Jesus said,"Unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God".We are taught from the Bible that the unsaved dead are tormented, DO NOT go to Heaven..Yet there's a phenomenon happening lately that confuses me as to what's happening. An unsaved person dies in their sins{evidence is their actions.}the dr. in the hospital confirms their death, then the dr. with this contraption called a defribrilater , give them a jolt or two, and "resurrects" the dead person. When the formerly dead person recounts what happened to them during this time, almost all of these unsaved people say they went into a "bright light" and saw God.The drug addicts, the murderers, etc. according to them all went to Heaven. Now here's the thing--the dr. did say...
I want to take a moment to offer a word of encouragement to the Daughters of Zion who have embraced your Spiritual gifts within the realms of your call to discipleship. First and foremost, I enter into agreement with Jesus' prayer for strength and endurance over your lives and ministries according to John 17: 6-19. Those in the church, who seek to hinder or block you "in Jesus' name," because of what you speak (your witness), may not necessarily know what they do, so be fervent and effectual, both to the charge of your assignment and in continued prayer for your opposition, until or unless God instructs you otherwise. Because, while they may think they're doing God's work by rebuking you, casting you out of the church, or trying to...
a. Praise to God almighty from the bottom of my heart. b. The pain in my teeth has gone away because of prayers of the saints and of the mercy of the Lord touching each molar I have. c. Thankful for being healthy and alive to praise and glorify the Lord on His day. Sunday, a day to worship and praise the Lord. d. I am blessed to have wonderful prayer warriors and fellow church goers who always bring lost souls to the feet of Jesus. I woke up today with love and thankful heart to Jesus for touching my body and my soul. I was having deep depression and sickness this past week. I called on the Lord and He heard our voice and He healed me completely. Thank you brothers and sisters for all your prayers. God bless you.
Jesus said,"Let your yes mean yes, and your no, no"Liars are among the types of people we're told will not be in Heaven."And outside are...and anyone liking and carrying on a lie."Yet in my life, almost everyone I know has made false promises to me.Start with keeping in touch. How many times have I heard, after meeting new people on a trip, they'll gladly keep in touch. They respond the first time or if lucky, 2, then they "fade out."Second, even "friends."{?}I had an out of sight out of mind " friend" who I actually grew up with was friends with for several years, but when I moved away, although swearing high and low he'd keep in touch, he never responded to me, and when I was in the area and visited,he pretty much paid attention to his own...
God has given us wonderful parents who love and cared for us. Taking us to church and making sure we were in Sunday School learning about Jesus. Now, they are old and weak. Some are in nursing homes and others in retirement communities. They love to be at home with their children and grand children. Some of them refuse to go to a nursing home and stay at home. What should we do for them? Treat them politely and hear what they want to say. Look for the good in them what they did and what they want us to do. Listen attentively when they want to talk. Sometimes blessings comes from their heart. Accept their decisions and help them achieve what they want. Seek to please them, help them and hear what they want to do. Thank God for...
