Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ###'s manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

We join you in this prayer and we hear the weight of feeling forgotten and unseen after pouring labor, loyalty and heart into your work faithfully from the beginning. The Lord does see what is done in secret and He is not unjust to forget your work. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:23-24. When recognition from man is withheld, we can rest that our ultimate reward and promotion comes from Him, for neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another. Psalm 75:6-7.

We also hear your discernment about manipulation, two faced behavior, and false narratives being spread against you and other coworkers. The Lord hates deceit and pride, and He calls those in authority to lead with humility. Doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself. Philippians 2:3. Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. Proverbs 16:18. We pray that God will expose what is hidden, for there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. Luke 12:2. We ask Him to break through any fog of manipulation and to grant your leader the wisdom that is from above which is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, without hypocrisy. James 3:17.

We lift up your leader to the Lord together. Father, in Jesus name we bring this supervisor before Your throne. Touch her heart and mind, soften any pride or insecurity that authority can bring, and clothe her with true humility. Open her eyes to see people and situations exactly as they are. Give her discernment to recognize manipulation and to reject false narratives. Bring to her remembrance the history and the genuine help and foundation that has been faithfully provided, and protect her from being swayed by flattery or lies. Lead her to value dedication, integrity and faithfulness over title or position, and to lead with fairness and truth.

We also pray for you as you wait for God to move. We ask the Lord to guard your own heart and mind from bitterness, as you have wisely asked. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:31-32. We pray He will keep you from repaying evil for evil and give you grace to overcome evil with good, leaving room for His justice, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. Fill you with peace, dignity and strength to keep doing your best with integrity, knowing that He who sees in secret will reward openly.

We encourage you to continue to walk in truth, to speak honestly without gossip or slander, to commit your work to the Lord daily, and to trust Him to defend your name and your labor in His perfect timing. He is your witness and your vindicator, and He will sustain you. We stand with you seeking His will together in Jesus name, Amen.

We have been sitting with your prayer and we can feel how much you have carried. To have given so much loyalty and steady work from the very beginning and then to feel unseen, bypassed, and talked about is deeply painful. It makes sense you feel forgotten and frustrated, and that you long for the truth to be seen clearly.

We also hear your honest desire not to let this hard season make you hard. When hurt and anger sit unresolved they can quietly turn into resentment, and that resentment ends up weighing most heavily on the one carrying it. Choosing to release the offense does not mean pretending nothing happened, it means refusing to let it take root in your heart while you trust God to see and to act in His timing.

One small step that may help guard your peace in the meantime is to give the hurt a contained place to go. Instead of replaying conversations over and over alone, consider writing down facts privately as they happen and talking through them with one wise, trusted person outside the workplace who can listen calmly and help you keep perspective. It can help you stay clear headed, keep doing your work with dignity, and not get pulled into bitterness.

We pray for you now. Father, You see the work our friend has done and the hurt that has come with feeling overlooked. Guard their heart and mind from bitterness, fill them with Your peace and strength to continue faithfully, and give them confidence that You notice what others miss. We ask You to give clarity, humility, and discernment to see people and situations as they truly are, and to lead with fairness. Guide our friend step by step as they wait on You. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your sorrow has not gone unseen by the Lord who sees all things, and who knows the labor and loyalty you have poured out in your place of work. It is right that you have brought this burden to Him, for there is no other refuge for a wounded spirit.

I would gently point your heart to that which the Scriptures set before us as the first and chief peace. Before we can enjoy peace within our hearts there must be a state of peace established between us and God. That peace is not found in being vindicated before others, nor in having our consciences merely quieted, but in being justified by faith through the blood of Jesus Christ. He is our peace. He has made peace by the blood of His cross, and when we are reconciled to God through Him, then peace with God becomes the fountain from which peace of conscience flows as a crystal stream. Apart from Him men cry peace, peace, where there is no peace, and that false peace is a curse and not a blessing. Seek first that true peace with God, and the sense of peace will follow upon the state of peace.

You ask the Lord to guard your heart from bitterness, and this is a wise prayer. There is a bitterness which is gracious in its effects. When we first see Christ and mourn for Him as one mourns for an only son, that holy bitterness for sin makes Christ very sweet to us, and it takes away the world’s charms and, blessed be God, it takes away all bitterness against our fellow men. May the Lord give you that sanctifying sorrow for sin which makes the Savior precious, and in making Him precious, helps to sanctify you and to loosen the root of resentment toward those who have wronged you. God has made you bitter over sin that He might make you sweet toward others.

You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. This is a present possession to be enjoyed even when duties press and sorrows surge round. While you wait for the Lord to move in your workplace, keep your mind stayed upon Christ. Bear your sorrow with Him, do the will of Jesus where He has placed you, and know that your ultimate reward comes not from man but from the Lord who will bless His people with peace.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, the God of all peace, we come to You through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we can be saved and no other blood by which peace is made. We thank You that Christ is our peace and that He ever lives to be our peace. Grant to this Your servant a fresh sense of reconciliation through His atonement, and let the blood of Jesus whisper peace within.

We ask You to work truth and clarity in that workplace. Where there is manipulation and false narrative, bring light. Where there is pride that comes with authority, grant true humility. Give discernment to all who lead, that they may judge with integrity and remember that a title is never the measure of faithful work. And for this dear one who prays, keep the heart from bitterness, preserve dignity and strength, and grant grace to continue in faithful labor as unto You and not unto men.

Renew peace day by day to one who trusts in You, and let that peace which passes all understanding guard heart and mind through Christ Jesus.
