๐Ÿ™‡๐Ÿป Our Father, we offer "petitions, PRAYERS, intercessions and thanksgivings," for ALL in AUTHORITY (Whether we LIKE them or NOT does not Exempt us from our DUTY), Save and PROTECT The President, His Family, Cabinet, Service Members, Our Senators, Representatives, SCOTUS Justices & Generals, Our PASTORS, Spiritual Leaders Here and Worldwide, and all Presidents, Prime Ministers, Governors, Kings, Parliaments, Congress Members -- "ALL in authority, that we might lead a quiet life in all godliness and dignity, knowing this pleases You, our Savior, who desire ALL to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth," 1 Tim 2:1-4.

๐Ÿ™‡๐Ÿป We ask for the fostering of godly alliances between free countries, for wisdom, humility (what to say and how to say it, Jn 12:49), and promotion of and strengthening of godly international alliances. We pray for the diminished influence of evil alignments, the eradication of false prophecy, teaching and persecution, and ultimately for the furtherance of free speech, press and publication, digital, written and spoken, that the Gospel of Jesus, the True Messiah, His Kingdom and all He commanded might lead to repentance and making disciples of nations throughout the world, Matt 28:18-20. We thank You and pray for the leaders who endeavor to be honest and have the agenda of Your Worldview, 1 Thes 5:17-18.

๐Ÿ™Œ We also thank You for those leaders You have allowed to be in power, Rom 13:1, and ask they be as channels of water in the hand of the Lord, Prov 21:1, knowing You sit in the heavens, and do whatever You please, Ps 115:3. We confess You are working all things after the counsel of Your will, Eph 1:11, thwart the plans of the wicked, Ps 33:10-11, work everything together for good to those who love You and according to Your purpose are CALLED, Rom 8:28. We submit to You, James 4:7, to government, Rom 13, to those who will have to give account for us in the Body of Christ, Heb 13:17, put on Your Armor, Eph 6:10-20, asking for loving-kindness, truth and angelic protection for us, for them, protecting them and ourselves from the serpent and his fallen angels, Dan 10:12-13, Ps 91:10-11, Heb 1:14. Thank You that Christ, who is in us, is greater than he that is in the world, 1 Jn 4:4, and for hearing these requests, Mark 11:24, with thanksgiving we offer these requests -- let the peace of God guard our hearts and minds, Phil 4:6-7, in Christ Jesus' Name...

We stand together in fervent prayer and intercession, lifting up our national, world, church, and civic leaders before the throne of grace. The Word of God instructs us clearly in 1 Timothy 2:1-4, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to the full knowledge of the truth." This command is not optional, nor is it contingent upon our personal opinions or preferences, it is a sacred duty we embrace with humility and obedience.

Father in Heaven, we come before You with hearts burdened for those in authority, whether in government, military, or spiritual leadership. We pray for wisdom, discernment, and humility to rest upon them, that they may govern with justice, integrity, and a fear of You. Lord, we ask that You would surround them with loyal and godly advisors, like Davidโ€™s mighty men, and grant them angelic protection as You promised in Psalm 91:10-11, "No evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For He will put His angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." We also pray for divine insight, that they may discern the schemes of the enemy before they unfold, as Elisha did in 2 Kings 6:12, so that Your purposes may be fulfilled and Your people protected.

We lift up specifically the leaders of our nation, the President, his family, cabinet members, service members, senators, representatives, Supreme Court justices, and generals. We ask for Your hand of protection over them, that they may be shielded from harm, deception, and the snares of the enemy. Father, we also pray for pastors and spiritual leaders worldwide, that they may be bold in proclaiming the truth of Your Word, unwavering in their commitment to the Gospel, and protected from the attacks of the evil one. We pray for leaders of other nations, presidents, prime ministers, kings, and parliaments, that they may seek Your face, submit to Your will, and govern with righteousness.

Lord, we ask for the fostering of godly alliances among free nations, that they may stand together in unity, truth, and strength. We pray against the influence of evil alignments, false teachings, and persecution, and we ask that You would expose and dismantle every plan of the enemy that seeks to silence the Gospel. Father, we thank You for the leaders who strive to honor You, and we ask that You would bless their efforts, giving them the words to speak and the courage to act according to Your will, as Jesus declared in John 12:49, "For I didnโ€™t speak from myself, but the Father who sent me, He gave me a commandment, what I should say and what I should speak."

We acknowledge that all authority comes from You, as Romans 13:1 reminds us, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." We submit ourselves to Your sovereign will, knowing that You work all things according to the counsel of Your purpose, as Ephesians 1:11 declares. Father, we ask that You would thwart the plans of the wicked, as Psalm 33:10-11 assures us, "The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing. He makes the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect. The counsel of the Lord stands fast forever, the thoughts of His heart to all generations." We trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose, as Romans 8:28 promises.

We put on the full armor of God, as Ephesians 6:10-20 instructs, standing firm against the schemes of the devil. We pray for Your loving-kindness and truth to surround us and our leaders, and we ask for angelic protection over all who serve in positions of authority. Father, we thank You that Christ, who is in us, is greater than he who is in the world, as 1 John 4:4 declares. We take comfort in knowing that Your angels are ministering spirits sent forth to serve those who will inherit salvation, as Hebrews 1:14 assures us.

We also lift up the beautiful land You have entrusted to us, praying for its protection, prosperity, and peace. May Your will be done in our nation and across the earth, as it is in heaven. We pray for the salvation of all people, that they may come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved, as 1 Timothy 2:4 declares. Father, we ask that You would raise up leaders who honor You, bless those who seek Your face, and bring down those who oppose Your will, for Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne and the only name by which men can be saved, as Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We thank You for hearing our prayers and for the peace that guards our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, as Philippians 4:6-7 promises. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and may Your kingdom come in all its fullness. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this prayer with us. Itโ€™s clear your heart is deeply invested in the wellโ€‘being of those in authority and the peace of your nation. In a climate where itโ€™s far easier to vent than to intercede, youโ€™ve chosen to shoulder a burden that the apostle Paul himself modeled, and that is no small act of faith and love.

Something that helps us when a prayer feels this wide is to anchor it to a few specific names or faces, maybe one leader, one military commander, and one pastor you can lift up daily by name. That small, concrete step often transforms a large, noble desire into a steady, personal conversation with God, and it can guard us from the discouragement of feeling that our prayers are too broad to land.

We join you in asking for wisdom, protection, and salvation for those who lead, and for the good of your people and land. Letโ€™s carry this before the Lord together:

Father, we bring before You the men and women who carry the weight of authority, in government, the military, and the church. Grant them clarity where decisions are murky, humility where power could swell, and a longing for the truth that sets people free. Shield them from every scheme meant to derail justice and peace. And breathe fresh hope into the hearts of their people who long to live quiet, godly lives. We entrust these requests to You, confident that You listen and work in ways we cannot see. In Jesusโ€™ name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has gone up as incense before the throne, a sweet savor through Jesus Christ. I rejoice that you have grasped so firmly the apostolic charge to entreat for all men, for this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior. Continue to besiege the mercy seat with such pleadings, for when the church cannot take "No" for an answer, she shall not have "No" for an answer. Be like Daniel, who no sooner received forgiveness than he prayed again for the rebuilding of Jerusalem, so let your petitions hound the heels of one another, unceasing and importunate.

Despair not over the sins of the land or the darkness of its rulers. Salvation is all of grace, and grace finds its stage where guilt abounds. If salvation were of merit, the vilest would have no hope; but because it streams from mercy, no transgression stands as an impediment. Jesus came to receive sinners, and the fountain opened for sin and for uncleanness remains ever full. Pray therefore with holy confidence for the worst of men, for the arm that saved you is not shortened. Cry out for the Spirit to be poured upon the seed of the Church and upon the nations, till those who never sought Him are made willing in the day of His power.

Yet prayer must not stand alone; it must breathe life into action. The whole army of God must go up against the enemy. Let not a few preachers bear the brunt while others crouch in their tents. All the Lordโ€™s people must be at work for Jesus, by voice, by pen, by sacrifice, making known the old gospel which is the only sword to pierce hearts. Fear not your lack of education or gift; a dumb faith is questionable, but living faith first speaks to Christ and then speaks for Christ. Let your light shine in that great city, in your calling, in your household, and among the nations. Our Master Himself walked this earth as a working Savior, and we are never more like Him than when we spend and are spent for others.

Cultivate the holy art of thankfulness, even for rulers whom you cannot admire. Give thanks always for all things, for the king is the Lordโ€™s servant whether he knows it or not. The heart of every potentate is in the hand of Jehovah, and He turns it as rivers of water. If the present distresses seem bitter, still bless God, for He works all after the counsel of His will and makes even the wrath of man to praise Him. The Cross has already secured the Crown; the kingdom must come. Therefore, let not your zeal flag nor your joy wither. The energy of the church is the hope of the times. We need no cautious prudence that would muzzle the truth; the gospel is invincible, and her worst foe is not the persecutorโ€™s sword but the cold heart that freezes into silence. Awake, O sleeper, and Christ shall give thee light. In your own soul, in your household, in this city, there are many whom the Lord will yet call, and He will be with you as you testify. Only believe, and you shall see the glory of God. The vision tarries, but it will surely come.

You have rightly urged prayer for all in authority, as the Apostle commands, that we might lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and dignity. This is good and pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all to be saved. Yet let me fix your mind upon what constitutes this peace we seek. The peace which Christ gives is not as the world gives: a mere absence of conflict or a treaty among wicked men.

The concord of robbers is not peace, but a conspiracy of disease. True peace is born when the mutinous part is cut off, when sin is slain, when the soul is reconciled to God through the Cross. The rulers you pray for, whether you like them or not, serve a great purpose: they are a restraint against chaos, a channel of water in the hand of the Lord. For this, pray earnestly, for their stability permits the proclamation of the Gospel.

But know this: the wisdom of this world and its rulers is coming to naught. We speak a wisdom not of this age, a hidden wisdom of God, even the method of salvation, the being saved by the Cross. To the world, this word is foolishness, being itself Wisdom and Power. Therefore, when you ask for godly alliances and the furtherance of free speech, let it be first for this purpose: that the Gospel of Jesus, the True Messiah, might run swiftly and be glorified, that every earthly power might bow its knee to the King whose Kingdom is not of this world.

Remember, the Angels who minister to the heirs of salvation are not given primarily to secure borders and earthly treasures, but to serve those who will inherit the Kingdom. The earth became heaven because heaven was about to receive the things of earth. So pray for your leaders, but pray even more that they might come to the knowledge of the truth. For what advantage is it if a president rules well but perishes eternally?

Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, having shod your feet with the preparation of the Gospel of peace. This is the peace that surpasses all understanding, the peace that Christ left us: peace with God, which renders you stronger than all the fiery darts of the wicked one. Let this peace guard your heart and mind, and from this foundation, let your requests be made known unto God.

First of all, you are directing your heart exactly where Scripture urges us to go when you lift up supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings for all people, and specifically for kings and all those in authority. This isnโ€™t a suggestion that depends on whether we like the person or approve of every policy. It is a clear biblical command, and you are taking it seriously. What an awesome responsibility rests on those who lead, whether in government, military, or the church. I truly believe no one can fully grasp the weight of that office, and they desperately need the wisdom and protection that only God can give. We are praying that they would be channels of water in the Lordโ€™s hand, directed according to His will.

When you ask for angelic protection and heavenly intelligence to uncover plots before they occur, you are touching on a vital truth. There is a spiritual battle raging behind the scenes of human government, and the weapons of our warfare are not carnal. We are not wrestling against flesh and blood. The prayers of Godโ€™s people have the power to bind the work of the enemy and thwart the plans of the wicked, just as Elisha was given supernatural insight into the king of Assyriaโ€™s bedroom. We serve a creative God who is not limited by our technology, and we can ask Him to illuminate hidden schemes and assign loyal guardians around those who serve.

This is why we must also pray that our leaders would not rely on the wisdom of this world, which history shows always comes to nothing. The wisdom of man, no matter how sophisticated, cannot bring lasting peace or salvation. True wisdom is found in one place alone: in Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. So, your prayer for them to have the mind of Christ is the most crucial request we can make. We are asking for a wisdom that the world by its own intellect cannot grasp, a wisdom that makes foolish the shrewdness of the proud.

Remember, prayer is not confined by walls or prison bars. The apostle Paul, chained in a Roman cell, was simultaneously laboring fervently across continents through his prayers. Your intercession from right where you are is doing a work that spans the globe, touching governors, pastors, soldiers, and parliaments. It labors for them to lead quiet and peaceable lives that allow the gospel to spread. We ask that God would open doors of utterance so that the good news of Jesus Christโ€™s kingdom can advance without hindrance, silencing the ignorance of foolish men.

Even as we endure the bungling ineptness of human bureaucracy and the rise of laws that protect evil rather than good, our ultimate hope is not in a political party or a human alliance. We give thanks because the Lord God omnipotent reigns. He sits in the heavens and does whatever He pleases. And when we submit these requests with thanksgiving, the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. The cry of your heart, that the worst be saved and the best be guided, aligns perfectly with the heart of our Savior, who desires all to come to the knowledge of the truth. May you walk in that peace and confidence as you continue this powerful, unseen work.
