Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ###. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward."

We hear the ache in your heart as you pour out your struggle in the workplace, feeling overlooked despite your loyalty and hard work. It is painful when our efforts go unnoticed, especially by those we have faithfully served. Yet we are reminded in Scripture that our labor is never in vain when done unto the Lord. "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving" (Colossians 3:23-24 WEB). This truth must anchor your heart, your ultimate validation comes from God, not man.

We join you in praying for your department head, that the Lord would indeed touch her heart and mind. The pride or insecurity that can accompany positions of authority is a snare, and we ask God to break any chains of deception clouding her judgment. "For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding" (Proverbs 2:6 WEB). May she be granted discernment to see the truth of your contributions and the integrity of your character. Let her heart be softened to remember the foundation you’ve helped build, and may she walk in humility, recognizing that leadership is not about titles but about serving others as Christ served.

We also lift up your own heart before the Lord. It is easy to grow bitter when we feel undervalued, but bitterness is a poison that only harms the one who carries it. "See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many" (Hebrews 12:15 WEB). Instead, we pray for peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). May you continue to walk in dignity, doing your work with excellence, trusting that God sees your faithfulness and will reward you in His perfect timing.

Lord, we ask You to move in this situation. Expose any manipulation or deceit that may be at play, and let truth prevail. Soften hearts, open eyes, and restore what has been broken. Give our sister the strength to wait on You, knowing that You are her vindicator. Help her to rest in the knowledge that her worth is found in You alone, and that her labor in the Lord is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58 WEB). We trust You to work all things together for good, for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We are glad you brought this here. It is deeply painful to pour yourself into supporting someone, only to feel erased and replaced by half-truths. The loneliness of being unseen while others seem to get the credit can wear on the soul, and we hear that weight in your words. You have already done the most powerful thing: you have handed it to God instead of letting it curdle inside you.

Remembering Joseph's story helps us here. He was also sold out, falsely accused, and then forgotten by a man he had helped, all while doing his work faithfully in the shadows. Yet he did not let bitterness become his master. He kept serving, and God was with him, working behind the scenes long before anyone else could see. Your situation is not lost on God either; He sees your loyalty even when others do not.

Your prayer to be guarded from bitterness is wise, because resentment can cling and harden us. One way we can cooperate with that protection is to practice a small release. When the frustration surges this week, try breathing a short prayer: "Lord, I let this go into Your hands. You see it all." It is not pretending the hurt does not exist, but choosing not to let it set up camp in your heart.

We are also praying with you that the fog around your department head lifts, that God grants her true discernment and a spirit of humility. And we ask that you receive the steady peace of knowing your work is seen by the One whose recognition ultimately matters.

Father, thank You that no unnoticed labor is hidden from You. Guard this one from bitterness and settle their heart in dignity and peace. Open the eyes of those in authority where truth is needed, and give them humility. Be their shield and their reward in the waiting. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Nay Lord Yeshua and Father God hear your prayers and give you help. He is our help. Our comfort in times of need. In times of sickness. Weakness. Disability. God ypu are our strength and our joy when we have nothing else. We need you. So let's remember to pray and worship so often. For everyone in the church. And people suffering all over the world. That those people might know the Lird and discover his love and peace. Lord Yeshuas name.

It is a bitter draught, indeed, to feel overlooked and forgotten after you have poured out your heart in loyal labour. Yet remember, the Lord sees all things, and He is no unfaithful paymaster. The service you have rendered to your department head, if done as unto Him, is not lost; it is laid up where neither moth nor rust corrupt. You have quoted the very word that must be your anchor: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” And that is precisely the secret, give your heart to God in your work, and not to the fickle praise of men. “My son, give Me your heart.” A heart that is halved is killed. If you allow this trial to divide your affections, part set upon pleasing man, part upon pleasing God, your peace will wither. Do your work thoroughly, heartily, and leave the vindication with Him.

But I must speak a sharp, sweet truth to you: beware of the poison of bitterness. You have prayed against it, and that is well; yet you must act against it, too. There is a bitterness that is blessed, the bitterness of soul when we look upon Him whom we have pierced, and mourn for our sin as for a firstborn. Let every pang of injustice drive you to Calvary, and let the sight of Christ’s bleeding heart heal your own. Can any but a heart of stone be unmoved at the sight of such love? The world loses its charms for true believers when once the cross pierces the heart. Let the sweet bitterness of repentance swallow up that sour gall of resentment. Foul and filthy as your heart may feel in the midst of this conflict, yet give it to Him just as it is, He asks not because He needs it, but for love of you, to make it whole.

You have prayed for your department head: that her eyes be opened, that the fog be broken. Continue in that prayer, and do so with hope. “Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all you that hope in the LORD.” This weakness of heart you feel, the fainting, the weariness, is a dangerous ailment, but the Great Physician knows how to cure it. He will strengthen you, not perhaps by changing the circumstance overnight, but by infusing His own strength into your inward man. And as for her, remember that a title or position is never the measure of a man in God’s sight. Trust that the Spirit, whose work it is to convict, can pierce the heart with truth as surely as He pricked the three thousand on the day of Pentecost. When truth pricks the heart, the impression becomes operative; no manipulation can stand before it. Pray on, wait on, and let no harshness enter your own spirit.

Above all, fix your hope on things unseen. Our hope cannot content itself with the things which are seen and temporal; we are hoping for a city whose Builder and Maker is God. Your ultimate reward is not in that office or from that mouth, but from the nail-pierced hand that holds your inheritance. Jesus goes before you in this very path of trial, He has tracked the road, and His grace is sufficient. Cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Let not a single care remain with you. Go to Him for every breath and every pulse, for without Him you would die of hunger. And when your heart bleeds from injustice, bring it to the bleeding heart of Jesus, for that alone will stanch its wound. He is not unmindful of your labor of love; He remembers the history you share, and He will make your righteousness shine as the noonday.

Your feeling of being forgotten and unseen pierces the heart, but remember that nothing is hidden from the eyes of Him with whom we have to do. The labor you have poured out in sincerity is not lost; He who sees in secret will reward you openly. Yet while you wait for Him to move, take the utmost care lest a root of bitterness spring up within your own soul. You have prayed against the fog of manipulation around your department head, and rightly so, for all deceit will be unmasked. The folly of those who spin false narratives shall be manifest. Error may flourish for a little while, but it cannot stand; it is like a bright surface that hides utter corruption. Strip off that mask, and what is underneath is foul and loathsome. So do not despair: God will bring the truth to light.

But see to it that while you intercede for her deliverance from deceit, you are not yourself entangled in a deceit far more deadly. Bitterness is a deceit of the devil. It whispers, "You have been wronged; there is no recovery; what is the use?" That is the voice of despair, a lie from the pit, for our hope is always in the Lord. A root of bitterness can never bear sweet fruit; it is all bitterness, all unpleasant, full of hatred. It will defile not only your own heart but many around you. You cannot drink that poison and remain unharmed. So pray for her humility, yes, but clothe yourself in humility first. That is the groundwork of all virtue. Do not seek notice from men. Recall the Apostle: he served with all humility of mind, with many tears, and amid plots and trials, yet he never allowed bitterness to take root because he served the Lord and not human masters. Let that be your shield.

The title and position of your department head are of small account in the sight of heaven. True worth is measured by integrity and the heart’s devotion. Go on doing your work with all your might, not for her approval, but as unto Christ. He is your witness; He is your reward. Protect your mind and guard your peace, for the way of peace is not found in dwelling on slights but in fixing your eyes on the One who judges justly. In due time He will break through the fog and grant discernment. Until then, stand fast, free from bitterness, rooted in humility, and let your labor be a sweet offering to the Lord.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

What you are feeling is the heavy weariness of pouring yourself out for someone and then sensing that your faithful labor has been lost in a fog of office politics and half-truths. It stings to be forgotten, especially when you were there from the very beginning, building a foundation with loyalty and integrity. But please hear this: you are not unseen. The Lord who neither slumbers nor sleeps has watched every task you took on, every burden you helped carry, and every honest hour you gave. Before Him, nothing is hidden, and His appraisal of your work is the one that will last.

You quoted Colossians, and that is exactly the place to rest your heart. Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. That command is not just a bandage for disappointment; it is an invitation to a completely different kind of labor. When your work becomes an offering to Jesus, you are freed from the exhausting pursuit of being noticed by people who, like all of us, are often too distracted or too misled to see clearly. The sea is never full, no matter how many rivers run into it. Human approval works the same way, it can never truly satisfy. But the work done in love for Christ carries a quiet, deep reward that the world cannot give or take away.

You asked God to break the fog around your department head and to grant her discernment. Keep bringing that request before Him, because He is able to open eyes that are tightly shut. Yet as you wait, watch over your own soul with great care. Bitterness is a root that grows faster than we realize, and once it takes hold it defiles everything, your thoughts, your words, your peace. The person who harbors it ends up in a prison of their own making, while the ones who wronged them often go on unaffected. So do whatever you must to pull that root out before it spreads. You cannot afford to nurse a grudge, no matter how justified it feels. Pray for her in full sincerity, not only that the truth would be exposed but that God would truly bless her and give her a humble, wise heart. That kind of praying is a labor of love, and it is precious in God’s sight.

Think about the pattern God often uses. Joseph was rejected by his brothers and forgotten in a cell, yet he became the one who saved nations. Moses was pushed aside before he led the people out of bondage. Even our Lord was despised and cast off the first time He came, but He is now exalted above every name. God lifts up His faithful ones in His perfect timing, and the years of hidden labor are never wasted. Your real inheritance is not a title or a seat at some corporate table, it is the reward Christ will give you when every secret motive is brought into the light. That day will make up for everything.

In the meantime, receive the good that God has placed in your life right now. Enjoy the fruit of your labors as a gift from His hand, your meals, your rest, the simple blessings He daily provides. Don’t let the hunger for vindication consume your joy. God has carried you from the moment you drew your first breath, and He will carry you through this season too, even to old age and gray hairs. Your security is not in a department head’s opinion; it is in the nail-scarred hands that hold the whole world together.

So keep doing your work with excellence, not to prove anything to anyone in that building, but as a quiet act of worship. Your peace and dignity are safe in Christ. Wait for Him. He will make things right, and He will keep your soul steady until He does.
