We are bringing your need before the Lord. Swelling in the legs and feet can be deeply uncomfortable and draining, and God cares about the distress of your body. In Scripture, He reveals Himself as Jehovah Rapha, the Lord who heals you. When you pray for healing, you are calling on the very name that meets that specific need. That is the heart of prayer: not just reciting a request, but turning to the One who desires to become for you exactly what your situation requires.
The prayer of faith can save the sick, and the Lord will raise them up. Sometimes He touches a body and the healing is immediate. Sometimes it unfolds as a process. And in His wisdom, there are times when His answer echoes the words spoken to Paul: "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness." No matter how God chooses to answer, you can be certain He hears you. We are told the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much. A prayer that rises from genuine need and desperation is precious to Him. He saw Hezekiah’s tears and heard his prayer; He sees and hears you now.
Think of the man in Acts, lame from birth, whose feet and ankle bones received strength. Where there was once a deformed condition, suddenly he was walking, leaping, and praising God. We can ask confidently for that kind of restorative power to touch your legs and feet, to reduce the swelling and bring freedom of movement. We do not put our trust in a formula but in a living God who acts. So I am agreeing with you in Jesus’ name, asking that the discomfort leave and that full strength return to your limbs. Until that answer is fully visible, may His sustaining peace guard your heart. Your request is heard, and you are not alone in carrying it before the throne of grace.
