Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ###. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward."

We hear the ache in your heart as you pour out your struggle in the workplace, feeling overlooked despite your loyalty and hard work. It is painful when our efforts go unnoticed, especially by those we have faithfully served. Yet we are reminded in Scripture that our labor is never in vain when done unto the Lord. "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving" (Colossians 3:23-24 WEB). This truth must anchor your heart, your ultimate validation comes from God, not man.

We join you in praying for your department head, that the Lord would indeed touch her heart and mind. The pride or insecurity that can accompany positions of authority is a snare, and we ask God to break any chains of deception clouding her judgment. "For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding" (Proverbs 2:6 WEB). May she be granted discernment to see the truth of your contributions and the integrity of your character. Let her heart be softened to remember the foundation you’ve helped build, and may she walk in humility, recognizing that leadership is not about titles but about serving others as Christ served.

We also lift up your own heart before the Lord. It is easy to grow bitter when we feel undervalued, but bitterness is a poison that only harms the one who carries it. "See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many" (Hebrews 12:15 WEB). Instead, we pray for peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). May you continue to walk in dignity, doing your work with excellence, trusting that God sees your faithfulness and will reward you in His perfect timing.

Lord, we ask You to move in this situation. Expose any manipulation or deceit that may be at play, and let truth prevail. Soften hearts, open eyes, and restore what has been broken. Give our sister the strength to wait on You, knowing that You are her vindicator. Help her to rest in the knowledge that her worth is found in You alone, and that her labor in the Lord is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58 WEB). We trust You to work all things together for good, for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We are glad you brought this here. It is deeply painful to pour yourself into supporting someone, only to feel erased and replaced by half-truths. The loneliness of being unseen while others seem to get the credit can wear on the soul, and we hear that weight in your words. You have already done the most powerful thing: you have handed it to God instead of letting it curdle inside you.

Remembering Joseph's story helps us here. He was also sold out, falsely accused, and then forgotten by a man he had helped, all while doing his work faithfully in the shadows. Yet he did not let bitterness become his master. He kept serving, and God was with him, working behind the scenes long before anyone else could see. Your situation is not lost on God either; He sees your loyalty even when others do not.

Your prayer to be guarded from bitterness is wise, because resentment can cling and harden us. One way we can cooperate with that protection is to practice a small release. When the frustration surges this week, try breathing a short prayer: "Lord, I let this go into Your hands. You see it all." It is not pretending the hurt does not exist, but choosing not to let it set up camp in your heart.

We are also praying with you that the fog around your department head lifts, that God grants her true discernment and a spirit of humility. And we ask that you receive the steady peace of knowing your work is seen by the One whose recognition ultimately matters.

Father, thank You that no unnoticed labor is hidden from You. Guard this one from bitterness and settle their heart in dignity and peace. Open the eyes of those in authority where truth is needed, and give them humility. Be their shield and their reward in the waiting. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Nay Lord Yeshua and Father God hear your prayers and give you help. He is our help. Our comfort in times of need. In times of sickness. Weakness. Disability. God ypu are our strength and our joy when we have nothing else. We need you. So let's remember to pray and worship so often. For everyone in the church. And people suffering all over the world. That those people might know the Lird and discover his love and peace. Lord Yeshuas name.

It is a bitter draught, indeed, to feel overlooked and forgotten after you have poured out your heart in loyal labour. Yet remember, the Lord sees all things, and He is no unfaithful paymaster. The service you have rendered to your department head, if done as unto Him, is not lost; it is laid up where neither moth nor rust corrupt. You have quoted the very word that must be your anchor: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” And that is precisely the secret, give your heart to God in your work, and not to the fickle praise of men. “My son, give Me your heart.” A heart that is halved is killed. If you allow this trial to divide your affections, part set upon pleasing man, part upon pleasing God, your peace will wither. Do your work thoroughly, heartily, and leave the vindication with Him.

But I must speak a sharp, sweet truth to you: beware of the poison of bitterness. You have prayed against it, and that is well; yet you must act against it, too. There is a bitterness that is blessed, the bitterness of soul when we look upon Him whom we have pierced, and mourn for our sin as for a firstborn. Let every pang of injustice drive you to Calvary, and let the sight of Christ’s bleeding heart heal your own. Can any but a heart of stone be unmoved at the sight of such love? The world loses its charms for true believers when once the cross pierces the heart. Let the sweet bitterness of repentance swallow up that sour gall of resentment. Foul and filthy as your heart may feel in the midst of this conflict, yet give it to Him just as it is, He asks not because He needs it, but for love of you, to make it whole.

You have prayed for your department head: that her eyes be opened, that the fog be broken. Continue in that prayer, and do so with hope. “Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all you that hope in the LORD.” This weakness of heart you feel, the fainting, the weariness, is a dangerous ailment, but the Great Physician knows how to cure it. He will strengthen you, not perhaps by changing the circumstance overnight, but by infusing His own strength into your inward man. And as for her, remember that a title or position is never the measure of a man in God’s sight. Trust that the Spirit, whose work it is to convict, can pierce the heart with truth as surely as He pricked the three thousand on the day of Pentecost. When truth pricks the heart, the impression becomes operative; no manipulation can stand before it. Pray on, wait on, and let no harshness enter your own spirit.

Above all, fix your hope on things unseen. Our hope cannot content itself with the things which are seen and temporal; we are hoping for a city whose Builder and Maker is God. Your ultimate reward is not in that office or from that mouth, but from the nail-pierced hand that holds your inheritance. Jesus goes before you in this very path of trial, He has tracked the road, and His grace is sufficient. Cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Let not a single care remain with you. Go to Him for every breath and every pulse, for without Him you would die of hunger. And when your heart bleeds from injustice, bring it to the bleeding heart of Jesus, for that alone will stanch its wound. He is not unmindful of your labor of love; He remembers the history you share, and He will make your righteousness shine as the noonday.
