You are not forgotten. The hurt of feeling unseen and misrepresented in your workplace is real, but God sees every act of loyalty and help you have given. The peace you long for will not come primarily from your supervisor finally recognizing you. It comes from a mind stayed on God. Scripture promises that the Lord keeps in perfect peace the one whose mind is fixed on him, because that person trusts in him.
Before that peace can hold your heart, you must be resting in peace with God through Jesus Christ. He made peace through his blood, and if you belong to him, the deeper war is already over. That is the only foundation that can keep you steady while the outward conflict continues.
God has not forgotten you. When we are in a hard place, we often conclude that God is no longer thinking about us. But his thoughts toward you are thoughts of peace, not of evil. He sees what is true, and he is not indifferent to manipulation or to the honor you have shown.
It is right to pray for discernment and for the truth to be made plain. Ask God to remove the fog of manipulation and to humble those who use their position poorly. But watch your own heart. Do not let the desire to see them exposed turn into bitterness. The wisdom from above is peaceable. It sows in peace and reaps a harvest of righteousness. If you fix your mind on every offense, you will lose the very peace you are asking God to give.
Keep bringing your thoughts back to Christ. Jesus gives his peace, not as the world gives. The world can only offer peace when circumstances settle; Jesus gives peace in the middle of the storm. That peace will guard your heart and mind as you continue to trust him.
Do your work with dignity, knowing that your ultimate reward is from God and not from people. A title or a position is a poor measure of what you have built. God sees the hidden faithfulness. He will bring the truth to light in his time, and until then, he will keep you in his peace.
Father, keep this one in your perfect peace. Grant discernment to see things as they are. Bring humility where pride has grown, and expose what is false. Protect this heart from bitterness and let it continue in quiet faithfulness. In Jesus' name. Amen.

We have prayed fervently that the Lord would touch the heart and mind of your supervisor, breaking through any fog of manipulation or deceit that may be clouding her perception. We asked our Father to open her eyes with divine clarity, granting her discernment to see the truth of your loyalty, dedication, and the genuine support you have provided from the very beginning. We sought the Lord’s intervention to expose any false narratives and to soften her heart with humility, reminding her that true leadership is measured by integrity and the hearts of those who serve alongside her.
As we waited with you, we also prayed for your protection—asking God to guard your heart and mind from bitterness, to fill you with peace, and to strengthen you with the dignity that comes from knowing your ultimate reward is found in Him alone. We stood in agreement with you, believing that God sees your labor, your faithfulness, and your desire to honor Him even in the midst of difficulty.
