We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have continued to lift up your older daughter before the Lord for freedom, protection, restoration and breakthrough, and we have been praying that she will see her jobs and the loving supportive family God has blessed her with as the true blessings they are.
We have been standing with you against the overreach and ungodly influence of this young man and his mother, who has no biblical authority to speak into your daughter's life. We have asked the Lord to swiftly remove that influence and to expose and frustrate every plan to control, divide, isolate and confuse her, and to block and break every word curse, scheme and chain placed upon you and your family, for we know that no weapon formed against us shall prosper as promised in Isaiah 54:17. We have prayed that the Lord would open your daughter's eyes to see this relationship and living arrangement as it truly is, not as a marriage, and to see that this young man is not a provider, a shepherd or a godly leader but a stumbling block to her walk with God. We have prayed for her to be delivered from counsel that encourages living together and having children outside of marriage, financial exploitation and using her income and even credit to sustain this lifestyle, and from the control, manipulation, laziness and dishonesty that has left her exhausted, forgetful and isolated from her supportive network of family and church community.
We pray in Jesus Name that the Holy Spirit will break this stronghold that has held on for too long and bring your daughter out of darkness and into His light, that He will restore her self worth as a child of the Most High God, soften her heart to receive His conviction, and give her wisdom, courage and self worth to walk away swiftly with no regrets, to protect her finances and her promotion, to stop confiding in those who look down upon her and to hunger again for righteousness. We pray for complete restoration of peace, fellowship, respect, unity and freedom in your home, and that where the enemy has caused division and chaos the Lord will bring healing as He promises in Joel 2:25, and that whom the Son sets free will be free indeed according to John 8:36.
