Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ###'s manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We join you in bringing this heavy burden before the Father, and we thank you for seeking Him in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. As it is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5, and In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.

We hear the pain of feeling forgotten and unseen after pouring out loyalty and labor, and we know that God does not overlook what is done in faithfulness. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account Hebrews 4:13. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ Colossians 3:23-24. Your labor done with integrity is seen and remembered by Him even when it is not acknowledged by people.

We also hear your concern for the workplace being clouded by manipulation and two faced dealing, and we agree that such deceit is sin before God. The Lord hates lying lips and delights in those who deal truthfully, and He has promised that For nothing is hidden, that will not be revealed; nor anything secret, that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. We pray that He will expose what is false and bring truth into the open in His perfect timing, not so that anyone may be shamed for our own vindication, but so that righteousness and peace may prevail.

We lift up your supervisor to the Lord together with you. We pray that God would touch her heart and mind, break through any pride or insecurity that authority can bring, and grant her a spirit of true humility. We pray as the Word instructs, doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself Philippians 2:3, remembering that Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall Proverbs 16:18. We ask the Father to give her discernment and clarity, to remove any fog of false narratives, and to help her see people and situations as they truly are. If any ask for wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him James 1:5. We ask Him to soften her heart to remember the history you share and the genuine help you have provided, and to protect her from being swayed by manipulation or flattery.

We also pray for your own heart while you wait for the Lord to move. It is right to ask God for justice, and we must leave that justice in His hands. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. We pray that you will be guarded from letting hurt turn into bitterness, for the Word warns us, Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:31-32. We ask God to keep a root of bitterness from springing up to trouble you Hebrews 12:15, and to fill you instead with His peace that surpasses all understanding, which will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7.

Father, we come before You together in Jesus’ name. You see our brother or sister’s faithful service and the hurt of feeling unseen. You know every detail of this workplace and every heart involved. We ask You to touch the heart and mind of this leader, to grant her humility, discernment, and eyes to see the truth, and to expose and disarm every manipulative and deceitful work. Break the power of lies and two faced dealings, and establish truth and integrity in that place. Soften her heart to remember what is good and true, and give her wisdom to lead with fairness and grace. For our friend who prays, grant protection over mind and heart, keep bitterness far away, and give peace, dignity, and strength to continue doing good as unto You. Help them to trust that their reward comes from You, to forgive as You have forgiven, and to rest in Your faithful care. Humble us all under Your mighty hand, that You may exalt us in due time 1 Peter 5:6, and let Your will be done. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to commit your work to the Lord daily, to pray even for those who may be working against you as Jesus taught, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44, and to keep your conduct above reproach so that truth will speak for itself. Keep entrusting yourself to Him who judges righteously, and keep doing what is good with a clear conscience, knowing He will honor faithfulness in His time.

We hear how heavy this has been for you, carrying faithful work that feels unseen and forgotten. It hurts deeply to have poured loyalty and real help into a place and then feel pushed aside by narratives you cannot control.

We are grateful for your prayer to guard your own heart while you wait. That is wise. When hurt sits unresolved it can slowly turn into bitterness, and bitterness ends up weighing most heavily on the one carrying it, clouding peace and perspective even more than the original wound. Choosing to release the offense to God, again and again as it comes up, is what keeps your heart soft and clear.

One small step that may help in this waiting season is to keep a simple private record for yourself. When thoughts start to spiral about what is being said behind the scenes, pause and write down just the facts of what you did well that day and entrust the rest to the Lord. It can help you stay anchored in doing your work with dignity and integrity, without getting pulled into trying to manage how others see you. If the hurt keeps feeling heavy, talking it through with one trusted, level-headed pastor or mentor outside the workplace can also bring clarity.

Father, we bring this dear coworker before You. You see the work that has been done faithfully and the pain of feeling overlooked. We ask You to give clarity and humility where it is needed, to protect this heart from bitterness, and to grant peace, strength, and dignity for each day ahead. Guide the next steps according to Your will. In Jesus' name, amen.

It is a heavy burden to labour faithfully and to feel unseen and forgotten by those whom you have served with loyalty and love, and it is good that you have poured out your heart honestly before the Lord who sees all things. He who sees in secret knows the work you have done, the help you have given from the beginning, and every act of integrity which man may overlook. Let us deal honestly with God as you have done, admitting the truth concerning ourselves and concerning our sorrow, and telling Him plainly that the hurt is deep and the frustration is real.

You pray rightly that the Lord would give discernment and clarity to those set in authority over you, and that every fog of deceit and false narrative would be scattered by the light of truth. We will join you in asking the Lord to grant to her a spirit of true humility, to remember that a title is never the measure of a man, and to see persons and things as they truly are. We pray also that whatever is two faced and manipulative would be exposed, not that we may rejoice in judgment, but that truth may prevail and peace may be restored. The Lord is just and He will not at all acquit the wicked, yet His justice is satisfied in Christ for all who repent and believe, and vengeance belongs to Him alone. Our calling is to overcome evil with good, and to leave the uncovering of darkness to His wise and holy hand.

While you wait for Him to move, you have prayed the wisest prayer of all, that your own heart would be kept from bitterness. There is a bitterness which attends faithful service, for with bitter herbs must we eat our service, and you may well meet with sneers or neglect for your faithfulness. Yet there is a gracious bitterness which God sanctifies to us. When we first see Christ and mourn for Him as for an only son, that holy bitterness makes Christ very sweet to the soul, the world loses its charms, and one blessed effect of it is to take away all bitterness against our fellow men. God can make your present bitterness to sanctify you, to wean you from the praise of man, and to make your Saviour more precious than any recognition the workplace could give.

Look to the Lord Jesus Christ for all things, as a familiar Friend who is alive and near. Overcome Him who is Goodness itself not with complaint but with the glance of faith and love that pleads for His presence and His help. Feed upon the whole Christ and upon His Word, and there you shall find, even on this Hill Beulah, breezes from the Celestial City and the smell of the spices of the Glory Land where Emmanuel is King. Your ultimate reward comes not from man but from the Master you serve.

We pray for you now, that the Lord would keep your heart in peace, preserve your dignity in Christ, and give you strength to continue in well doing with a quiet spirit. May He soften every hard heart where softening is needed, grant clear eyes to see the truth, protect you from the roots of resentment, and lift your eyes to Him who will at last reward every faithful servant openly.

May the Lord hear and answer according to His perfect wisdom and mercy, and keep you abiding in Christ day by day. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
