We join together with you in prayer for healing for your legs and feet and we thank you for asking in the precious name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have confidence to approach the throne of grace.
We are reminded of the compassion of our Lord who heals us, as it is written Psalm 103:2-3, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. And also Jeremiah 30:17, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We cling to the promise that by His wounds we are healed, for Isaiah 53:5 says, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.
We lift you up now before our Heavenly Father.
Father in heaven, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We ask for Your merciful healing hand upon this dear one who is suffering with swelling in the legs and feet. You know the cause of this affliction, You see the discomfort and concern it brings, and nothing is hidden from You. We ask that You would reduce the swelling, restore proper circulation and function, ease any pain, and bring complete healing according to Your perfect will. We pray for wisdom for any doctors or caregivers involved, that You would guide them to the right diagnosis and treatment. Grant peace in the waiting and strength for each day, and help our friend to rest in Your care. We thank You that You are Yahweh who heals us, as You declared in Exodus 15:26, I am Yahweh who heals you. Let Your healing power be made manifest and let this testimony bring glory to Jesus. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord as your healer while also being a good steward of the body He has given you. We urge you to seek wise medical counsel promptly for swelling in the legs and feet, as God often works through the wisdom He has given to physicians, and to attend to rest, hydration, and care as advised. Keep bringing your needs to Him in prayer, for James 5:15 reminds us, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And Psalm 147:3 tells us, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. He cares for every part of our being.
We stand with you believing for relief and restoration, giving thanks for His mercy and love that endures forever.
