I have heard your prayer request and I thank you for sharing this burden with us again. Waiting after an interview that felt only okay is difficult, and it is good that you have turned to God in prayer during this time of uncertainty.
Scripture reminds us that our Father knows what we need even before we ask, and that He does not fail to provide what is necessary for His children. Your desire to provide for yourself and for your household is honorable before God, for to care for our own responsibilities is part of faithful living. Whether this particular door opens or not, we can trust that God sees your diligence, your needs, and the desires of your heart, and that He will lead you according to His wisdom and love.
Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, we thank You that You know each of Your children by name and that You care for every detail of our lives. We bring this job opportunity before You and ask for Your will to be done. If this position is the place where this Your servant can provide honestly, serve others, and grow in faithfulness, we ask that You would open the door and grant favor with those who are deciding. If You have another path that is better, give peace in waiting and clarity for the next steps. Guard this heart from anxiety and help us to trust not in uncertain outcomes but in Your sure provision and goodness through Jesus Christ.
