Our dear Savior and Lord wept before Lazarus dead body and then calling life unto Him. Lazarus come forth. Life came back to Him and there were wonders to see. A heart of thankfulness and joy in the hearts of those who loved him. Then Jesus wept again before Jerusalem, full of pain and feeling rejection to the King of kings and Lord of lords. He looked on the city He loved, and wept because He knew the future judgment coming to this city because they did not know the time of His visitation. It really was a silent tear. Rolling down His cheeks. The pain and sorrow. To see and feel rejection. No one screamed. No one cried. It was a deep silence. Jesus knew what it will happen. The future will reveal the truth. Let us look at Him...
```markdown Bible in a Year: Isaiah 28–29, Philippians 3 I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life. - Deuteronomy 30:19 A few weeks after the death of a dear friend, I spoke with her mum. I was hesitant to ask how she was doing because I thought it was an inappropriate question; she was ### grieving. But I pushed aside my reluctance and simply asked how she was holding up. Her reply: “Listen, I choose joy.” Her words ministered to me that day as I struggled to push beyond some unpleasant circumstances in my own life. And her words also reminded me of Moses’ edict to the Israelites at the end of Deuteronomy. Just before Moses’ death and the Israelites’ entrance into the promised land, God wanted...
I am new to all this lung diseases that come to us as we age and as we did not take care of our lungs when we worked in coal mines or smelled chemicals in our school class. Pesticides and herbicides did not smell either, but this pulmonary fibrosis has stuck on me. Alveoli become damaged. It has scarred with time. When this scar stiffens, Breathing becomes difficult. Unable to sleep at night. Need oxygen tanks for breathing. Calling on the Lord for healing. The touch of the Master we need. He can do wonders in our life. Let us hear the voice of the Lord telling us the truth and nothing but the truth. Thy faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your disease. Mark 5:34
Why did you do this to me? I wanted to live and now I can't. Why did you leave me all alone to fend for myself when I could not do anything? So many questions arise from mothers who hear the voice of the unborn. Now, mothers feel so horrible for what they did. So, now they feel lower self-esteem, greater anxiety, and low life satisfaction. Only Jesus can help them overcome those feelings and negative desires to live. I saw children in the park. I thought of my child. Who could not be anymore. I wept inside of me. I could not stand anymore. I cried out to God. Please help me. Guide my life to Yourself. And forgive what I did. Aborted babies will not return again to earth, but those mothers who did this, will regret what they did and...
To be filled with the fullness of the living God is to be conscious and yielding to His will, promising Him to love Him with all your heart, mind and soul. Then to receive a moral excellence before others and a character that reflects Jesus love and mercy. Holiness, righteousness and lovingkindness comes from God almighty to those who ask for them. O Lord, give us the wholeness that is found in You alone. Give us the inner dwelling of the Holy Spirit living in our heart. Keep Your grace flowing so our hope in You will never cease. Let us memorize and apply this to our heart today and in the future. And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with the fullness of God. Eph. 3:19
(Not to be confused with self-righteous indignation) DO I GET ANGRY? Of course I do. Because, like Jesus, when He entered into the temple, I'm offended by the continual blatant disrespect toward the Father. I can see how greedy behavior is blocking those who are truly in need of a healing miracle; the kind of intervention that neither modern-day medicine can cure, nor money can buy. The Message Bible leaves no question about Jesus’s motivation that day. Jesus went straight to the Temple and threw out everyone who had set up shop, buying and selling. He kicked over the tables of loan sharks and the stalls of dove merchants. He quoted this text: My house was designated a house of prayer; You have made it a hangout for thieves. Now...
Jesus is our great example of loving care for those who came to Him. After long days of travel, eating little food and praying a lot for those He will encounter, stopping to see and help and heal those who came to Him. Blind and lame people came to Him, in the temple courtyard, and He healed all of them. Matt. 21.14 Every note of mercy and compassion came out from Jesus' heart to those He encountered, every compassionate chord were shown to those who ask for help weaving a sonnet of unity and love toward those who need help. And people brought to Him all who were ill with various diseases, those who suffered severe pain, the demon possessed having seizures, and the paralyzed and He healed all of them. Matt. 4.24,25 For...
He touched me and made me whole. How true this is in my own life. Prepare your heart to give God all the glory and all the honor, He wants to eat celestial food from heaven and receive blessings upon blessing to all of us. He is the Savior of my soul, Jesus, my Jesus, He is the savior of my soul... and I love Him with all of my heart. Yes I am opening the door of my heart so my Jesus, dear Savior and Lord may enter in. What splendor of such delight. Seeing Jesus coming in. Taking the warmth of His hands...
