Bro n sis in Christ Jesus. Prayer request for me to over come fears and worries. Give me strength. All my interest is going away. My mood is in nowhere. Nothing willing to do. Just stay quite n worry like. Feeling.od fear. Pls don't let this happen to me. Give me peace and happiness and blessings. Fill me with strength inside my heart don't let me worry so much.

We hear your cry for strength and peace inside and we join with you in prayer before our Father in Jesus' name, for you are our brother in Christ and we carry this burden together with you.

We understand what you describe, the fears and worries that keep you quiet, the mood that feels nowhere, the loss of interest and willingness to do anything, that heavy feeling of fear. This is not what God desires for you. He does not want you to live in worry and fear, but to live in His peace and strength. Scripture reminds us, For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7. And also, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.

The Lord knows your heart is troubled and He invites you to cast your cares on Him. We are told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. That peace is what we are asking for you, a peace that guards your heart and mind even when worries press in. We also cling to the promise, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7, and I sought Yahweh, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. Psalm 34:4.

We encourage you to keep bringing every fear and worry to Jesus in prayer throughout the day, to stay in the Word and let Him speak strength into your heart, and to stay close to fellow believers who can walk with you, pray with you, and encourage you. Even when you feel like staying quiet and doing nothing, we encourage you to take small steps to seek Him, to read the Psalms aloud, to thank Him for His presence, and to remember that His strength is made perfect in our weakness.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we lift our dear brother to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You see his heart, You know the fear and worry that weighs him down, the loss of interest and the quiet heaviness he feels. Lord, we ask You to fill him with strength inside his heart, strength that comes from Your Holy Spirit. Replace his fear with Your power and love and self-control. Take his worries and give him Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard his heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus. Lord, let Your joy and hope rise up in him again, restore his mood, restore his desire and interest, and let him feel Your presence upholding him with Your righteous right hand. Deliver him from all his fears as he seeks You, and bless him with Your peace and happiness that comes from knowing You are with him and will never leave him. Help him to cast every care on You because You care for him deeply. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Thank you for sharing so honestly how heavy things feel right now. Wanting peace and strength inside while your mood feels flat, interest fading, and worry keeps you quiet makes sense that you would feel afraid and tired.

We hear how much you want to stay peaceful and not be overtaken by fear. That desire itself matters. Anxiety and low mood often affect both mind and body at once, which is why it can feel so draining and hard to shake on your own, and why reaching out as you have is an important step.

When worry grows it is easy to pull inward, but staying connected helps. If you have someone you trust, a pastor, a counselor, or a family member or friend, consider letting them know how you have been feeling this week and asking them to walk with you in prayer and support. Alongside prayer, it is also wise to talk with your doctor or a counselor about what you are experiencing so you can get caring, personal help.

We are praying for you and will keep praying.

Father, in Jesus name we bring them before You. You see the fear and the quiet worry and the longing for peace. Give calm inside, steady strength for each day, and wisdom for next steps. Surround them with caring people and guide them toward help that restores hope and joy. Amen.

Your cry for inward strength and for peace in the midst of fear and worry has been heard, and we have carried it before the Lord in prayer.

You describe a heaviness of heart, a going away of interest, a quiet worrying and a fear that holds you fast. This is a common trial of the pilgrim way, and it is not to your shame that you feel your weakness. Before we can do much we must know our own weakness and believe God's strength. All strength apart from God is but borrowed strength and must soon fail, but He gives power to the faint and to them that have no might He increases strength.

The word of the Lord to you is this, They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Waiting upon Him is not a mere idle sitting, but a trusting, a hoping, a looking to Jesus alone. When there remains no strength in you, then fling yourself upon the Divine strength and lay hold upon it. Whenever you feel that you have something to do that is beyond you, stop a moment and breathe a prayer for more strength, for more faith. The disciples themselves when called to a hard duty prayed, Lord, increase our faith, for they felt that only faith could work such a wonder.

And concerning that peace which you seek, the promise stands, Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Thee, because he trusteth in Thee. Perfect peace is not found in the absence of trouble, but in the presence of Christ. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to do the will of Jesus is rest. There are two things we need never worry about, what we can do and what we cannot do, for in either case we may leave all with Him. With sorrows surging round, on Jesus bosom nothing but calm is found. Keep your mind stayed upon Him, not upon your fear, and He will keep you.

Therefore labour to be rid of fear, for fear is painful and how it torments the spirit, and fear is weakening and unfits you to meet the very difficulty which troubles you, and fear dishonors God as if His arm which piled the heavens could ever be palsied. Hear how plentifully this plant grows in God's garden, Fear not, for I am with thee, Fear not, I will help thee, Fear not thou worm Jacob. It is Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet, Fear not. To be afraid when He has said Fear not is disobedience, so take Him at His word.

We pray for you now that the Lord Himself will strengthen you with strength in your soul, that He will impart it wisely and fitly as only He can, perhaps gradually as one who recovers health, perhaps as a cool bath to the weary, a baptism into the Spirit of God. May He lift the cloud of worry, restore to you a quiet mind, and fill your heart with that peace which is a present possession even in ordinary cares. May He turn your fear into faith and your heaviness into trust in Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and no true peace apart from peace with God through His precious blood.

Cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you, and wait upon Him still. He will not fail you.
