We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting up your heavy heart before the Lord and standing with you in your hurt over feeling forgotten and unseen in your workplace after all the labor and loyalty and heart you have poured into this work from the very beginning.
We continue to pray with you that God would touch the heart and mind of your leader and grant her discernment and clarity to see the workplace and the people in it exactly as they are. We pray that He would break through any fog of manipulation and deceit and false narratives, expose what is two faced and manipulative, and protect her from being influenced against you and your coworkers. We ask the Lord to soften her heart to remember the history you share and the genuine help and foundation you have provided, and to give her a spirit of true humility that is not swayed by pride or insecurity that can come with a position of authority.
We also continue to pray for you, that while you wait for the Lord to move He would guard your own heart and mind from bitterness and fill you with His peace and dignity and strength to keep doing your best. We are reminded of Colossians 3:23 that whatever we do we work heartily as for the Lord and not for men, and that the Lord sees all things and will bring what is hidden into light, as Proverbs 15:3 teaches.
