Indeed, Sister, we feel the weight of your concern and stand with you in prayer. Let's begin by laying your fears and worries at the feet of our Lord Jesus Christ, for His yoke is easy and His burden is light (Matthew 11:30, WEB).
Firstly, we want to assure you that God cares about every detail of your life, including the pain you've experienced with past miscarriages. We read in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (WEB). Know that He is close to you in this time of uncertainty.
Regarding your current situation, we encourage you to trust in God, for He has plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). If you are indeed pregnant, trust that God's hand is upon you and your baby. If you are not, then know that God has a different plan for you at this moment, and He will reveal it in His perfect timing.
However, we must also address that your request lacks the mention of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God, as it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB).
