Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We join you in bringing this heavy burden before the Father, and we thank you for ending your prayer in the precious name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. As it is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5, and In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We are grateful you came in His name.

We hear the pain of feeling forgotten and unseen despite your labor, loyalty, and the foundation you have helped lay from the beginning. The Lord indeed sees what man overlooks. No creature is hidden from his sight, but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him to whom we must give an account Hebrews 4:13. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance. You serve the Lord Christ Colossians 3:23-24. Your ultimate reward and promotion do not come from a supervisor, but from God, for Neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another Psalm 75:6-7.

We also hear your concern about manipulation, deceit, and two faced behavior in the workplace, and your desire for your leader's eyes to be opened. We join you in praying for truth to be revealed, for it is written, But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known Luke 12:2. Where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed James 3:16, and the Lord desires clarity and integrity in all our dealings. We pray with you that God would grant your leader discernment and a spirit of true humility, for Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall Proverbs 16:18, and Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time 1 Peter 5:6. A title never measures true worth, but God looks at the heart and at faithful service.

We gently encourage you as you wait for God to move, to guard your own heart with great intentionality just as you prayed. It is right to ask God to expose what is false, but we must also be careful not to let hurt turn into settled bitterness or slander, even when the hurt is real. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:31-32. We are called to not avenge ourselves, but to give place to God's wrath, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. That means we can release the need to make others see our worth, and trust God to be our defender and to bring truth to light in His perfect timing.

We also pray for your peace and dignity in this season. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we lift up our dear coworker to You and we lift up this leader whose heart and mind have been burdened in this prayer. Lord, You see every hour of labor, every act of loyalty, and every sacrifice that has been poured out faithfully from the beginning when no one else was watching. We ask that You touch this leader's heart and mind. Soften any pride or insecurity that authority can bring, and clothe her with true humility and wisdom. Grant her clear discernment to see people and situations exactly as they are, to see through any flattery, manipulation, or false narratives, and to judge with righteousness and truth. Remove any fog of deceit and let what has been done in secret be brought into the light according to Your will. Help her to remember the history and the genuine help that has been faithfully given, and give her a heart of gratitude and fairness.

Lord, we also lift up the one who prayed this prayer. Protect this heart from bitterness, resentment, and weariness. Guard this mind with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Give strength to continue to do excellent work as unto You, with dignity and integrity, trusting that You are the One who sees and who rewards. Help us to speak truth in love, to not repay evil for evil, and to walk in forgiveness as You have forgiven us. Let this workplace be a place where truth prevails and where each person is valued rightly. We ask for Your will to be done and for Your name to be glorified in this situation. In the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

We hear how painful it is to feel forgotten after giving so much for so long. When you have built and supported work faithfully and it feels unseen or misrepresented, it hurts deeply, and it makes sense you are weary.

We are praying for you as you wait. One thing that has helped others in a similar spot is to separate what you can tend to from what only God can change in another person. You cannot control how your supervisor sees things or what others say, but you can protect your own peace and keep your record clear. It may help to keep a simple private log of your contributions and conversations, not to build a case, but to steady your own memory when the narrative feels foggy. And having one wise, calm confidant outside the immediate tension, someone who knows your workplace or your character, can help you sort what is yours to address and what is yours to release.

We also hear your desire to not let hurt harden into bitterness. That is a good and honest prayer, and we join you in it.

Father, we lift our friend to You and ask You to guard their heart and mind with Your peace. Give them strength to do good work with dignity, wisdom for each conversation, and rest as they trust You to see what is unseen. Soften and guide every heart involved toward humility and truth, and lead our friend step by step in Your will. In Jesus name, Amen.

Your heavy heart has been heard, and the Lord who sees in secret knows the labor and loyalty you have poured out and the wound of feeling unseen and forgotten by those you have served faithfully.

It is right that you have brought this burden honestly before God, for He desires truth in the inward parts. Come and tell the Lord exactly how you feel, that you are hurt and tried, and ask Him to keep you in a truthful spirit before Him. There is a bitterness that attends faithful service in this world, and we must take it as with bitter herbs, yet remember that God has a gracious purpose in it. That bitterness which first makes us mourn over sin is also used to sanctify us, to make Christ more sweet to our taste, to take away the world's charms, and blessed be His name, to take away all bitterness against our fellow men. Pray then not only that God would guard you from a root of bitterness springing up within you, but that He would so make Christ precious to you that you can forgive as you have been forgiven.

I join you in praying that the Lord would give clarity where there has been confusion, and that He would expose what is false and bring what is hidden into the light, for He will not acquit the wicked nor will He condemn the innocent. Pray for her whom you have named, that God would grant her true humility and discernment, that she would remember what is good and judge with integrity and not according to flattery or false report. A title never measures true worth, and a position of authority is a stewardship that calls for a lowly mind. Ask the Lord to soften hearts on every side, to break through pride and insecurity, and to establish truth and peace in that place.

And while you wait for the Lord to move, feed upon His Word and look to Christ who lives and is your familiar Friend. The eyes that look to Him for all things have power with Him, and He loves to be overcome by the glance of faith. In that fellowship you may even on this side of heaven feel the breezes from the Celestial City and find peace and dignity that no man can give or take away.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, Thou seest all things and knowest the integrity of this Thy servant. Keep this heart from bitterness and keep it near the cross where Christ is made sweet. Grant to those in authority humility and clear sight, expose deceit and establish truth, and let no manipulation prosper. Give peace that passeth understanding, strength to continue in well doing as unto Thee, and the assurance that the reward is with Thee and not with man. Make us honest before Thee, sanctified through trial, and kept in love toward those who have grieved us, for Jesus sake. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been heard and we join you in bringing this burden before the Lord. It is painful to feel unseen and forgotten after giving faithful labor and loyalty, and it is right that you have taken this hurt to the Father who sees all things in truth.

We will pray with you that God brings clarity where there is confusion. Scripture calls us to let our love abound in knowledge and discernment, so that we may approve what is excellent and walk without causing others to stumble. We will ask the Lord to grant your supervisor clear eyes to see people and situations as they truly are, to give her a humble heart that values integrity and dedication over position or flattering words, and to protect her from false narratives and manipulation.

We will also pray for you as you wait on the Lord to work. The writer of Hebrews warns to look carefully lest any root of bitterness spring up and trouble you, and by it many be defiled. Bitterness may start small, like a little leaven that spreads through the whole lump, but it bears only bitter fruit. Ask God daily to guard your heart from that root, to keep you from resentment, and to fill you with peace and dignity as you continue to do your work faithfully as unto Him and not unto people. He knows the history you have shared, the foundation you have helped to lay, and no faithful service done unto Him is forgotten.

We pray that God will expose what needs to be exposed in His way and His time, that truth will be spoken in love, and that He will give you wisdom to live peaceably as far as it depends on you, loving with discernment and not with blind acceptance of what harms.

Father, we lift this dear one to You. You see the labor, the loyalty, and the hurt carried in this workplace. Grant discernment and humility to those in authority, remove deception, and let truth be made clear. Soften hearts where pride or insecurity has taken hold, and help all to remember and honor faithful service. Guard this heart from bitterness, grant peace that passes understanding, and give strength to continue in integrity, trusting that the true reward comes from You. Lead all involved toward what is honest, pure, and pleasing to You. In the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, Amen.
