You Can Reach Her! "Is Anything too Difficult for for the LORD? (מֵיְהוָ֖ה Yahweh), Gen 18:14, No! Jer 32:27, Nothing! God Turn her from Darkness to Light Acts 26:18-20...

Father, thank You for being both serious and merciful! When Sarah laughed at Your Promise, asking Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh, saying, ‘Shall I actually give birth to a child, when I am so old?’ 14 Is anything too difficult for the LORD? (מֵיְהוָ֖ה Yah·weh)?" Gen 18:13-14. Thank You for the honesty of Moses in recording both Sarah's AS WELL AS his own doubt, "But Moses replied, 'Here I am among 600,000 men on foot, yet You say, "I will give them meat, and they will eat for a month." 22 If all our flocks and herds were slaughtered for them, would they have enough? Or if all the fish in the sea were caught for them, would they have enough?” 23 "The LORD answered Moses, 'Is the LORD’s arm too short? Now you will see whether or not My word will come to pass,'” Numbers 11:21-23. You bore witness to this POWER YOU ALONE POSSESS -- To Isaiah, "Behold, the LORD’S hand is not so short that it cannot save; Nor is His ear so dull That it cannot hear," Isaiah 59:1, nor do You stop there! You reiterate the same FACT to Jeremiah, as He expresses the crazy confidence he has in YOU, and You two have a moment the recorded as well, "And You have said to me, O Lord YHWH, ‘Buy for yourself the field with silver, to testify and cause witnesses— even though the city has been given into the hand of the Chaldeans!’” 26 "And the word of YHWH came to Jeremiah, saying: 'Behold, I AM YHWH, the God of all flesh. Is anything too difficult for Me? Jer 32:25-27...



LORD, You've convinced me. Forgive me for doubting. You CERTAINLY know how to reach my wife -- We've been asking for Your mercy and kindness to lead her to repentance, Rom 2:4 -- we've been praying You'd convict her of righteousness, sin and judgement to come, John 16:8 -- we've been praying You hedge her way with thorns, Hos 2:6-7 -- we've been praying You'd use her church and family, Matt 18:15-18 -- we've been praying You give her visions, dreams, prophecies, Joel 2:28-32, preaching, friends, evangelists... For 2 yrs 8 mo... Jesus, we are weary and heavy laden, let us take Your yoke upon ourselves and learn from You, for You are gentle and humble in heart, and we rneed rest for our souls, Matt 11:28-30, as we cast ALL our cares upon You, The LORD, for. You care for us, 1 Peter 5:7. Have mercy on us, forgive us for we all doubt at times, guide her, my son, her family, church and US, and turn her from darkness to light, from the power of shatan to God, Acts 26:18-20, for 'Nothing is TOO DIFFICULT for YOU! We join you in lifting up your wife and your marriage before the Lord, and we thank you for anchoring your prayer so deeply in the Word of God. Your cry is right, nothing is too difficult for the Lord.

You have quoted it truly, Is anything too hard for Yahweh? Genesis 18:14 and Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me? Jeremiah 32:27. We stand on that same truth with you, that His hand is not shortened that it cannot save, nor His ear dull that it cannot hear, Isaiah 59:1, and His arm is not too short to fulfill what He has promised, Numbers 11:23. Sarah doubted, Moses doubted, even Jeremiah wrestled as Jerusalem was falling, yet the Lord remained faithful to His word. We thank God with you that He is both serious and merciful, and that He records the doubts of His servants not to shame them but to show His patience and power.

We hear your weariness after two years and eight months of contending in prayer, asking for His kindness to lead her to repentance, Romans 2:4, for the Holy Spirit to convict her concerning sin, righteousness and judgment, John 16:8, for the Lord to hedge up her way with thorns that she would return, Hosea 2:6-7, and for Him to use her family and her church to restore her, Matthew 18:15-17. These are biblical, faithful prayers, and we continue them with you. We pray that God would turn her from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that she may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Christ, Acts 26:18.

We also hear your heart for the sanctity of marriage. God established marriage as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, and what God has joined together, let no man separate, Matthew 19:6. A husband is called to love his wife even as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for her, Ephesians 5:25. Your perseverance in prayer instead of abandoning your covenant reflects that love, and God sees it. He hates divorce, Malachi 2:16, and He honors those who contend for restoration in righteousness.

We gently encourage you as you confessed doubt, as we all do at times. The Lord does not cast away a bruised reed, and He tenderly restores our faith when we are weary. You quoted it well, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls, Matthew 11:28-29. Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up, Galatians 6:9. The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective, James 5:16.

We pray together now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come boldly to Your throne of grace. Thank You that nothing is too difficult for You, Jeremiah 32:17. We confess our times of doubt and ask You to forgive us and increase our faith. Lord, You see this wife, You know her heart, You know where she is in darkness, and You alone can reach her. We ask for Your mercy to lead her to repentance. Convict her deeply of sin, of righteousness and of judgment to come. Hedge her way with thorns where she strays from You and from her marriage covenant, so that she finds no peace in sin but a longing to return to You and to her husband. Use her family, her church, faithful preaching, friends, and even dreams and visions according to Your will to speak to her, Joel 2:28. Open her eyes that she may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to You. Restore her to Yourself first, and then restore this marriage for Your glory. Give this husband and his son rest for their souls as they take Your yoke, guard their hearts with Your peace which surpasses all understanding, Philippians 4:7, and sustain them through this long trial. Let Your will be done in her life and in this family, and let us see Your word come to pass in Your perfect timing. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, our only Savior, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12, amen.

We encourage you to continue steadfast in the Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with godly believers who will uphold both truth and grace. Keep loving your wife in truth, speaking the truth in love, Ephesians 4:15, and keeping your own walk pure before the Lord. God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, Ephesians 3:20. Keep casting your cares on Him and trusting that He who promised is faithful.

We have sat with your prayer and we hear both things at once, your settled confidence that the Lord is able to reach your wife, and how weary you and your family are after carrying this for two years and eight months. That length of faithful praying takes a toll, and it makes sense that you are asking for rest for your own soul even as you keep asking for her to be turned toward light.

We are grateful for the way you have kept bringing her, your son, and your wider family and church before the Lord, and that you have invited others to do the same. Long seasons like this are not meant to be carried alone. If you have not already, it can steady the heart to have one or two trusted people, perhaps a pastor or a mature couple who know you well, who can walk with you regularly, pray with you in person, and help you discern next wise steps for your home and for your own care. We also hear your desire to cast your cares on Him and learn His gentleness again. Giving yourself permission for simple, quiet time with the Lord that is not only petition, but just being still in His presence, can be part of how He restores strength for the next day.

Father, we lift this husband, his wife, their son, and their families and church to You. You know each of them by name and You see the weariness here. Grant them Your rest, Your wisdom for each conversation and decision, and Your merciful work in her heart in Your time and way. Keep this family close to You and to faithful support around them. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

Is anything too difficult for the LORD No, there is nothing too hard for Him, and blessed be His name that He has so revealed Himself. When Sarah laughed within herself and when Moses reasoned about the flesh for six hundred thousand men, the Lord answered both with the same question, Is the Lord's hand waxed short Is His arm too short that it cannot save, or His ear heavy that it cannot hear. He is the LORD, the God of all flesh, and His word shall come to pass. What comfort this should give to a weary heart that has been praying for two years and eight months.

You have done well to cast all your care upon Him, for He careth for you, and to come to Christ with your weariness and heavy laden soul to take His yoke and learn of Him, for He is meek and lowly in heart and you shall find rest unto your souls. The Lord knows how to reach your wife, and He is both serious and merciful. Continue to pray that His kindness would lead to repentance, that the Holy Spirit would convince of sin and of righteousness and of judgment to come, and that by His providence He would hedge up the way with thorns and by His appointed means of family, of the church faithfully applying the word in Matthew eighteen, of preaching, of friends and evangelists, He would pursue her. Yet remember that the work must be His own.

For there is a repentance that is carnal and after the flesh, which judgments may produce but which gives no glory to God, and there is a repentance unto life which is the work of the Spirit of God in the renewed heart. True repentance gives God glory. It makes a rainbow with tears of grief for sin and glances of hope at the love of Christ and His finished work. It leads a soul to look out of self to Christ and to Christ only, and to hate the sin that nailed Him to the tree and to turn from present sin because of love to Him who died. This repentance is not a preparation for grace, it is the first result of grace working within the soul. It is the gift of God. We are to preach repentance in the name of Jesus, as that which He gives, and where there is true godly sorrow which needeth not to be repented of, there is full and free remission of sins. Do not trust to your own repentance or even to your faith, but to the finished work of Jesus Christ upon Calvary's bloody tree. And do not expect a perfect repentance before you are saved, for the least true repentance, if it be sincere, will save the soul, for degrees of repentance there are, but the reality of it lies in its sincerity and in its looking to Christ.

And what is that salvation to which repentance leads It is by divine grace through faith in Christ Jesus alone. There is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. We are to look unto Him and be saved, all the ends of the earth, for beside Him there is none else. What is believing on Him It is trusting in Him, depending upon Him without fear as to present and eternal salvation, leaving the whole matter of your soul in His hands with unquestioning confidence. This salvation is without money and without price. He asks no good works to purchase it, for His honor is engaged to save the meanest of His sheep who commits his soul unto Him.

So I will pray with you and for you, that the Lord would be pleased to grant unto your wife that repentance unto life which is unto salvation, that He would turn her from darkness to light and from the power of satan unto God, that she may receive forgiveness of sins and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in Christ. And I pray that He would keep your marriage before her eyes as He ordained it, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, wherein alone the Lord has placed the holy union of husband and wife, and that He would convict her where she has departed from His way and bring her to that godly sorrow which glorifies Him. For you and your son and her family and her church, I pray that you may be upheld by His free Spirit, that joy in His salvation may be restored where it has been lost, and that you may be kept from falling again.

Wait upon the Lord and keep His way. Use the means He has appointed, continue instant in prayer, bring forth the word faithfully, and leave the result with Him whose arm is not shortened. He who has begun a good work is able to perfect it, and He will do it in His own time and for His own glory. May the Lord give you to see His word come to pass, and to sing aloud of His righteousness when He delivers from sin and restores the bones which He has broken.

O Lord God of all flesh, before whom nothing is too difficult, look upon this husband and his child and this wife who is yet in darkness. Grant repentance as Thy free gift, give faith to look unto Christ alone for salvation, and turn the heart from sin to Thyself that Thou mayest be glorified. Restore unto them the joy of Thy salvation and uphold them with Thy free Spirit, for Christ's sake. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
