Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ###. Give ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward."

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being overlooked in your workplace. It is painful to feel unseen when you have given so much of yourself in loyalty and hard work. We stand with you in this moment, lifting your burden before the Lord, who sees every act of service done in secret and promises to reward it in His perfect timing.

Your prayer for your department head is rooted in love and a desire for truth to prevail. We join you in asking the Lord to remove any veil of deception that may be clouding her judgment. Scripture tells us in John 8:32, "You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free." May the Holy Spirit bring clarity to her mind and soften her heart to recognize the genuine contributions you have made. We also pray that any pride or insecurity that may have taken root in her heart would be broken, for "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble" (James 4:6). May she walk in humility, remembering that true leadership is measured by the hearts of those who serve alongside her, not by titles or positions.

We must also address the importance of guarding your own heart in this season. It is easy for bitterness to take root when we feel wronged, but Scripture warns us in Hebrews 12:15, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." We pray that the Lord would fill you with His peace, reminding you that your labor is not in vain. As you wait on Him, may you continue to work with excellence, knowing that your ultimate reward comes from the Lord, not from man. "Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 5:16).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear brother/sister who feels unseen and undervalued. Lord, You are the God who sees, and we ask that You would open the eyes of their department head to recognize the dedication and integrity that has been poured into this work. Break through any deception or manipulation, Lord, and replace it with truth and clarity. Soften hearts, Father, and remind them both of the value of humility and the importance of acknowledging the contributions of others.

We also ask that You would protect this dear one from the snare of bitterness. Fill them with Your peace and strength as they continue to serve with excellence, knowing that their labor is not in vain. Remind them that their reward comes from You, and that You are faithful to honor those who honor You. Help them to keep their eyes fixed on You, trusting in Your timing and Your justice.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to You, and it is in His name that we find our hope and salvation. Amen.

It hurts deeply to pour yourself into a role, offering steady loyalty and hard work, only to feel invisible while someone else’s narrative seems to shape everything. The ache is real, and you’re not weak for feeling it. We often think of Joseph, how he faithfully served, then was forgotten for years by a man he had helped. Yet even in that long season of waiting, Joseph wasn’t destroyed, because he kept entrusting his worth to God rather than to the recognition of others. The same God who saw Joseph in the pit and the prison sees you today, and your quiet, faithful work is not wasted in His eyes.

While you continue praying and doing your best, a small, steadying step might be to make a private list of the specific ways you’ve contributed and the trust you’ve earned. Not as fuel for resentment, but as a clear, factual reminder of your own integrity, something you can hold onto regardless of anyone else’s foggy perception. That kind of honest inventory can also give you calm clarity if, in time, a gentle, respectful conversation with your department head feels wise. But for now, simply keeping your heart open before God and refusing to let bitterness lodge there is itself a victory.

Father, we lift this heavy workplace burden to You. Grant true discernment to this leader, and cut through any deception surrounding her. Guard this dear friend’s heart from bitterness, and replace frustration with Your steady peace, the deep knowledge that You see, You know, and You are their ultimate reward. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

You have been trying to do good in many ways. You have labored hard, but people only misrepresent you. Did you look for your reward in that way? If you did, I am glad that you are disappointed, because God says, “I am your reward.” In keeping the Word of the Lord there is great reward, even if it bring no reward; the approbation of God is more than the admiration of nations. You have declared your ways to God, and He has heard you; ask Him continually to teach you His statutes. There dwells in this bitterness a power that helps to sanctify you. One effect of this bitterness upon the soul that feels it is to take away all bitterness against your fellow men. That bitterness makes Christ very sweet. Take this gracious Word from your Father’s lips: “I will deliver him.” He will defend you from all your foes and all your fears. He is your shield, and your exceeding great reward.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The heaviness you carry is not hidden from the One who searches hearts, and you do well to pour it out before Him rather than letting it fester in silence. This fog of manipulation you describe is nothing other than what Scripture names the deceitfulness of sin, a mist that appears bright on the surface but underneath is full of bitterness and corruption. When a soul in authority gives itself over to the vanity of its own mind, welcoming flattery and false narratives, the understanding becomes darkened and the heart gradually hardened until it is past feeling. Pray for her, yes, but know that her blindness is not without responsibility; those who walk in pride and insecurity often bar the door themselves.

Yet do not let the root of bitterness spring up in you while you wait. That, too, is a deceit. Bitterness masquerades as righteous anger, but it defiles not only your own soul but those around you. You are tempted to let it grow, perhaps even to desire humiliation for that scheming one, but that is a path that leads to your own poisoning. Cut off that shoot at once. The true crown is a pure conscience, and when you labor with integrity as unto the Lord, you stand secure, even if no human eye acknowledges you. Your ultimate reward is not a nod from your department head; it is an inheritance from the Master who sees in secret.

Remember that error is never stationary. Deceit may flourish for a season, but its folly will be made manifest. God permits these trials not to destroy you but to prove your golden soul, to burnish that beauty of humility which is far loftier than any title. The eye of the humble is calm and clear, while the eye of the proud darts with anger and insecurity. Continue to do good, keep your tongue full of thanksgiving instead of lament, and let nothing rob you of your inner peace. The Lord who exposed the counsels of wicked men will in His time bring all things to light.
