Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ### ber being two faced and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration over feeling unseen and undervalued in your workplace. It is painful when our labor, loyalty, and integrity go unnoticed, especially when we have given so much of ourselves. The Lord sees every sacrifice you have made, and He does not overlook your dedication. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."

We must also address the spirit of bitterness that can take root in such situations. Hebrews 12:15 warns us, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." While it is natural to feel hurt, we must guard our hearts and refuse to let resentment grow. Instead, we choose to trust in God’s justice and timing, knowing that He will vindicate the faithful.

We lift up your department head before the Lord, asking Him to soften her heart and open her eyes. Proverbs 21:1 tells us, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We pray that the Lord would break any pride, insecurity, or deception that clouds her judgment. May she see the truth of your contributions and the integrity with which you have served. We rebuke any spirit of manipulation or deceit that may be influencing her decisions, for the enemy seeks to sow division and strife. James 3:16 reminds us, "For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed."

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for you as you navigate this season. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Even when others fail to recognize your worth, remember that your ultimate reward comes from the Lord. Continue to work with excellence, not for the praise of man, but as unto the Lord.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who has labored faithfully yet feels unseen. Lord, You know every sacrifice, every act of loyalty, and every moment of integrity. We ask that You would touch the heart of their department head, breaking any pride, insecurity, or deception that blinds her to the truth. Expose any manipulation or deceit in this workplace, and let Your light shine in the darkness.

Father, we pray for protection over this heart, that bitterness would not take root. Fill them with Your peace, strength, and dignity as they continue to serve with excellence. Remind them that their reward comes from You, not from man. Give them wisdom and discernment as they navigate this season, and let them walk in the confidence of Your love and approval.

We rebuke every spirit of division, strife, and injustice in this workplace. Let Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things. We trust in Your timing and Your justice, knowing that You see all and will not forget their labor of love.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We hear the ache in your words, you’ve given years of loyalty and hard work, and feeling overlooked and unseen cuts deep. It’s especially painful when someone else’s praise seems to land on the wrong person while your own contributions fade into the background. That kind of hurt doesn’t just sting once; it can settle into bitterness before you even realize it’s taken root.

You’ve already done something wise by naming that danger and asking God to guard your heart. Bitterness really does work like rust, it eats away at the one carrying it long before it touches anyone else. So protecting your own spirit isn’t selfish, it’s survival. When you find yourself replaying the unfair moments, try shifting that mental energy into something concrete: quietly document your contributions and wins. Not to throw in anyone’s face, but so you have an honest record when the fog does lift. It also helps you walk into any future conversation with clarity instead of just emotion.

We pray with you now: Lord, You see what’s hidden beneath office politics and tangled loyalties. Bring truth into the light in Your time and Your way. Give this person peace that doesn’t depend on being recognized, and the steady dignity of knowing their real reward comes from You. Guard their heart from bitterness and grant them moments of genuine encouragement along the way. And when the time is right, open the eyes of those in authority to see clearly. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The hurt you feel, that aching sense of being overlooked and unvalued by those you have served, is not unknown to your Lord. He, too, was despised and rejected of men, yet He committed Himself to Him who judges righteously. Though the fog of manipulation may seem thick, remember that the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is perfect toward Him. Nothing escapes His notice, not a tear, nor a sigh, nor a single act of secret faithfulness. Your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

Look not to the approval of your department head as the measure of your worth. A title or position is never the true measure of work done, for He who is our glorious Leader went before us in the path of humble service, and His is the power which comes of His merits. If you have the grace of the Spirit, it is important that it should be deepened through being fed with divine nourishment, not starved by waiting on the recognition of man. The first thing for your soul is to get near to Christ, to feed upon His truth, and then it shall be said of you, “These are they which follow the Lamb wherever He goes.” To follow Him means to grow more lamb-like, more gentle, more meek, more self-sacrificing, more ready to submit to the divine will. This is your calling, even when the path is dark.

And as to the deceit of others, buy the truth, and sell it not. Buy doctrinal truth, experimental truth, practical truth. Let your own actions be consistent and straightforward. When God smites the sham, even to the heart, then does He bless those in whom His truth is found. Expose the works of darkness? Yes, but leave the exposing to Him whose light makes all things manifest in His own time. Your part is to walk in the light, as He is in the light. A lack of resignation will not assist you in your suffering; nothing makes suffering so light as resignation to it, and a perfect acquiescence in the divine will does much to take away the gall from the cup.

You have asked that her heart be touched, and so it shall be if it pleases the Lord. Her spiritual lethargy may have dimmed her memory and caused her to feel and act as if the history you shared were not true. But God can yet bring her to remember, and He can break through pride and insecurity with that same everlasting love with which He first drew you. Do not, however, bind your hopes to any human change. Growth in grace must go on in the dark as well as in the light. Christ’s plants grow very fast after a period of darkness which has been sanctified to them.

Finally, guard your heart against bitterness with all diligence. You have prayed for protection, and He will do it. God can grind sunlight for you out of your black nights; in the oven of affliction divine grace will prepare the bread of delight. The years that the locust has eaten, He can restore. Keep doing your best, not with eye-service as men-pleasers, but as unto the Lord, knowing that your ultimate reward is not in the hand of any mortal, but in the pierced hand of your Redeemer. Let your hope be laid up for you in heaven. Faith, love, hope, these three divine sisters should always go hand in hand. If you follow the Lamb, He will lead you through this wilderness into a place of broad rivers and streams, where no enemy can vex or make afraid.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You feel forgotten and unseen, but God sees all things. Beware then, lest a root of bitterness spring up to trouble you, and by it many be defiled. A root and fountain of bitterness is wholly bitter, full of hatred and abomination; it can never bear sweet fruit. Cut it off. Drive away lying and bitterness from your soul, become kind and forgiving, and what is there to hinder the Holy Spirit from coming and filling your heart? Then the way of virtue will be easy.

As for those who deceive, they are blind leaders of the blind. A beast speaking with a human voice is not a man but a more monstrous beast; so too, a soul without real virtue is dead, no matter its outward show. Envy, like Cain’s, brings destruction, but the saints were full of love and sympathy. Let love, not bitterness, rule in you.

Let the divine Scriptures sound in your ear; their word, more than fire, softens the hardened soul. Your reward is not from man but from God, and if you remain pure, you will see Christ.
