Feeling, lost, depressed, hurt and neglected

I am going through a lot at the moment. I know and believe in God the Almighty, my creator, my everything. My daughter of ### years old is pregnant and this led to my feelings of depression. Then I have a male companion that makes empty promises and I really fell in love with him. What he says and what he does is two different things. I also lost my job. I have cough mostly at night time. While sleeping. Day time it's seems okay like my cough is gone no more cough like but slowly it starts at night when I'm sleeping. It's very frustrating. Sleep disturbances. Sleepless night. I wake up when I start coughing.. I can't control my cough. Medicine also not giving relief. What to do I'm so fed up 😔 please pray for my cough healing.
