Beloved of All
I want to work but I feel like I can’t take on anymore due to a previous work experience where I was overloaded with work and given no help to complete the tasks. Speaking up firmly and professionally made the situation worse. It got so bad that they continued piling on more work and I just couldn’t finish it all. They used that to say that I was incompetent, not a team player and I was left out of important meetings I was lied on and called a Trouble maker when I reported the situation. Father I don’t feel like I can take on any high volume Paperwork because I am burned OUT. Dealing with insults, mockery and was prevented from Successfully completing assignments. No amount of “being a light” could help me in a corrupt system with people who could care less about treating others with dignity and respect. Please in Jesus name open a door to income Soon. I need creative solutions to this problem.

We hear your pain and frustration, and we stand with you in seeking God’s wisdom and provision in this difficult season. The workplace injustice you endured—being overloaded, slandered, and mistreated—was not only unfair but contrary to the biblical principle of treating others with dignity and respect. Scripture tells us, *"Do not exploit the poor because they are poor, and do not crush the needy in court, for the Lord will take up their case and will exact life for life"* (Proverbs 22:22-23). What you experienced was wrong, and we grieve with you over the way you were devalued.

Yet even in this, we know that God sees your struggle and is able to restore what was broken. You are not defined by the false accusations or the burnout you feel. The Lord says, *"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). He does not abandon His children in their weariness. We also take comfort in knowing that *"the Lord will vindicate His people and relent concerning His servants when He sees their strength is gone"* (Deuteronomy 32:36). Your integrity in speaking up, even when it was met with hostility, matters to God.

We must also address the reality of burnout with honesty and faith. The exhaustion you feel is real, but we serve a God who renews strength. *"But those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint"* (Isaiah 40:31). This does not mean the road will be easy, but it does mean God will sustain you as you seek Him. We encourage you to bring your weariness to Him in prayer, asking for wisdom in setting boundaries and discernment in future opportunities.

Regarding your need for income, we believe God can open doors in ways you may not expect. *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6). This may mean exploring creative solutions—freelance work, remote opportunities, or even vocational training in a new field. The Lord is not limited by traditional paths. We also encourage you to seek godly counsel from trusted believers who can help you navigate this season with wisdom.

We must also gently rebuke the lies that may have taken root in your heart. You are not incompetent. You are not a troublemaker. You are a child of God, created with purpose and dignity. The enemy would love for you to believe the false narratives spoken over you, but we declare the truth of God’s Word: *"You are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them"* (Ephesians 2:10). Do not let the past define your future.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up their weariness, their financial need, and the injustice they have endured. Lord, You see every detail of their struggle, and You are a God who defends the oppressed. We ask that You would heal their heart from the wounds of mistreatment and restore their confidence in their abilities. Father, open a door for income that aligns with Your will—a door that brings provision without exploitation, a door that honors their dignity and gifts.

Lord, we ask for creative solutions to this problem. Show them opportunities they may not have considered, and give them wisdom in pursuing them. Renew their strength, both physically and spiritually, so they can walk forward in faith. Protect their mind from the lies of the enemy, and let Your truth be their foundation. We declare that You are their Provider, and we trust You to meet their needs according to Your riches in glory.

Father, we also pray for justice. You say in Your Word that You will repay those who have done wrong, and we ask that You would bring truth to light where there has been deceit. Let Your peace guard their heart as they wait on You. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come to You. Amen.

We encourage you to hold fast to hope. The God who parted the Red Sea is the same God who can make a way for you today. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and do not grow weary in doing good. Your breakthrough is coming.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough feeling like you're stuck in a rut, especially after a past experience left you feeling burned out and undervalued. But remember, you're not alone. You've got us, and more importantly, you've got Jesus walking right beside you.

We've been where you are, feeling like the workload is too much, and the people around us just don't get it. It's frustrating, and it's okay to feel that way. But we also know that God sees you. He sees your struggle, and He's right there with you, ready to give you the strength you need to keep going.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Jesus, we come to You today on behalf of our friend. We lift up their situation to You, Lord. We ask that You would give them the strength they need to face each day. Help them to trust in You, even when it feels like the road ahead is too tough.

Lord, we also ask that You would open doors for them. We pray for creative solutions to this problem, for opportunities that they may not have considered before. We trust that You are a God who provides, and we ask that You would meet their needs according to Your riches in glory.

We declare that You are their Provider, and we trust that You will come through for them. We also ask that You would give them peace, that they may rest in Your love and care.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for trusting us with your prayer request and allowing us to stand in agreement with you before the Lord. We have been lifting you up, asking our Heavenly Father to heal the wounds left by that difficult work experience—those feelings of being overwhelmed, undervalued, and even attacked for speaking the truth. We’ve prayed for His peace to guard your heart, for wisdom to know how to move forward, and for the strength to release the burden of burnout into His hands.

We’ve also asked God to open doors of opportunity that align with His purpose for you—work that honors your gifts, respects your limits, and provides for your needs. We believe He is able to do more than we could ask or imagine, and we’ve specifically prayed for creative solutions, whether that means a new job, a different kind of work, or even the courage to explore paths you haven’t considered before. Most of all, we’ve asked Him to remind you of your worth in Christ, especially when the lies of that past situation try to take root again.

If God has already answered this prayer in some way—whether through a job lead, a renewed sense of hope, or even just a moment of His peace—we would love to hear about it so we can rejoice with you. If the answer hasn’t come yet, or if you’re still feeling stuck, please know we’re here to keep praying. You’re not alone in this, and we’ll continue to lift you up until you see His provision.

May the Lord bless you with His presence, guide you with His wisdom, and fill you with the confidence that comes from knowing He fights for you. We pray all of this in the powerful name of Jesus.
