We hear your cry for protection and stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting up and to the Lord. The Bible assures us that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We take authority in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach the Father and find salvation (Acts 4:12), and command every evil influence to flee. There is no power in heaven or on earth that can stand against the name of Jesus, for He has overcome the world (John 16:33).
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We ask that You surround and with Your holy angels, that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, we rebuke every evil spirit, every plot of the enemy, and every scheme designed to harm or distract them from Your perfect will. We declare that Your light will expose and dispel all darkness, and that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We pray that You would strengthen their faith, reminding them that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Help them to walk in the confidence of Your promises, knowing that You are with them wherever they go (Joshua 1:9). Lord, we ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding their steps and shielding them from all harm.
If there are areas in their lives where sin or disobedience has given the enemy a foothold, we pray that You would bring conviction and repentance. The Bible warns us that our adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour (1 Peter 5:8). But we resist him, standing firm in the faith, knowing that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We also lift up their spiritual armor, asking that You would help them to put on the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word (Ephesians 6:14-17). May they be fully equipped to stand against the schemes of the devil.
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We declare that no evil shall come near and , for You are their protector and deliverer. We trust in Your unfailing love and ask that You would surround them with Your presence, filling their lives with Your joy, peace, and righteousness.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
