Touch the heart and mind of ### ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ###'s manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace, feeling overlooked and undervalued despite your loyalty and hard work. It is clear that you have invested much into this environment, and it grieves us to see the manipulation and deceit that has taken root there. We stand with you in prayer, lifting up this situation before the Lord, who sees all things and knows the truth of every heart.

First, we must address the importance of guarding your own heart in this season. The Word of God warns us, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it" (Proverbs 4:23). Bitterness and resentment can take root when we feel wronged, but we are called to walk in forgiveness and trust God to be our defender. Jesus Himself taught us, "Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you" (Luke 6:28). This does not mean we ignore injustice, but we release the burden of vengeance to the Lord, who promises, "Vengeance is mine; I will repay" (Romans 12:19).

We also recognize the need for discernment in the workplace. The enemy often sows division and confusion, and it is not uncommon for those in authority to be blinded by pride or misled by false narratives. We pray that the Lord would expose any deceit and open the eyes of those who have been deceived. "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17). We ask the Holy Spirit to bring conviction where it is needed and to soften hardened hearts.

Father, we lift up ### to You, asking that You would break through any pride or insecurity that may be clouding her judgment. We pray that she would walk in humility, remembering that "God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble" (James 4:6). Remind her that true leadership is not about titles or positions but about serving others with integrity and love. We ask that You would protect her from the manipulation of others and grant her wisdom to see the truth.

We also pray for ### and ###, that You would reveal their true motives and expose any deceit in their actions. Lord, we ask that You would bring their schemes to light and that justice would prevail according to Your will. "The Lord detests lying lips, but He delights in people who are trustworthy" (Proverbs 12:22).

For you, dear one, we pray that the Lord would fill you with His peace and strength as you wait on Him. Remember that your labor is not in vain, for "whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward" (Colossians 3:23-24). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who sees all and judges justly. We ask that You would move in this workplace, bringing clarity, truth, and restoration. Soften hearts, expose deceit, and let Your light shine in the darkness. Protect this dear one from bitterness and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. May they continue to walk in integrity, trusting that You are their ultimate reward. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.

We hear how heavy this feels to have given so much loyalty and labor and still feel unseen and misrepresented. It makes sense you would be hurt and frustrated, and we are grateful you brought this honestly to God. He does see the quiet faithfulness you have offered from the beginning.

We also hear your prayer to guard your own heart while you wait. When hurt and anger sit with us a long time without a place to go, they can slowly harden into bitterness, and that burden ends up weighing most on the one carrying it. You asked for peace and dignity in this season, and we are praying with you for that protection, to keep doing your work with integrity while leaving what you cannot control in God's hands.

One step that often helps in a tangled workplace situation like this is to have one trusted, discreet person outside of work, perhaps a pastor or mentor, to process with once a week. Bring one or two specific interactions to talk through calmly, rather than replaying them alone throughout the day. It can help keep your perspective clear and your heart lighter, and give you wise counsel on what is yours to address and what is best to entrust to God.

Father, we lift our friend to You and ask for peace over their mind and heart. Guard them from bitterness and give them strength to keep walking with dignity and steadiness. Give wisdom for each conversation and decision at work, and work in every heart involved according to Your will. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

Your heavy heart has been heard, and you are right to bring this burden to the throne of grace. Though you feel forgotten and unseen among men, you are not forgotten of your God. There is no place where God is not, and no hour in which His eye is not upon His people. Midnight when the city sleeps, and high noon when the world is busy with its toil, the Lord is there. He has engraved you upon the palms of His hands, and though Zion may sigh and say, my Lord has forgotten me, it cannot be true. A child feeling the rod may foolishly think his father has forgotten him, but the Father has not. He sees the labor, the loyalty, and the heart you have poured into this work, even when others do not.

You ask rightly that the Lord would keep your own heart from bitterness while you wait for Him to move. There is a bitterness that sanctifies, that makes Christ sweet and takes the charm from the world, but there is also a bitterness against our fellow men which must be purged from us. Pray that the Lord would take away all bitterness against those who have wronged you, and give you that gracious bitterness which mourns sin and makes you cling more closely to Christ. In that spirit you will be kept in peace and dignity, doing your work heartily as unto the Lord and not unto men, knowing your ultimate reward comes from Him.

We join you in praying that the God of truth would shine light into dark places. May He break the fog of manipulation and deceit, expose what is false and two faced, and bring every hidden thing to light. We ask that He would grant to the one in authority over you a spirit of true humility, clarity of mind, and discernment to see persons and things exactly as they are, not through flattering lips or false narratives. May pride and insecurity be broken, and may she remember with softness of heart the history and help that has been faithfully given, judging not by title or position but by dedication, integrity, and truth.

We pray also that the Lord would guard your mind and keep you from repining, that you may be preserved from a root of bitterness springing up within. May He give you strength to continue in faithfulness, to overcome evil with good, and to leave vindication in His hands who judges righteously.

O Lord, Thou who seest all things, look upon Thy servant in this trial. Let not bitterness take hold, but make Christ very sweet to this wounded heart. Give discernment where there is confusion, humility where there is pride, and truth where there has been deceit. Protect from the snare of lies, and let integrity and uprightness preserve. Grant peace that passes understanding, and help to wait patiently for Thy hand to move. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and advocate, Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been received and your pain is heard. To feel unseen after long and faithful labor, to feel forgotten by those you have served with loyalty, is a heavy burden, and God indeed sees what is done in secret and knows the integrity of your heart.

I join you in praying for the workplace you describe. We ask the Lord to bring light where there has been fog and confusion, to expose what is false and two faced, and to grant to the one in authority true discernment and clarity of mind to see people and situations as they truly are. We pray that any manipulation or deceit would not prevail, and that pride or insecurity that can come with a position would be replaced by genuine humility. For a title is never the true measure of a person, but faithfulness, dedication and integrity are. We also pray that the history of your faithful help would be remembered with fairness and not be covered over by false narratives.

While we pray for others, we must also watch over our own hearts with great diligence. Scripture warns us to look carefully lest any root of bitterness spring up and trouble us, and by it many become defiled. A bitter root cannot bear sweet fruit. It is possible for a bitter root to be cut off before it grows, but if it is allowed to send up shoots it will pollute the whole soul. The betrayal of Judas reminds us how terrible the love of money and power and position can be, how it can make a person drunk with passion and betray what is good for a small gain. When we see such things we are warned to guard ourselves, so that we do not suffer the same.

Therefore we pray also for you, that God would protect your mind and heart from bitterness. We ask Him to make you kind and tender hearted, ready to forgive, and to keep you from letting hurt turn into hatred. This is how we make room for the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts and keep the way of virtue from becoming too hard to walk.

Continue in prayer, watching and being sober in it, with thanksgiving. Even in this trial, give thanks for what God has done and will do, for His seen and unseen mercies, for His justice and His comfort. He is your true rewarder, not man, and He will give you peace and dignity and strength to keep doing good.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, You see every labor offered in faithfulness. Grant clarity and humility to those in authority, expose what is false, and bring truth into the light according to Your wisdom. Guard this dear one from bitterness, fill the heart with peace, and give strength to continue in what is good and right, looking to You for the reward. Keep all hearts from the tyranny of greed and pride, and lead us in integrity and love. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our salvation, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for sharing your heart so honestly in this prayer. Feeling forgotten and unseen, especially after giving loyal and faithful labor over a long time, is a deep and painful hurt, and it is right to bring that pain to the Lord who sees all things. He knows the work you have done, the help you have given from the beginning, and the integrity you have tried to maintain, even when it feels like no one else notices.

I join you in praying for the one in authority over you. I pray that God would give her clear eyes and a discerning mind to see people and situations as they truly are, and to recognize any manipulation or false words spoken against you or others. I pray that any deceit or two faced behavior around her would be exposed and not allowed to take root, and that she would be protected from being swayed by it. I also pray that God would work in her heart to give her true humility. A position or title is never the true measure of value, and I pray she would remember and honor the history and faithful support you have provided, and lead with fairness and truth.

While we pray for her, we must also carefully guard your own heart, just as you asked. Scripture warns us to look diligently lest any root of bitterness spring up to trouble us, because that root does not stay small. It grows and it defiles many people around it. Bitterness never stays contained to one relationship, it spreads and it hurts the one who holds it more than anyone else. It is described as a gall, a poison inside, and a bond that holds a person. You cannot afford to carry it, and God graciously calls us to turn from it, to seek peace with all people, and to ask Him to forgive and cleanse us when those bitter feelings begin to rise. There is a difference between tears of true repentance before God and tears of anger and resentment toward others, and God wants to keep your heart soft toward Him rather than hardened by anger.

What you described, feeling fenced in with no way out and surrounded by painful circumstances, is something the prophet Jeremiah knew well. He spoke of being encircled, of having walls of stone built around him, of being set in dark places and feeling as if God had removed Himself. He felt trapped, as if his path had been made crooked and there was no escape, even like a bear or lion waiting to attack. He knew what it was to be at rock bottom looking at ruin. If you feel that helplessness now, you are not alone in that feeling, but that feeling is not the full truth. God had not abandoned Jeremiah, and He has not abandoned you. His promises remain true whether we feel them or not. We are not to live by seeking a warm feeling or a sign, but by simply taking God at His word and trusting what He has said.

Part of that heaviness, discouragement, and agitation you feel may also be more than just workplace stress. There is a spiritual battle around us, and often those feelings of heaviness and despondency are part of that attack. When we are not aware of it, we can just bow under it and complain that everything is going wrong, without recognizing that we need spiritual strength. That is why it is so important to be fed spiritually and not only physically, so that the spirit is strengthened against the flesh and against the enemy's pressure. Bring those feelings to the Lord and ask Him to lift them and to clothe you with His peace.

I pray that God will protect your mind and heart from bitterness while you wait for Him to move. May He give you peace, dignity, and strength to continue to do your work with excellence, remembering that your ultimate reward comes from the Lord and not from people. When one member of the body suffers, we all suffer together, and you are not unseen by your church family or by the Lord. May He sustain you, keep your heart tender toward Him, and in His time bring clarity and justice to this situation.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I lift this dear one to You. You see the hurt of feeling overlooked and the frustration of faithful work not being recognized. Comfort this heart and guard it from bitterness and resentment. Give peace that goes beyond understanding. I ask that You would grant wisdom and humility to the leader over this workplace, open her eyes to see the truth clearly, expose what is false, and protect her from being misled. Help her to value faithful service with integrity. And Lord, do a cleansing work in all of our hearts where bitterness would try to take hold. Keep us close to Your Word and close to You, trusting Your promises more than our feelings. Give strength to keep doing what is right as unto You. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

We have continued to bring your workplace burden before the Lord. We have prayed with you that He would touch the heart and mind of your leader, that He would break through any fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her, and that He would grant her discernment and clarity to see the people and the situation exactly as they are and to see through false narratives and two faced behavior. We have prayed that God would soften her heart, give her a spirit of true humility, help her to remember the history you share and the labor and loyalty you have poured into this work from the very beginning, and protect her from being bypassed and influenced by manipulation.

We have also prayed for you, that while you wait for God to move, He would protect your own heart and mind from bitterness, and give you peace and dignity and strength to keep doing your best. We cling to the truth that your ultimate reward comes from the Lord and not from man, as it is written in Colossians 3:23, and that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted in Psalm 34:18.

If your request was answered and you have seen God touch her heart, bring clarity, or restore peace in your workplace, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not yet seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Father, we lift this need to You again together, we ask You to continue to work in the heart and mind of this leader, expose what is done in darkness, grant wisdom and humility, and guard our dear brother or sister in Christ from hurt and discouragement. Let Your peace which passes all understanding guard their heart and mind. We ask for justice tempered with mercy and for Your will to be done in that workplace. In Jesus Name we pray, Amen.
