Dear God,

We have been a little overwhelmed lately. Please give us peace in our hearts and minds God. Give us Your peace that surpasses understanding. Holy Spirit, remind us often of the promises in Your word about taking care of our physical needs. We want to lean in faith on You God and we don’t want to walk in fear and anxiety. Please help us to be filled with Your peace and joy every day.

Thank you for each other. We know there are times that we experience conflict. We are aware that we are not perfect and that we will not always agree with each other. However, we love one another so much. We pray that during conflict we would not sin against each other, but that You would help us to remain calm, kind, and compassionate towards each other. Dear God,

Thank you for today. No matter what happens today please help us to endure. Please fill our hearts with joy and peace, help us to persevere in our marriage. We are thankful for each other and in order to live life alongside one another we know we must persevere. Empower us and give us what we need to stand in faith. Remind us of the hope that we have in Your son Jesus. Help us to lean on You and to trust in Your ways.

Dear Lord,

Thank you for our precious relationship with each other. Thank you for all that we have experienced together. We pray that as we grow together and continue to experience things, we would rejoice more. We want joyful hearts, thankful hearts, and hearts that appreciate all that we are given. We pray that we would be aware of the small things just as much as the big things and that we would rejoice over them. We pray we would celebrate our victories together.

We simply want to thank you for each other. You have definitely blessed us with each other and we are so thankful. It is a blessing that both of us know You, and that we can encourage one another to love better. We know we aren’t perfect, but You are.
