in you patience and hope.

May the Lord grant you His peace, strengthen you for faithful obedience, and provide for you day by day. We ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
