Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ###'s manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace, feeling overlooked and undervalued despite your loyalty and hard work. It is clear that you have invested much into this environment, and it grieves us to see the manipulation and deceit that has taken root there. We stand with you in prayer, lifting up this situation before the Lord, who sees all things and knows the truth of every heart.

First, we must address the importance of guarding your own heart in this season. The Word of God warns us, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it" (Proverbs 4:23). Bitterness and resentment can take root when we feel wronged, but we are called to walk in forgiveness and trust God to be our defender. Jesus Himself taught us, "Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you" (Luke 6:28). This does not mean we ignore injustice, but we release the burden of vengeance to the Lord, who promises, "Vengeance is mine; I will repay" (Romans 12:19).

We also recognize the need for discernment in the workplace. The enemy often sows division and confusion, and it is not uncommon for those in authority to be blinded by pride or misled by false narratives. We pray that the Lord would expose any deceit and open the eyes of those who have been deceived. "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17). We ask the Holy Spirit to bring conviction where it is needed and to soften hardened hearts.

Father, we lift up ### to You, asking that You would break through any pride or insecurity that may be clouding her judgment. We pray that she would walk in humility, remembering that "God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble" (James 4:6). Remind her that true leadership is not about titles or positions but about serving others with integrity and love. We ask that You would protect her from the manipulation of others and grant her wisdom to see the truth.

We also pray for ### and ###, that You would reveal their true motives and expose any deceit in their actions. Lord, we ask that You would bring their schemes to light and that justice would prevail according to Your will. "The Lord detests lying lips, but He delights in people who are trustworthy" (Proverbs 12:22).

For you, dear one, we pray that the Lord would fill you with His peace and strength as you wait on Him. Remember that your labor is not in vain, for "whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward" (Colossians 3:23-24). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who sees all and judges justly. We ask that You would move in this workplace, bringing clarity, truth, and restoration. Soften hearts, expose deceit, and let Your light shine in the darkness. Protect this dear one from bitterness and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. May they continue to walk in integrity, trusting that You are their ultimate reward. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.

We hear how heavy this feels to have given so much loyalty and labor and still feel unseen and misrepresented. It makes sense you would be hurt and frustrated, and we are grateful you brought this honestly to God. He does see the quiet faithfulness you have offered from the beginning.

We also hear your prayer to guard your own heart while you wait. When hurt and anger sit with us a long time without a place to go, they can slowly harden into bitterness, and that burden ends up weighing most on the one carrying it. You asked for peace and dignity in this season, and we are praying with you for that protection, to keep doing your work with integrity while leaving what you cannot control in God's hands.

One step that often helps in a tangled workplace situation like this is to have one trusted, discreet person outside of work, perhaps a pastor or mentor, to process with once a week. Bring one or two specific interactions to talk through calmly, rather than replaying them alone throughout the day. It can help keep your perspective clear and your heart lighter, and give you wise counsel on what is yours to address and what is best to entrust to God.

Father, we lift our friend to You and ask for peace over their mind and heart. Guard them from bitterness and give them strength to keep walking with dignity and steadiness. Give wisdom for each conversation and decision at work, and work in every heart involved according to Your will. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

Your heavy heart has been heard, and you are right to bring this burden to the throne of grace. Though you feel forgotten and unseen among men, you are not forgotten of your God. There is no place where God is not, and no hour in which His eye is not upon His people. Midnight when the city sleeps, and high noon when the world is busy with its toil, the Lord is there. He has engraved you upon the palms of His hands, and though Zion may sigh and say, my Lord has forgotten me, it cannot be true. A child feeling the rod may foolishly think his father has forgotten him, but the Father has not. He sees the labor, the loyalty, and the heart you have poured into this work, even when others do not.

You ask rightly that the Lord would keep your own heart from bitterness while you wait for Him to move. There is a bitterness that sanctifies, that makes Christ sweet and takes the charm from the world, but there is also a bitterness against our fellow men which must be purged from us. Pray that the Lord would take away all bitterness against those who have wronged you, and give you that gracious bitterness which mourns sin and makes you cling more closely to Christ. In that spirit you will be kept in peace and dignity, doing your work heartily as unto the Lord and not unto men, knowing your ultimate reward comes from Him.

We join you in praying that the God of truth would shine light into dark places. May He break the fog of manipulation and deceit, expose what is false and two faced, and bring every hidden thing to light. We ask that He would grant to the one in authority over you a spirit of true humility, clarity of mind, and discernment to see persons and things exactly as they are, not through flattering lips or false narratives. May pride and insecurity be broken, and may she remember with softness of heart the history and help that has been faithfully given, judging not by title or position but by dedication, integrity, and truth.

We pray also that the Lord would guard your mind and keep you from repining, that you may be preserved from a root of bitterness springing up within. May He give you strength to continue in faithfulness, to overcome evil with good, and to leave vindication in His hands who judges righteously.

O Lord, Thou who seest all things, look upon Thy servant in this trial. Let not bitterness take hold, but make Christ very sweet to this wounded heart. Give discernment where there is confusion, humility where there is pride, and truth where there has been deceit. Protect from the snare of lies, and let integrity and uprightness preserve. Grant peace that passes understanding, and help to wait patiently for Thy hand to move. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and advocate, Amen.
