We join with you in prayer and thank you for reaching out in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that healing and renewal are found.
We hear the weariness in your words as you say you do not know what to do, and we bring your heart and mind before the Lord asking Him to bring them into full alignment with His Word. The Word tells us in Romans 12:2, Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. This renewal is not something you must strive to do alone, it is a work God does in you as you abide in Him and in His Word.
We also remember the promise in Psalm 147:3, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. And in Psalm 51:10, Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me. God sees your heart and He is able to cleanse it, heal it, and make it steadfast on His truth.
When you feel uncertain and do not know what to do, we are encouraged by James 1:5, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. And in Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. He will guide you step by step as you trust Him.
We pray together for you now.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. We ask that You lay Your healing hand upon them, body, soul and spirit. Heal what is wounded and weary and restore what feels broken. We ask You to renew their mind according to Your Word, to wash away confusion, fear and every thought that does not agree with Your truth. Help them to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ as taught in 2 Corinthians 10:5, and to set their mind on things above. Create in them a clean heart and renew a right spirit within them. Fill their heart and mind with Your peace which surpasses all understanding as promised in Philippians 4:7, And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Give them wisdom for each decision and clarity for each next step, and let their heart and mind be fully aligned with Your Word and Your perfect will. Strengthen them daily as they read Your Word, pray, and walk in obedience to You. We thank You that You are near to them and that You will complete the good work You have begun. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to remain in the Word daily, even a few verses at a time, and to bring every anxious thought to God in prayer with thanksgiving as taught in Philippians 4:6. As you do, He will guard your heart and mind and gently renew you day by day. Keep seeking Him, for He is faithful to lead you.

We hear the weight in your words and we are grateful you reached out. Wanting your heart and mind to be healed and to line up with God's ways is a good and honest desire, and we are standing with you in it.
Feeling unsure what to do next can be disorienting, and renewal rarely happens all at once. Often God works gently over time as we keep turning to Him honestly, bringing our thoughts and feelings into His presence and letting Him shape them.
One simple next step that may help is to not walk through this alone. Consider reaching out this week to one trusted pastor, counselor or mature believer you respect and asking if you can meet briefly and share where you are. Having one person who knows your name and can pray with you regularly can make the path clearer and keep you encouraged. Alongside that, setting aside a short, quiet time each day to be honest with God and to listen can give Him space to do that renewing work.
Father, we lift our friend to You today. Bring healing where there is hurt, calm where there is confusion, and gently renew his mind day by day. Draw his heart and thoughts closer to Your ways and give him wisdom for each next step. We trust him to Your care in Jesus name, Amen.

Spurgeon
Beloved of All
Your prayer has come before the Lord and before His people, and we join our hearts with yours in seeking the healing and renewal that is found in Christ alone.
There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture tells us that the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and we learn from this that the least thing about Christ is healing. Look upward to Heaven and see it full of every good, purged of every evil, with abundant streams of healing flowing down to men below through that great conduit Head, our Lord Jesus. He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. When He comes to dwell with His people, the Sun of Righteousness rises upon them with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are one. As He said to the palsied man, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee, so He still speaks forgiveness and healing together to those who look to Him.
You ask for a renewed mind and for your heart and mind to be in alignment with the Word of God. This renewal is not a small work. All created things need renewal, for nothing that God has made is self existent, and the soul must be renewed by that same power which raised Jesus Christ from the dead. Scripture calls this conversion, and it calls us to wait upon the Lord that we may renew our strength as the eagle's. It is a stern work and yet a joyful one, like the renewing of a covenant between friends. Seek the Lord and plead His promises and plead His nature, for He sees with a mind deeply sympathetic and a heart quick to relieve. He takes by the hand and lifts up, and there is a contact established where healing flows.
That alignment you long for comes by heedful hearing of the Word which cannot be broken. Our Lord Himself continually quoted the Law and the Prophets and the Psalms, and we cannot be wrong in imitating His reverence for that Scripture. Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God, and the healing power of Christ is linked with His teaching. Take heed therefore how ye hear. Let this process go on constantly in your mind, What hath that truth to do with me, is that promise mine, doth that command apply to me. Walk among the wise men who wrote Holy Scripture, search the Scriptures daily, and you shall be made wise unto salvation. There is an infinite majesty about every line of Scripture, but especially about that part which reveals the glorious plan of saving grace in the person of our dear Son Jesus Christ.
We pray for you now, that the Lord who alone can do a real saving work will grant it to you. O Lord, look upon this seeking soul who knoweth not what to do. Forgive sin and heal disease of soul, for with Thee pardon and healing are joined. Renew the mind by Thy Holy Spirit, transform by the renewing of the mind, that heart and thoughts may be brought into sweet alignment with Thy infallible Word. Give a tender conscience, a willing mind and a yielding spirit. Let the healing leaves of Christ change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Teach this dear one to wait upon Thee, to hear Thy Word gratefully and prayerfully, and to find confidence at the foot of Scripture. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only Physician and Saviour. Amen.
