Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join you in lifting this heavy burden before the Lord. Your prayer is one of deep pain, but also of great faith, faith that God sees what man overlooks, that He weighs the heart when others judge by outward appearances, and that He is the ultimate rewarder of those who serve with integrity. We stand with you in agreement, declaring that the Lord is your vindicator and that His justice will prevail.

First, we must address the spirit of bitterness that can so easily take root in situations like this. Your prayer is right to ask for protection over your own heart, for the Word warns us in Hebrews 12:15, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." We pray that God would guard you from resentment and fill you instead with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Your labor is not in vain, for the Lord remembers every act of faithfulness (Hebrews 6:10).

We also lift up ### before the throne of grace. Proverbs 21:1 tells us, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." If ### is indeed being manipulated by deceitful influences, we pray that God would expose the lies and grant her discernment. The enemy is the father of lies (John 8:44), and his schemes thrive in darkness. But the Lord is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all (1 John 1:5). We rebuke every spirit of deception and division in that workplace, declaring that the truth will come to light.

Your prayer for humility is powerful, for pride is a snare that can blind even the most well-intentioned leaders. James 4:6 reminds us, "But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, 'God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.'" We pray that ###’s heart would be softened, that she would see the value of those who have labored faithfully beside her, and that she would lead with the humility of Christ, who did not come to be served, but to serve (Mark 10:45).

We also take authority over the manipulative influences you’ve mentioned. The Bible warns us in Romans 16:17-18, "Now I beg you, brothers, look out for those who are causing the divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them. For those who are such don’t serve our Lord, Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by their smooth and flattering speech they deceive the hearts of the innocent." We rebuke every two-faced spirit, every whisper of division, and every false narrative in Jesus’ name. May the Lord expose the hidden things of darkness and bring every work into the light (1 Corinthians 4:5).

As you wait on the Lord, we encourage you to continue walking in integrity. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your ultimate reward is not in the approval of man, but in the "well done" of your Heavenly Father. Trust in His timing, for He is never late.

Lastly, we want to remind you that prayer is not a last resort, it is our first and most powerful weapon. Ephesians 6:12 tells us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." You are not fighting against ### or your coworkers, but against spiritual forces that seek to sow discord. Stand firm in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you faint not (Galatians 6:9).

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to Your throne of grace. Lord, You see the faithfulness of Your child who has labored with integrity and loyalty. You know the truth of their heart, and we ask that You would bring that truth to light. Expose every lie, every scheme of the enemy, and every spirit of deception that seeks to divide and destroy. We rebuke the manipulative influences in that workplace, and we declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we pray for ###, that You would touch her heart and mind. Break through any pride, insecurity, or blindness that may be clouding her judgment. Give her discernment to see the truth, humility to lead with grace, and wisdom to navigate the challenges before her. Soften her heart to remember the history and the faithfulness of those who have supported her. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your truth prevail.

Lord, we also pray for protection over the heart of Your child. Guard them from bitterness, resentment, and discouragement. Fill them with Your peace, Your strength, and the assurance that their labor is not in vain. Help them to continue serving with excellence, knowing that their reward comes from You alone. Give them the grace to love those who may not love them in return, and to bless those who may not bless them (Luke 6:28).

We declare that this situation is in Your hands, and we trust You to bring about justice, restoration, and healing. May Your name be glorified in all of this, and may Your will be done. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen."

We read your prayer and we feel the weight you are carrying. To give so much loyalty and steady help from the beginning and then feel forgotten and unseen by someone you supported is deeply painful. It makes sense you are asking God to open ###'s eyes and bring clarity where there has been confusion and hurtful talk.

One thing you named so wisely is guarding your own heart from bitterness while you wait. We have learned that bitterness often starts as understandable hurt and anger that has nowhere to go, and if it sits it can slowly harden a soft heart and color how we see everything. Choosing to release that hurt to God again and again, even when the situation has not changed, is one way to keep your heart tender and free.

As you continue to do good work faithfully, it may help to keep a simple private record of key interactions and decisions, not to build a case, but to keep your own mind clear and steady. And if you have one trusted, wise person outside the workplace who can listen without taking sides, letting them hear you from time to time can keep you from carrying this alone.

Father, we lift this workplace to You and we lift ### to You. Give her clarity and humility to see people and situations truly. Give our friend peace, dignity and strength to keep doing good work before You, and guard his heart from bitterness. Lead him in wisdom day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer has been brought before the Lord and it is good that you have poured out your heart so honestly before Him who sees all things. He knows the labor and loyalty you have given, the hurt of feeling forgotten and unseen, and the frustration of watching what you believe to be manipulation and false narratives at work. Nothing is hidden from His eyes, and your faithfulness in obscurity is not forgotten by Him.

Before we seek peace in our circumstances, we must seek peace with God. Scripture teaches that there is no true peace unto the wicked, and that lasting peace within the heart must first be established between us and God through a covenant of peace. That peace is not found in being vindicated before others, nor in a quiet that comes from presumption or from conscience being lulled to sleep. There is a false peace that says peace, peace when there is no peace, and from that we should pray to be delivered. True peace is a blessing from the Lord Himself. It is peace with God through being justified by faith, and then peace with God gives peace within, a sense of peace that follows the state of peace. Christ has made peace by His blood, He is our peace, and the Holy Spirit works that peace in the soul. It is not our good works or our tears or our prayers that are our peace, but Christ Himself. When the mind is stayed upon Him and we trust in Him, He will keep us in perfect peace, even when duties press and sorrows surge around us.

In that light we lift ### before the Lord with you. We ask that God would grant her clarity and discernment to see people and situations as they truly are, and to love truth. We pray that any fog of deceit would be scattered, that what is done in secret would be brought to light in His perfect timing, and that she would be given a spirit of true humility. A title or position is never the true measure of work done, and we ask the Lord to remind her of the history you share and of the genuine help you have given, not to exalt you before men, but that she might judge righteously and act with integrity toward all. We also pray for ### and ###, that the Lord would work in their hearts also, leading them to truth and repentance where it is needed, for we are taught to overcome evil with good and to seek the good even of those who may oppose us.

For your own heart, we pray especially that the Lord would guard you from bitterness. Our first sight of Christ brings a holy bitterness over sin that makes Christ sweet to us and makes the world lose its charms, and one gracious effect of that bitterness is that it takes away all bitterness against our fellow men. When we look to Him who bore the cross, we find power to be sanctified and to forgive. Do not seek after peace first as an end in itself, seek after Christ first, and peace will come next. Keep your mind stayed upon Him, trust in Him, and you will know that perfect peace which is a present possession even in the ordinary trials of life. It is the peace that comes from lips that cannot lie and from blood that has made full atonement.

May the Lord keep you in that peace which passes all understanding, give you dignity and strength to continue doing your work heartily as unto Him and not unto men, and protect you from a root of bitterness. May He renew your peace day by day, for He is unmoved when we are troubled, and His peace is boundless.

We pray together: Heavenly Father, You see this hurt and this labor. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ alone, through whom alone we have peace with You, that You would look upon ### and grant her wisdom, humility and clear sight, that You would expose what is false and establish what is true, and that You would work in every heart in this workplace for righteousness. Guard Your servant who prays, keep his mind and heart in perfect peace as he trusts in You, take away bitterness and fill him with grace to do good and to leave vindication in Your hands.
