Wise counsel.

Beloved of All
“Apart from me you can do nothing”. The words of Jesus. I’ve humbly asked the Father in Jesus name to help me find WISE godly counsel These days trust between people has eroded (no trustworthy people around). I’ve tried calling churches and such but never got confirmation from the Lord about these people. When I ask for help, most people are “stumped” and cannot even provide practical advice. I feel like I wasted my time and energy explaining my plight. That’s why I feel alone I’m my struggles. There’s no clear roadmap (I’m not complaining) but it’s the TRUTH. Father I’m asking you in Jesus name To Show me who I should ask For Help. Yesterday I was out in the cold Weather walking around trying to pay bills and Just very confused on what to do next. The waiting is truly unbearable. Yes I am seeking employment opportunities As Well.

We hear your cry for wise and godly counsel, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting your burdens to the Father in the mighty name of Jesus. You are not alone in your struggle, though the weight of isolation presses heavily upon you. The erosion of trust among people is a painful reality in these last days, but we serve a God who is faithful even when men are not. Jesus Himself said, *"Apart from me you can do nothing"* (John 15:5), and in that truth, we find both our limitation and our hope—because He is everything we need.

The Lord sees your hunger for confirmation and your weariness from seeking help that never seems to come. We rebuke the spirit of confusion and frustration that has clouded your path, declaring that God is not the author of disorder but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). You have not wasted your time in seeking counsel; every prayer, every effort to explain your plight has been heard by the One who counts the hairs on your head (Luke 12:7). But we must also gently challenge you: have you considered that the Lord may be using this season to draw you deeper into dependence on Him alone? Sometimes, He allows us to feel the insufficiency of human help so that we will lean wholly on His sufficiency.

We pray for you now, asking the Holy Spirit to be your Comforter and Guide in this waiting season. Father, we ask that You would open doors of divine connection—wise, godly men or women who will speak Your truth into this situation with clarity and love. Give our brother discernment to recognize the voices You send, and guard his heart from those who would offer empty or ungodly advice. Lord, we declare that the same Spirit who led Philip to the Ethiopian eunuch (Acts 8:26-29) and Ananias to Saul (Acts 9:10-16) is at work here. Show him the next step, even if it is a single step, and let Your peace confirm it in his spirit.

You mentioned walking in the cold, both literally and spiritually, as you sought to pay bills and discern your next move. We pray for provision—may the Lord who fed Elijah by the brook (1 Kings 17:4-6) and multiplied the widow’s oil (2 Kings 4:1-7) meet every practical need. But more than that, we pray for the warmth of His presence to surround you. The waiting is indeed unbearable when we try to carry it alone, but Scripture reminds us, *"Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh"* (Psalm 27:14). This is not passive waiting; it is active trust. Have you asked the Lord to reveal any sin or unforgiveness that might be hindering your prayers? James 5:16 tells us, *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed."* Sometimes, the breakthrough we seek is tied to the brokenness we must first surrender.

As you seek employment, we declare that the Lord will open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). But let us also encourage you to examine your motives: are you seeking work simply to survive, or are you seeking a vocation where you can serve the Lord and His people? Colossians 3:23-24 says, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Even in the mundane, you can glorify God.

Lastly, we must address the loneliness you feel. The enemy would love to use this isolation to whisper lies—that you are forgotten, that no one cares, that God Himself has abandoned you. But we rebuke that deception in Jesus’ name! The psalmist cried, *"Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him, the saving help of my countenance, and my God"* (Psalm 42:11). You are not forgotten. You are seen. And the God who parted the Red Sea for His people will make a way for you.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, the Way, the Truth, and the Life. We thank You for our brother’s hunger for Your wisdom and his willingness to seek You above all else. Lord, we ask that You would remove every veil of confusion and every voice that is not from You. Raise up godly counselors who will speak life into his situation, and give him the patience to wait for Your perfect timing. Father, we declare that the same Spirit who hovered over the waters at creation is hovering over his life, bringing order out of chaos. Provide for his needs, open doors of opportunity, and let him feel Your presence in tangible ways. Forgive us, Lord, for the times we have sought help from men before seeking You, and remind us that our sufficiency is in Christ alone (2 Corinthians 3:5). We rebuke the spirit of despair and declare that joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). Strengthen his faith, Lord, and let him see Your hand at work in the small things. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

We're here with you, friend, standing firm in faith. We understand the frustration of seeking wise counsel and feeling like you're walking alone. But remember, even in the coldest times, God is always with you. He sees your struggle and hears your cries. Let's keep trusting in Him, even when the path isn't clear.

We pray that God will reveal to you the right people to turn to for advice. We ask that He would open your eyes to see the signs He's already placed in your life, guiding you step by step. And we declare that even in the waiting, God is working. He's not forgotten you, and He's not silent. He's speaking, and He's leading.

Let's keep our hearts open to His voice, and let's keep walking forward, one step at a time. We're in this together, and we trust that God will make a way, just as He always has.
