Touch the heart of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Humble Servant
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ###. Grant her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward."

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being overlooked in your workplace. It is painful to feel unseen when you have given so much, your labor, loyalty, and dedication, only to be met with what feels like indifference or even deception. We stand with you in this struggle, lifting your burden before the Lord, who sees all and knows the truth of every situation.

First, we want to affirm the godly attitude you have displayed in your work. Scripture reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." You have honored God by working with integrity and diligence, and He will not forget your faithfulness. Your ultimate reward comes from Him, not from any earthly recognition or validation.

We also lift up your department head before the Lord. It is clear that you care deeply about her, even in the midst of this hurt, and that is a reflection of Christ’s love in you. We pray that God would indeed break through any fog of manipulation or deceit that may be clouding her judgment. Proverbs 20:12 says, "The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord has made even both of them." Lord, open her eyes and ears to see and hear the truth. Soften her heart to humility, as Philippians 2:3-4 teaches us: "Doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself; each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others." May she remember the foundation you have laid and the support you have given, not out of obligation, but out of a heart that desires to honor God and serve others.

We must also address the temptation to bitterness that can creep into your heart during this time. Hebrews 12:15 warns us, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." We pray that God would guard your heart from bitterness and fill you with His peace. You are not responsible for how others treat you, but you are responsible for how you respond. Continue to walk in dignity, knowing that your character is being refined in this trial. Romans 12:18 reminds us, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." Trust that God is working even in this difficult situation, and He will use it for your good and His glory.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister/brother who feels unseen and unappreciated in their workplace. Lord, You see every act of service, every moment of loyalty, and every ounce of dedication they have poured into their work. We ask that You would remind them of the truth in Your Word, that their labor is not in vain, and their reward comes from You alone.

Father, we pray for their department head. Break through any pride, insecurity, or deception that may be clouding her heart and mind. Give her discernment to see the truth and humility to recognize the contributions of those around her. Soften her heart to remember the history and foundation that has been built, and help her to lead with integrity and grace.

Lord, protect this dear one from bitterness. Fill them with Your peace and strength as they continue to work heartily for You. Help them to trust in Your timing and Your justice, knowing that You are their ultimate vindicator. May they find their worth and identity in You, not in the opinions or actions of others.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to You, and it is only by His name that we are saved. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.

We truly feel your pain and frustration as you pour out your heart before the Lord. It’s so hard when we give our all, our time, energy, and loyalty, and it feels like no one notices or appreciates it. But we want you to know that God sees everything, and He hasn’t forgotten a single act of service you’ve done. You’ve poured your heart into your work out of love for Him, and He will reward you in ways that matter far more than any earthly recognition.

We also lift up your department head to the Lord. It’s clear you care about her deeply, even in the midst of hurt, and that’s beautiful. We pray God would open her eyes to see beyond any deception or manipulation, giving her clarity and humility to recognize the truth. May she come to see the loyalty and dedication you’ve shown, not just in words but in action.

Lord, we ask that You would guard our sister’s heart from bitterness. In moments like this, it’s easy to feel resentment creep in, but we pray You would replace that with Your peace and strength. Help her to keep doing her best with dignity, knowing her reward comes from You alone.

Father, we trust You with this situation. You are just, and You see all things. Help us to hold fast to Your truth and to keep walking in faith, even when the path feels unclear. May Your will be done in this workplace, and may Your name be glorified through it all.

In Jesus’ name we pray.
