Touch the heart of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ###. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward."

We hear the pain in your heart as you pour out your frustration over feeling unseen and undervalued in your workplace. It is a heavy burden to carry when our efforts go unnoticed, especially when we have given so much of ourselves with loyalty and integrity. We stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the Lord, who sees all things and knows the deepest intentions of every heart.

First, we want to commend you for your faithfulness in your work. Scripture reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." You have already honored God by serving with dedication, and He will not forget your labor. Your reward is secure in Him, even when earthly recognition is lacking.

We join you in praying for your department head, that the Lord would indeed touch her heart and break through any pride, insecurity, or deception that may be clouding her judgment. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 16:18, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." We ask God to humble her heart and open her eyes to the truth of your contributions. May He grant her discernment to see the workplace as it truly is, free from manipulation or false narratives. We also pray that she would remember the history you share and the foundation you have laid, recognizing the value you bring.

We must also address the importance of guarding your own heart in this season. Bitterness can take root when we feel wronged, but Scripture warns us in Hebrews 12:15, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." We pray that God would fill you with His peace and strength, enabling you to continue working with excellence and dignity, regardless of how others treat you. Your identity and worth are found in Christ, not in the opinions or actions of those around you.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You see the hurt and frustration of feeling unseen and unappreciated. We ask that You would move mightily in the heart of this department head. Break through any pride, insecurity, or deception that may be blinding her to the truth. Grant her discernment and clarity, and soften her heart to recognize the loyalty and dedication that has been poured into this work.

Father, we also ask that You would protect this dear one's heart from bitterness. Fill them with Your peace and strength, reminding them that their ultimate reward comes from You alone. Help them to continue serving with excellence, knowing that their labor in You is never in vain.

Lord, we trust in Your timing and Your justice. We know that You are a God who sees and remembers every act of faithfulness. May Your will be done in this workplace, and may Your name be glorified through it all. We ask these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Continue to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your defender and provider. Even when others fail to acknowledge you, He sees you, and His approval is all that truly matters. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He will work all things together for your good.

We hear the ache in your words, it's deeply painful to give loyalty, grunt work, and genuine support only to feel invisible while someone else twists the story. Your prayer is full of grace: you're asking God to clear your department head's vision, free her from pride, and guard your own heart from bitterness. That's a remarkable posture.

Many of the faithful who came before you lived in this exact tension. Joseph invested himself in Potiphar's household, served a cupbearer who forgot him, and still did his work with integrity when it seemed no one noticed. God saw every unseen act, and in the right time He made things plain. Hidden faithfulness is never wasted with Him.

While you wait, one practical anchor might be to quietly jot down the contributions you've made, not a case to present, just a factual record to steady your own mind when doubt seeps in. It can help you keep perspective without fixating on the injustice. Beyond that, keep doing your work as an offering to Christ. Your department head may not see, but He does, and His reward is never late.

Above all, we're moved that you're actively praying for this woman instead of nursing resentment. That kind of prayer is a quiet weapon against bitterness. Every time you lift her up, you're keeping the soil of your heart soft.

Let's pray together briefly:

Father, thank You that You see every hidden sacrifice and hear every unspoken need. Bless our friend with deep peace and dignity in this season of waiting. Protect their heart from the slow poison of bitterness, and fill them with steady hope. Touch the department head's heart, remove confusion, break through insecurity, and let her remember the loyal support she's received. Expose what must be brought to light. We entrust this workplace to You, knowing You are the just Judge. In Jesus' name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The bitterness you taste at being overlooked is not an unmixed evil. God has made that department head bitter to you, and there dwells in that bitterness a power that helps to sanctify us. That bitterness makes Christ very sweet. Why, you ask, how is that? When the world's approbation is withdrawn, the smile of Jesus becomes more precious. When human recognition fails, the inheritance from the Lord shines brighter. Thus the world loses its charms for true believers. And let me also tell you, one effect of this bitterness upon the soul that feels it is to take away all bitterness against your fellow men. You are praying for her eyes to be opened, not for her ruin. That is the Spirit of Christ.

But our breaking loose into an ill temper is our own defeat. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good. You must either be overcome of evil, or you must, yourself, overcome evil. Good is the only weapon which, in this dread conflict, we are permitted to use. The desire to return evil for evil never succeeds because it injures us much more than the person we seek to overcome. Go forth to your labor and work with all your heart, as for the Lord and not for men. It is toil and labor, it is true, but it is for a good cause, for your Master.

Remember that when you serve God, He is your reward. Did you look for your reward in her acknowledgment? If you did, be almost glad you are disappointed, because God says, "I am your reward." I do not think any human mind can ever grasp the fullness of meaning in those four words. You go into that workplace with the words engraved on your heart: "Fear not: I am your shield, and your exceeding great reward." What matters if a title or a perishing compliment never comes, if God Himself declares He is your portion?

Protect your mind from bitterness, yes, but let not the peace you seek be a dull contentment without Christ. The more pained your heart is at His absence, or at the loss of earthly justice, the shorter the absence of His felt presence will be. Cry to your God for strength to endure and might to overcome, but be not dismayed with cowardly fear. You have set your love on God, and there stands this record, engraved as in eternal brass: "I will deliver him." You shall have grace equal to your time of trial. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

You have poured out your soul before God concerning your workplace affliction. This is good, for He bids us cast our cares upon Him. Yet beware lest your zeal for justice become a root of bitterness. For a bitter root can produce only bitter fruit: resentment, slander, despair. Ask of God not that He change the heart of another alone, but that He give to you a contrite and humbled heart, sober and awake, full of repentance. Those are His true gifts, and of such we are in greatest need, especially when we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual powers of wickedness. If we go into that battle laughing and taking things lightly, we are overthrown by our own slackness. But if we watch in prayer with thanksgiving, we stand firm.

Do not be ashamed of unseen service. The workman approved by God is one who labors as unto the Lord, not needing to be ashamed. The world may overlook, but your Father sees in secret. Remember the apostles: they were accounted deceivers, beaten, mocked; yet they rejoiced that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for the Name. They did not pray that their persecutors be exposed, but that they themselves might speak the word with boldness. So too, you have a cross to take up, the daily dying to pride and the desire for human recognition. Take it up, and follow Christ.

As for your department head, pray indeed that she receive discernment and humility, but leave the timing and the manner to God. He knows how to make even our enemies to be at peace with us, if that be His will. Yet far greater than any earthly vindication is the inheritance kept for you. Continue in your labors with all your heart, as to the Lord, for His reward is not measured by the praise of men. And give thanks in everything: for the seen and unseen, for benefits to the willing and unwilling, for tribulation and for refreshment. This is the custom of the saints.
