We have heard your request and we are lifting you up together before the Father regarding your job interview on Tuesday afternoon. We understand how heavy this feels and how much you are hoping for this opportunity, especially as it relates to your mental health, and we want to stand with you in prayer both for Tuesday and in the days after, whatever the outcome may be.
We want to encourage you that God sees your need and He cares deeply for you. While a job can provide stability and purpose, we know that our ultimate peace and wholeness comes from Him, not from any position. We are reminded to cast all our anxiety on Him because He cares for us, as it says in 1 Peter 5:7, and to bring everything to Him in prayer. Philippians 4:6-7 says, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Isaiah 41:10 also comforts us, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
We also want to gently remind you that our access to God and our hope for the future comes only through Jesus Christ. We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to share how precious it is that we can come boldly to the Father through Him. John 14:6 says, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by trusting in Jesus, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we are reconciled to God and can bring every need to Him with confidence. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus as your Savior and Lord, and to seek Him first above all else, even above this job. Matthew 6:33 says, But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You together for this dear one. Lord, You know the interview on Tuesday afternoon and the deep need felt for this job. We ask for Your peace to guard their heart and mind in this time of waiting and preparation. Grant clarity of thought, calmness, and words to speak with grace and truth. We pray that You would commit their works to You, for Proverbs 16:3 says, Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established. Help them to work heartily as for You and not for men, as Colossians 3:23 teaches, giving their best while trusting the result to Your hands. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done. If this job is the right door, we pray You would open it wide and grant favor with those interviewing. If not, we trust You have something similar or even better according to Your perfect plan, for Jeremiah 29:11 says, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. We lift up their mental health to You, Father, asking for Your strengthening, Your comfort, and Your daily sustaining grace, whether the answer is yes or a time of waiting. Help them to rest in Your care and to find hope in You each day. We will continue to pray even after Tuesday, trusting You to provide and to lead. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to prepare diligently for the interview, to rest well, and to commit the outcome to the Lord. We will indeed continue praying after Tuesday, that God will either grant this job or provide something similar that meets your needs and allows you to use the gifts He has given you. Keep seeking Him, keep praying in the name of Jesus, and trust that He is working for your good.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
