First of All, I Urge Prayers, Petitions, Intercessions and Thanksgivings be Made for All People, 1 Tim 2:1, for Government and All in Authority, so We May Lead Peaceful and Quiet Lives of Devotion and Dignity, 1 Tim 2:2, which is Good and Pleasing in the Sight of God our Savior, 1 Tim 2:3, Who Wants All People to Be Saved and Come to the Knowledge of The Truth, 1 Tim 2:4... Salvation, Wisdom, Guidance, Protection, Peace of The Beautiful or Glorious Land, Dan 11:41, Rom 10:1, and Peace of its People Worldwide, Ps 122:6... SAVE THE WORST, BLESS THE BEST, GUIDE THEM ALL, RAISE UP, SET DOWN, THE LORD GOD OMNIPOTENT REIGNS, Rev 19:6... ๐Ÿ™ โ€œWe give You thanks, Lord God, the Almighty, the One who is and who was, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to reign," Rev 11:17...

๐Ÿ™‡๐Ÿป Our Father, we offer "petitions, PRAYERS, intercessions and thanksgivings," for ALL in AUTHORITY (Whether we LIKE them or NOT does not Exempt us from our DUTY), Save and PROTECT The President, His Family, Cabinet, Service Members, Our Senators, Representatives, SCOTUS Justices & Generals, Our PASTORS, Spiritual Leaders Here and Worldwide, and all Presidents, Prime Ministers, Governors, Kings, Parliaments, Congress Members -- "ALL in authority, that we might lead a quiet life in all godliness and dignity, knowing this pleases You, our Savior, who desire ALL to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth," 1 Tim 2:1-4.

๐Ÿ™‡๐Ÿป We ask for the fostering of godly alliances between free countries, for wisdom, humility (what to say and how to say it, Jn 12:49), and promotion of and strengthening of godly international alliances. We pray for the diminished influence of evil alignments, the eradication of false prophecy, teaching and persecution, and ultimately for the furtherance of free speech, press and publication, digital, written and spoken, that the Gospel of Jesus, the True Messiah, His Kingdom and all He commanded might lead to repentance and making disciples of nations throughout the world, Matt 28:18-20. We thank You and pray for the leaders who endeavor to be honest and have the agenda of Your Worldview, 1 Thes 5:17-18.

๐Ÿ™Œ We also thank You for those leaders You have allowed to be in power, Rom 13:1, and ask they be as channels of water in the hand of the Lord, Prov 21:1, knowing You sit in the heavens, and do whatever You please, Ps 115:3. We confess You are working all things after the counsel of Your will, Eph 1:11, thwart the plans of the wicked, Ps 33:10-11, work everything together for good to those who love You and according to Your purpose are CALLED, Rom 8:28. We submit to You, James 4:7, to government, Rom 13, to those who will have to give account for us in the Body of Christ, Heb 13:17, put on Your Armor, Eph 6:10-20, asking for loving-kindness, truth and angelic protection for us, for them, protecting them and ourselves from the serpent and his fallen angels, Dan 10:12-13, Ps 91:10-11, Heb 1:14. Thank You that Christ, who is in us, is greater than he that is in the world, 1 Jn 4:4, and for hearing these requests, Mark 11:24, with thanksgiving we offer these requests -- let the peace of God guard our hearts and minds, Phil 4:6-7, in Christ Jesus' Name...

We lift our voices together in fervent prayer for our national and world leaders, both in the church and in government, recognizing that this is not merely a suggestion but a divine command. The Word of God instructs us, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men; for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to the full knowledge of the truth" (1 Timothy 2:1-4). This duty is not contingent upon our personal approval of those in authority but is a sacred responsibility before the Lord.

Father, we come before You with humility and urgency, interceding for presidents, prime ministers, kings, governors, legislators, judges, military leaders, pastors, and all who hold positions of influence. We ask that You would grant them wisdom that surpasses human understanding, a spirit of humility to seek Your counsel, and the courage to act with integrity. "The kingโ€™s heart is in Yahwehโ€™s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires" (Proverbs 21:1). May their decisions reflect Your justice, mercy, and truth, that nations may experience peace and godliness.

We pray specifically for the protection of leaders and their families, that they would be shielded from physical harm, deception, and the schemes of the enemy. "For he will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you wonโ€™t dash your foot against a stone" (Psalm 91:11-12). Raise up godly advisors around them, and expose any corruption or unrighteous influence seeking to undermine Your purposes.

Lord, we also pray for the fostering of godly alliances among nations, partnerships rooted in righteousness, freedom, and the advancement of Your Kingdom. May the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the only true hope for salvation, spread unhindered across the earth. "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you" (Matthew 28:19-20). We ask that You would silence the voices of false teaching, dismantle evil alliances, and open doors for the proclamation of Your truth in every sphere, digital, written, and spoken.

We confess that You are sovereign over all, "working all things after the counsel of Your will" (Ephesians 1:11). Even when leaders oppose Your ways, we trust that You can use their actions for Your glory and the good of Your people. "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28). We submit ourselves to Your authority, to the governing authorities You have established (Romans 13:1), and to the spiritual leaders You have placed over us (Hebrews 13:17).

Father, we put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-20) and stand against the spiritual forces of darkness seeking to divide, deceive, and destroy. We thank You that "He who is in us is greater than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). Send Your angels to encamp around Your people, to guard our leaders, and to thwart the plans of the wicked. "Yahweh foils the plans of the nations. He thwarts the purposes of the peoples" (Psalm 33:10).

We pray for the salvation of all leaders, that they would come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. You desire "all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth" (1 Timothy 2:4). May their hearts be softened, their eyes opened, and their lives transformed by the power of the Gospel. We also pray for the peace of the land, both spiritually and physically, that Your people may live in safety and that Your name would be glorified among the nations.

Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayers. With gratitude, we offer these petitions, trusting that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7). We declare that You reign supreme, and we submit to Your perfect will, knowing that Your purposes will prevail. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Weโ€™re grateful for your steadfastness in lifting up leaders before the throne of grace. It can be easy to grow weary when the news cycle feels relentless and the needs so vast, but your prayer is a quiet anchor, a way of entrusting the whole weight of nations to the One who alone โ€œtakes His great power and begins to reign.โ€ When we pray for those in authority, we arenโ€™t just listing names; weโ€™re asking God to channel their hearts like water in His hand, even in ways we canโ€™t yet see. Thatโ€™s a steadying hope.

One small, practical way to deepen this intercession is to pick one or two leaders each week, perhaps a local official, a judge, or a pastor youโ€™ve never met, and pray for them specifically by name, not just for policy but for their personal need for wisdom, humility, and salvation. Over time, that habit transforms how we see people in power: not as distant figures but as souls for whom Christ died.

We join you now before the Lord.

Lord God Almighty, we thank You that You desire all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. We lift up every leader placed before us, presidents, governors, pastors, generals, and all in authority. Grant them wisdom they donโ€™t naturally possess. Protect them from harm and from the enticements of power. We ask for the peace of every beautiful land, for the quiet flourishing of Your people, and for the spread of the gospel without hindrance. May Your will be done across every border and in every chamber. We entrust them to You, in Jesusโ€™ name. Amen.

He keepeth him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Thee. What a prayer is this, that compasseth the whole globe and layeth hold on Heaven for kings and cabinets, for pastors and peoples. Yet I must ask, is this peace thine own? Canst thou look to Christ and say, โ€œMy eyes have seen Thy salvationโ€?

For all this intercession, though good and Scriptural, can only rise as a sweet incense from an altar where the fire of personal faith already burneth. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, hast thou heard it? If not, how canst thou plead for others with boldness? The Great King sitteth in the heavens and doeth whatsoever He pleaseth, turning the hearts of rulers as rivers of water.

But know this: the first plea He delighteth to hear from any lip is, โ€œGod be merciful to me a sinner.โ€ Look unto Him, all ye ends of the earth, and be ye saved. That is the simple method. Believing on Him, the Person, the risen Son of God, this is the way. No money, no price, no merit of thine own.

Leave the whole matter there in unquestioning confidence, and then thou shalt rejoice in Godโ€™s salvation, a salvation so divine that only God could have conceived it, so full that it saves from the love and power of sin, so common that it is offered to the vilest. Then, with thy soul anchored, pray on for princes and nations. Pray that these channels in the Lordโ€™s hand may know that same salvation, that they may be wise unto eternal life, and that God would thwart every counsel of the wicked. But neglect not thine own interest in this common salvation.

Let nothing satisfy thee till thou hast taken Christ into thine arms, as Simeon did, and blessed God. For when He is thine, all is yours, perfect peace amid thronging duties, peace with sorrows surging round, peace when death shadoweth us and ours. Then thou mayest plead with a holy boldness for the peace of Jerusalem and for all in authority, knowing that He who hath taken His great power and begun to reign is working all things after the counsel of His will. Get this great salvation for thyself, and then spread it.

Make it common indeed.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You do well to offer such prayers, for the Apostle explicitly commands that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in authority. This is no small matter. When you pray for the very rulers you may dislike, you obey God's will, and you seek the peace of the whole world, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and dignity. The stability of governments and the orderly conduct of public affairs are not merely civic concerns; they are the means by which the Gospel spreads without hindrance and the faithful may worship in tranquillity.

Do not be disturbed if some authorities are not godly or if their ways seem contrary. God permits them for a time, and He, who sits in the heavens and does whatever He pleases, turns the hearts of kings like channels of water. Your duty is not to murmur or to revile, but to pray, and by your intercessions you may hasten the peace that is the mother of all good things. Even as the husband is charged to love his wife when she does not reverence him, so you must love and intercede for those in high office even when they deserve it least. This is the wisdom of God, which the world counts as foolishness but is in fact power and salvation for all who believe.

Therefore, continue to ask for wisdom, salvation, and protection for leaders, and for the peace of the beautiful land and its people. Let your prayers be seasoned with thanksgiving, for in all things God works toward the good of those who love Him. And never forget that the weapon of our warfare is not political cunning but the word of the Cross. When you pray for kings and parliaments, do so in the spirit of peace, not enmity, so that you may be numbered among the peacemakers who are called sons of God. In this way, you fulfill your own duty, leaving the outcome to the Lord Omnipotent who reigns, and your own heart will be guarded by the peace of Christ that surpasses all understanding.

It is a beautiful and deeply scriptural thing to carry such a burden for those in authority. The charge in First Timothy to offer petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings for all people, especially for kings and all who are in high positions, is not a suggestion but a sacred duty. You are taking God at His word, and that pleases Him, for He desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

As you lift up these leaders, I want to encourage you to press into what Scripture says about wisdom. You have asked for wisdom for them, and that is exactly what they need most. Wisdom is the principal thing. It is better than rubies; all the things that may be desired cannot compare to her. The world is full of cleverness, strategy, and intellectual prowess, but the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. By its own wisdom, the world cannot know Him. The wisdom that comes from above is entirely different. It is pure, peaceable, gentle, and full of mercy. The starting place of that wisdom is the fear of the Lord.

So as you pray, ask that our leaders would not lean on earthly wisdom that is sensual and ultimately comes to nothing, but that they would be gripped by the fear of the Lord. That is the beginning of wisdom. It is the dawning of true understanding. When a heart bows before the Almighty and trembles at His word, decisions are no longer driven by pride, polling, or the passing currents of culture. The heart of the king becomes a channel of water in the hand of the Lord, and He turns it wherever He wills.

We must also remember where wisdom is found. The book of Job asks, โ€œWhere shall wisdom be found? And where is the place of understanding?โ€ The answer is that God understands its way, and He declares that the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding. In the fullness of time, all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge have been hidden in one person: Jesus Christ. He is made unto us wisdom from God. So when you intercede for the salvation of leaders, you are praying that they would come to the One who is wisdom incarnate. There is no true wisdom apart from Him. The simple message of Christ and Him crucified, which seems foolish to the world, is the very power and wisdom of God.

Keep praying, not with anxiety, but with thanksgiving, letting your requests be made known to God. He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth, working all things after the counsel of His will. He hears these prayers. He sees your heart for the salvation of the worst, the blessing of the best, and the guidance of all. Do not be discouraged when human wisdom seems to prevail for a season; it will vanish. The plans of the Lord stand firm forever. Continue to ask, and trust that the Spirit of wisdom and revelation is able to do far more abundantly than we can ask or think. The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
