Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### amd ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace. It is never easy to feel overlooked, undervalued, or even slandered, especially when you have given so much of yourself in loyalty and hard work. We stand with you in bringing this burden before the Lord, for He sees all things and knows the truth of every situation. The psalmist reminds us, "For he has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither has he hidden his face from him; but when he cried to him, he heard" (Psalm 22:24). God is near to the brokenhearted, and He will not turn away from your cry.

We lift up to the Lord, asking that He would indeed open her eyes to the truth. The enemy often seeks to sow division and deception, but God’s Word declares, "For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light" (Luke 8:17). We pray that the Lord would expose any manipulation, falsehoods, or deceit in this workplace, bringing everything into the light. May be given discernment beyond human understanding, so that she may see the hearts and motives of those around her with clarity. Proverbs 20:12 tells us, "The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord has made even both of them." We ask that God would grant her both the hearing ear and the seeing eye to perceive the truth.

We also pray for a softening of ’s heart. Pride and insecurity can often blind us to the contributions of others, especially when we are in positions of authority. Scripture warns us, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall" (Proverbs 16:18). Yet, God is able to humble the proud and lift up the lowly. We ask that He would break through any hardness in her heart and remind her of the value of integrity, loyalty, and the people who have stood by her. May she recall the foundation you have laid and the genuine support you have offered, not out of obligation, but out of a heart that seeks to honor God in your work.

As you wait for the Lord to move, we pray for your own heart as well. Bitterness is a heavy burden to carry, and it can poison even the most faithful servant. The apostle Paul exhorts us, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32). We ask that God would guard your heart from resentment and fill you with His peace. May you continue to walk in dignity, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord (1 Corinthians 15:58). Your ultimate reward comes from Him, not from man, and He will never forget your work and the love you have shown in His name (Hebrews 6:10).

Father, we come before You now, lifting up this situation to You. We ask that You would move in power in this workplace. Expose the lies, break the chains of deception, and bring Your truth to light. Soften ’s heart to receive Your wisdom and discernment. Protect from the schemes of the enemy and fill her with a spirit of humility and gratitude for those who have served faithfully. For , we ask that You would continue to strengthen her in patience and peace, reminding her that her worth is found in You alone. Help her to keep her eyes fixed on You, knowing that You are her defender and rewarder. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation. Amen.

What stands out to us is not just the frustration you’re carrying, but the clarity of your prayer. Even in the middle of this, you asked God to protect your own heart from bitterness. That is no small thing. It shows a deep, grounded wisdom. You already know that bitterness, left to grow, hurts the one holding it far more than anyone else. So we simply want to stand with you in that same request.

The waiting season you are in right now is hard. It is difficult to keep doing your best work when the recognition and fairness you hope for are missing. But you are not forgotten. What you build each day, the quiet loyalty, the honest labor, the steady support, is seen by the One whose opinion matters most. Your value isn’t measured by a title or a corner office, and it cannot be erased by someone else’s manipulation. We are praying that you would feel that truth deeply, even on the heavy days.

We also want to encourage you simply to keep doing what you are already doing: bringing this honestly to God, naming the hurt rather than burying it. That is a lifeline.

Lord, we lift up this one who feels unseen and undervalued. You know the truth of every situation in that workplace, and nothing escapes Your notice. Guard their heart from bitterness. Settle their spirit with a peace that doesn’t depend on a supervisor’s approval. Grant them the quiet dignity and strength to continue doing their work with excellence, not as people-pleasers, but as someone serving You. Bring clarity where there is confusion, and in Your timing, let what is hidden be brought into the light. Until then, hold them steady. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The only eyes that pierce through all deceit and every hidden motive are the eyes of Him with whom we have to do. Your plea that another’s eyes be opened, that scales of manipulation fall, that a heart recall a history of faithfulness, these are no small requests. But mark this: if the Lord grants such sight, it will come with that bitterness described in Zechariah, the mourning for Him whom we have pierced. A dry-eyed faith profits nothing. Let that same searching light first fall upon your own soul, lest in crying for justice you nurse a root of bitterness that defiles many. Vengeance is not your labor; it is the Lord’s.

You ask for peace while your mind is tossed on the waves of office politics and overlooked loyalty. But where is the mind to be stayed? Not on the shifting sands of another’s approval, nor on the vindication of your name before men. The text is plain: “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You.” The margin reads “peace, peace.” A double peace! Not a peace that depends on a superior’s recalled memory or a manipulator’s exposure, but a peace anchored in the finished work of Christ. When the enormous debt of your sin was discharged by Him, your heart obtained a peace that no office intrigue can shatter. Will you barter that eternal rest for the fool’s gold of workplace recognition?

As for your work, do not go and play at your desk, as if your true wage came from that payroll. Throw your soul into it because you are saved, not in order to be saved. The Master says, “Go work today in My vineyard.” Your labor is not for the archbishop, nor for the magistrate, nor for the one whose memory seems so fogged; it is for the Crucified. Count it all joy that you are counted worthy to be overlooked, for then you share in the fellowship of His sufferings. He was despised and we esteemed Him not. He knows the labor, the loyalty, the heart you have poured out, your record is on high. The sweetest service is done not when men applaud, but when the left hand knows not what the right hand does, and your Father who sees in secret rewards openly.

I would press you further. You speak of a heavy heart, of hurt and frustration. Very well. Bring that heavy heart and lay it at Jesus’ feet. That is the place for a penitent, the place for a labourer worn by the strife of tongues. Do not stir from those feet until you can look upon those nail-prints and see that He was pierced for your bitterness, your pride, your resentment. The world loses its charms there; the need for human vindication withers. At His feet, the fog of your own frustrations will clear long before you need to worry about the fog surrounding another. Let your first cry be, “Speak peace to me,” and then, from that sacred centre of serene repose, you will find strength to let down the net at His word, even into the troubled waters of that office, without fretting over the catch. The war is won at the Cross, not in the conference room. Abide in Him, and let the bitterness of the cross take from you the bitter taste of this earthly trial.

Let not your heart be troubled by the injustices you suffer. What is seen by men is of little account compared to the eyes of the Lord who sees in secret. You have done well to pour out your complaint before Him, for He knows the labor and loyalty you have given. Yet remember, the reward of such service is not from your superior, but from the Master who will repay every faithful work. The saints of old were often forgotten by those they served, yet they lifted their eyes to heaven and found their consolation there.

Nevertheless, you ask God to break the fog of manipulation and to grant discernment. This is a good prayer, but let it begin in your own soul. For as I have often said, we need both prayer and our own part. Examine yourself lest any root of bitterness spring up and defile you. The enemy desires to make you a servant of resentment, which is a far greater tyranny than any workplace slight. Pray indeed for those who misuse you, that they may see clearly, but do not let your mind dwell on their faults. Entrust them to the God of peace, for He will shortly bruise Satan under your feet. The vengeance is His, and He will expose what is hidden in His time, without your needing to become the instrument of exposure.

Do not think you can navigate this storm without the weapon of prayer. Rise early and seek God's face before you enter the battle of the day. Without this, you will be like a ship without a pilot, dashed upon the rocks of irritation and pride. But with prayer, even the most turbulent sea becomes calm. Your superior may be blinded by position, but remember that Christ Himself, who had all authority, humbled Himself and prayed to show us our need for the Father. He did not need to pray, yet He did, condescending to our weakness. So too, in your weakness, humble yourself. Keep doing your work with integrity, not to please men, but as to the Lord. For it is not the title or the recognition that determines your worth, but the heart you offer to God.

Let peace be your constant companion. Strive to be at peace with all, even those who cross you. A worldly soul cannot receive the Spirit of peace; therefore, set your affections on things above. Give thanks in all things, as Christ gave thanks before Lazarus' tomb, knowing that the Father hears you always. The trial is but for a moment, but the grace you receive through patient endurance will yield a harvest of righteousness. May the Lord be with you, and may His peace guard your heart and mind. Stand fast, and do not lose what you have worked for, for your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

The weariness you describe is real, and the Lord sees what others overlook. He knows the labor, loyalty, and heart you have poured into this work. You have asked Him to open eyes and expose what is hidden. Keep praying that, but leave the timing and the method in His hands. If you wait long enough, God will work it out. Impatience often gets in the way of the work of God.

At the same time, let this trial do its deeper work in you. Before the Lord works through you publicly, He often works in you privately. The hard testings are not wasted. They are part of His preparation, even when they feel unfair. This does not excuse dishonesty or manipulation. God sees it clearly. But your freedom will come more from His peace than from being proven right.

You have also asked for protection from bitterness. That is the right prayer. A root of bitterness will trouble you and defile those around you more than the original offense. Do not let honest hurt curdle into an Esau-like bitterness that is consumed with anger rather than rest. Pray for your supervisor and coworkers, but do not rehearse their wrongs until your own heart grows hard.

Make peace with God your anchor. You cannot control what is said behind your back, but you can rest your case fully in His hands. Keep your mind stayed on Him, and He will keep you in perfect peace. The work of righteousness is peace. If you are doing right and leaving the outcome with God, you can have quietness and assurance even now.

Continue doing your best, not to be seen by people but out of reverence for Christ. Those who labor in the background are not forgotten by Him. Your reward does not depend on a supervisor's recognition. The Lord of peace himself give you peace always.
