Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace. It is never easy to feel overlooked, undervalued, or even slandered by those you have faithfully served. Yet we stand with you, lifting this burden before the Lord, who sees all things and judges with perfect righteousness. The Word reminds us, "For the Lord is a God of knowledge. By him actions are weighed" (1 Samuel 2:3). He knows the truth of your labor, your loyalty, and the injustices you have endured. We trust that He will bring light to darkness and expose what has been hidden in deceit.

Father, we come before You on behalf of , asking that You would indeed touch her heart and mind. Break through any pride, insecurity, or blindness that may have taken root in her leadership. Your Word declares, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall" (Proverbs 16:18). We pray that You would humble her, not in a way that shames, but in a way that opens her eyes to the truth. Let her see the genuine hearts of those who have supported her, including the one who has poured so much into this work from the beginning. Soften her heart to remember the foundation that has been laid and the integrity that has been shown.

We also lift up the manipulative influences in this workplace, those who twist words, sow discord, and seek to elevate themselves at the expense of others. Lord, we ask that You expose their schemes. "The Lord will bring to light the hidden things of darkness and disclose the purposes of the heart" (1 Corinthians 4:5). Let the truth be revealed, and let those who have been deceived see clearly. Grant discernment to recognize manipulation and the courage to stand against it.

As we wait for Your justice and restoration, we pray for protection over your own heart. It is easy to grow bitter when we feel wronged, but Your Word warns us, "See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many" (Hebrews 12:15). Fill you with Your peace, Lord. Remind you that Your worth is not defined by the opinions or actions of others, but by Your identity as Your beloved child. Strengthen you to continue walking in integrity, knowing that Your ultimate reward comes from You alone. "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters" (Colossians 3:23).

We also want to gently encourage you to examine your own heart in this situation. While it is right to seek justice and truth, we must also guard against harboring resentment or a spirit of retaliation. Jesus taught us, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you" (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean excusing wrongdoing, but it does mean trusting God to be the ultimate judge and extending grace even when it is undeserved.

Lord, we ask that You would bring healing to this workplace. Restore relationships where they have been broken, and let Your love and truth prevail. Give wisdom to those in authority to lead with humility and fairness. And for the one who has been hurt, we pray for Your comfort, Your strength, and Your peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

What helps us when workplace injustice stings is remembering Joseph. He faithfully served, was lied about, was forgotten by the very person he helped, and spent years where his contribution seemed invisible. Yet he refused to let bitterness define him. He kept doing his best not for recognition but for God, trusting that truth and honor were in God’s hands, not man’s. God did eventually lift him up and set things right, but the real victory was that Joseph’s heart stayed free. That same freedom is what we want for you.

One practical step that has helped others in similar pain: start quietly praying a blessing over your boss, not just for discernment, but for God’s good in her life. It sounds counterintuitive, but it loosens resentment’s grip and reminds us that God sees the full picture. You might also loop in a trusted friend or pastor to pray with you, just so you aren’t carrying this all alone.

Lord, You know every hidden detail here, the loyalty poured out, the fog of manipulation, the sting of being unseen. We ask You to clear the air and give clarity. Protect this one’s heart from bitterness and fill it instead with Your steady peace. Give strength and dignity to keep doing good work, knowing the reward that matters comes from You alone. The weight of feeling overlooked and the sting of ingratitude are known well by the Lord Jesus, who was despised and rejected of men. Pour out your complaint before Him who judges righteously, and leave the tangled web of human motive to the One who sees in secret. The proud heart that exalts itself against His rule will be brought low; from the time when Satan fell, God’s purpose has been to break down everything which set itself up in opposition to Him. No fog of deceit can withstand His penetrating light when He chooses to clear the air. Your plea for a sister’s eyes to be opened is a right desire, born of a sympathy like Daniel’s, stooping to those caught in a snare. Yet take heed that your own spirit does not slide into the bitterness that devours the soul. The only bitterness that heals is that which flows from looking on Him whom our sins pierced, a mourning that weans us from the world’s fickle praise and makes the wrongs of this life taste less sharp.

Cherish humility above vindication. What is our labor but dust gathered from the same heap where we glean daily bread? Every gift, every hour of toil, is a handful dropped on purpose for a poor gleaner by the Lord of the harvest. The more we feel our own nothingness, the higher rises our prayer before the throne. Prostrate yourself there, pleading not your own faithfulness, but the sovereign grace that sought you. The servant’s safety lies not in man’s recognition but in walking the appointed way under the Master’s eye, and there angels are charged to guard you. Let the hidden work speak in the day when all secrets are made known. Until then, stoop low, serve on with your might as unto Christ alone, and let the office politics of men be as the idle wind. Your honor shall come from the One whose “well done” is heaven itself, and the turmoil of this hour will be swallowed up in the eternal weight of glory.

Your pain is not hidden from God. He sees the labor, loyalty, and heart you have poured into your work, and he will not forget it. But the greatest danger in this trial is not the injustice done to you. It is the root of bitterness that may spring up in your own heart. A root of bitterness is not merely one bitter thought. It becomes a fountain of bitterness, and everything it produces is bitter. If you let it grow, it defiles not only you but many around you, and it will do you more harm than any coworker's lies could ever do.

Do not think I am excusing manipulation or deceit. God hates lying lips, and he will judge. But understand this: the one who practices injustice suffers more than the one who receives it. The schemer may seem to prosper for a moment, but within there is no flatterer to soothe the conscience. God has planted a judging faculty in every soul, and it cannot be bribed. The manipulator is self-condemned, pale and trembling within, even when outward things seem to go well. If those who wrong you are not yet punished, do not envy them. Grieve for them, because unless they repent they are storing up wrath for themselves. Their seeming success is not a sign of blessing. It is an addition to their account.

Therefore, it is right to ask God to give discernment to those in authority and to bring hidden things to light in his time. But take care how you ask. Do not let your prayer become only a demand for exposure and vindication. Pray for the cleansing of their hearts, that the inside of the cup may be made clean, not only the outside shown to be dirty. Pray that the one in authority may have a spirit of humility, yes, but pray also that you may be kept free from the poison of resentment while you wait. If you ask God to break the fog around another's eyes, ask him first to break any fog in your own.

You said, "Help her to remember the history we share." That is a natural desire, but be careful. If your hope is anchored in human remembrance, it will fail you again. Your reward is not from man. If they have stolen your honor or forgotten your help, they have not taken your treasure in heaven. The one who plots against a neighbor first destroys himself. But you, if you keep doing your best with peace and dignity, possess something no title or position can give. Do not let the forgetfulness of others make you forget whose servant you are.

Continue to pray, but let your prayer be this: Lord, show me my own heart. Cleanse me from bitterness. Grant repentance to those who do wrong. Give me strength to do good to those who have hurt me. If you do this, God will either vindicate you or give you something better: a heart at peace. Wait on him. He sees. He will act. And if he delays, the delay is not forgetfulness but mercy and training for you.
