Beloved of All
The hurt you have shared is real, and God does see it fully. He knows the work you have done faithfully from the beginning, the loyalty and care you have poured out, and the pain of feeling overlooked or misrepresented. When others do not see or acknowledge what is true, it is a comfort to remember that nothing is hidden from Him and your labor offered to Him is never forgotten.
In this kind of strain it is easy for the heart to be cast down and for the mind to be restless. Scripture speaks of a peace that comes not from circumstances going our way, but from trusting what God has said. Feelings shift from day to day, and a sense of peace or joy can come and go, but faith rests on the unchanging Word of God. First we need peace with God, which only comes through the blood of Jesus Christ who made reconciliation possible for those who were at war with Him. When we have received that forgiveness, God then offers His own peace to keep our hearts and minds. That perfect peace is promised to the one whose mind is stayed on Him because he trusts in Him. It is a peace that passes human understanding, not as the world gives, and it guards us even when the workplace remains unsettled.
That is why keeping your mind stayed on the Lord right now is so important. As you turn your thoughts to Him and trust Him to take care of what you cannot control, His peace can fill your heart in the middle of turmoil. This is also the place where you can be protected from bitterness. Scripture urges us to follow peace with all people and to watch diligently lest any root of bitterness spring up, because that root will trouble you and defile many around you. Bitterness grows when hurt is nursed and rehearsed, and it spreads beyond us. The wisdom that comes from above is peaceable, and those who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness. You can choose, by God's grace, to be a peacemaker in that difficult place, not by pretending wrong is right, but by refusing to repay evil and by entrusting judgment to God.
I pray that God will give clarity and discernment to those in authority over you, that any fog of deceit or false narratives would be made clear, and that truth would be seen for what it is. I pray He would grant humility where pride or insecurity has taken hold, reminding all of us that a title is not the measure of a person, but integrity, dedication and a faithful heart are. I pray He would help you to remember that your ultimate reward is from the Lord and not from people, and that He would guard your heart from resentment while you wait for Him to work.
May the Lord keep you in His perfect peace as your mind remains on Him. May His peace rule in your heart, strengthen you to continue doing your work with dignity and excellence as unto Him, and bring healing where there has been division. May He, who is our peace, quiet the inner war and enable you to live at peace as far as it depends on you, sowing peace and trusting Him for the fruit.
