Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We join you in this prayer and we hear the heaviness in your heart over feeling forgotten and unseen in your workplace after pouring so much labor and loyalty into it. The Lord does see you fully, even when others do not, and He honors faithful work done unto Him.

The word reminds us in Psalm 139:1-2 that Lord, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar. Nothing you have done in service and support has been hidden from Him. We also take comfort in Colossians 3:23-24, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ. Your ultimate reward and validation does not come from man but from God, and He will not forget your faithfulness.

We also hear your cry for your leader to have her eyes opened to manipulation and false narratives. It is right to pray for truth to be revealed and for discernment, for God desires truth and integrity. At the same time we want to gently encourage you to guard your own heart as you have prayed, so that hurt does not take root as bitterness. Hebrews 12:15 warns us to look carefully lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and lest many be defiled by it. And Romans 12:19 reminds us, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. We can pray for exposure of what is false and for justice, while leaving the outcome in God's hands and choosing to bless rather than harbor resentment. We are also called to pray for those in authority over us with grace.

We pray together for you and for this workplace.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You together and lift up this dear one who feels overlooked and hurt. Lord, You see every hour of labor, every act of loyalty and help given from the beginning. Comfort this heart with Your peace that surpasses understanding and protect this mind from bitterness and discouragement. Give dignity and strength to continue to do excellent work as unto You. Let promotion and recognition come in Your perfect timing, for we know Psalm 75:6-7 teaches that promotion does not come from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, but God is the judge.

We lift up the leader mentioned to You. Touch her heart and mind, Lord. Where there is pride or insecurity that comes with authority, grant her true humility. Philippians 2:3 says to do nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself. Soften her heart to remember the history and faithful support that has been given to her, and grant her clear discernment to see people and situations exactly as they are. Remove any fog of manipulation, deceit, or two faced flattery. Let truth come to light, for Luke 8:17 says nothing is hidden that will not be revealed. Expose what needs to be exposed in a way that brings conviction and not destruction, and protect her from being swayed by false words against coworkers.

We also pray for those coworkers who may be acting with manipulation. Lord, bring them to conviction and repentance, and help all in this workplace to speak truth in love, Ephesians 4:15, and to turn from gossip and deceit.

Help our dear fellow believer to walk in forgiveness as Ephesians 4:32 calls us to be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Keep this heart tender toward You and firm in integrity. May this trial refine character and be a testimony of grace under pressure. We trust You to be the defender and the lifter of the head.

We thank You that we have access to Your throne only through Jesus, for John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 declares there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We are grateful to pray in His name and we ask all these things in Jesus name, amen.

We encourage you to continue to commit your work daily to the Lord, to pray for your leader and even for those who frustrate you, and to seek wise and calm communication when the Lord opens the door. The Lord who sees in secret will reward openly, and He is faithful to sustain you while He works in the hearts of others.

We hear how painful it is to feel unseen after you have given so much loyalty and steady work, and to wonder if others are shaping how you are viewed. It makes sense that you would feel hurt and frustrated, and that you would want clarity for everyone involved.

What you named about guarding your own heart while you wait really stood out to us. When hurt sits unaddressed it can harden into bitterness without us noticing, holding tightly to the offense until it colors how we see everything. Choosing to release that grip, even while the situation is still unresolved, is what keeps your heart soft and your perspective clear. And the kind of humility you are praying for in your workplace is not weakness, it is the willingness to value people and their faithful contribution more than a title.

One small step that may help in the coming days is to keep a simple private record of facts, dates and work you have completed, and to process what you are experiencing with one wise, trusted person outside the immediate workplace. That gives you a grounded place to sort what is happening and helps you keep doing your work with dignity and steadiness before the Lord.

Father, we lift our friend to You and ask You to guard their heart and mind with Your peace. Give them strength to continue in integrity and to know their work is seen by You. We ask You to bring clarity and humility where it is needed, soften hearts, expose what is untrue, and protect this workplace from division. Lead all involved toward what is honest and good. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

There is a heaviness in your prayer which the Lord has not overlooked, for He sees all things and knows the labor and loyalty you have poured out from the beginning. You have done well to bring this burden honestly before Him, for the Lord delights in honest dealing and a truthful spirit before His throne. Tell Him plainly that you feel forgotten and unseen, and that hurt is pressing upon you, and ask Him to keep you in the truth both concerning yourself and concerning His grace.

You ask rightly that your own heart be kept from bitterness, and herein is a gracious work of God. There is a bitterness which sanctifies, which makes Christ very sweet to the soul and takes away all bitterness against your fellow men. When we taste the bitter herbs that must accompany our service in this world, whether it be to be sneered at or overlooked or stepped over, that very bitterness can be made to wean us from the world and make us feed more fully upon Christ and upon His Word. Pray that you may feed on the Word and so catch, even on this Hill of difficulty, the breezes from the distant Celestial City where your true reward is kept.

For those who have authority over you, we will pray with you that the Lord would grant clear eyes and a humble heart. A title is never the true measure of work done, and pride or insecurity can bring a fog over judgment. May the Lord give discernment to see people and things exactly as they are, to remember with thankfulness the history and help faithfully given, and to be delivered from manipulation and false narratives. We do not ask God to bless deceit or two faced dealing, for we know that majestic justice belongs to Him and He will not at all acquit the wicked, yet mercy and justice have met in Christ. Justice itself, being satisfied in Him for all who trust Him, teaches us to leave vengeance in His hands and to overcome evil with good.

So let us pray together. O Lord, Thou seest the hurt of Thy servant and the workplace that has become a trial. Keep this wounded heart from bitterness and give peace, dignity and strength to continue doing good as unto Thee and not unto man. Touch the heart of the one in authority, break through pride, grant humility and clarity of mind, expose what is false and establish what is true, and protect all from the power of manipulative words. Let truth be spoken and lived in that place, and let Thy child find that Christ grows sweeter as earthly recognition fades. Grant that the world may lose its charms where it has proved unkind, and that Thy presence may be the reward and comfort. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and righteousness, we ask these things. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been received and I join you in bringing it before the Lord who sees all things in secret and knows the labor and loyalty you have offered.

God has not forgotten you. Even when recognition from others is withheld, He sees the integrity of your work and the heart with which you have served. It is right to bring your hurt to Him and to ask Him to keep your heart from growing hard while you wait for Him to act.

I pray with you for the one who leads you, that God would grant her clarity of mind and true discernment to see people and situations as they truly are. I pray that any fog of manipulation, flattery, or false report would be exposed by the light of truth, and that she would be given humility rather than pride in her position. Authority is given by God for the good of all, to preserve peace and order, and it bears fruit only when it is exercised with humility and a regard for the people who faithfully support the work. May the Lord soften her heart to remember faithfully what has been done for her and to judge with fairness and conscience.

For you, I pray especially that the Lord would guard your own heart. Scripture warns us to look diligently lest any root of bitterness spring up and trouble us, and by it many be defiled. A bitter root bears only bitter fruit, and it can spread to pollute the whole heart and the whole community. Ask the Lord to cut off that root before it can take hold, so that you are not overcome by resentment. In its place, ask for the peace of God to rule in your heart. That peace is not the peace that comes from getting our own way, but the peace Christ Himself gives, which passes all understanding and guards the heart in Him. It teaches us to endure wrong without reviling, to not return insult for insult, and to leave room for God to bring justice in His time. Those who make peace in this way are called sons of God.

Continue to do your work with dignity and excellence, as unto the Lord and not unto men. Do not let the actions of others draw you into speaking evil or seeking revenge, for reviling tears apart the very charity and peace that God desires among His people. Commit your cause to Him who judges righteously, keep your conscience clear, and trust that your ultimate reward comes from Him.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, You see the pain of feeling unseen and the burden of faithfulness without recognition. Grant to this Your servant peace, strength, and protection from bitterness. Grant to the one in authority eyes to see clearly, ears to hear truth, and a humble heart to lead with justice and mercy. Expose what is false and establish what is true, and let Your peace reign in this workplace. Guard both hearts and guide both lives according to Your will. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
