We hear the urgency and fear in your cry for help, and we stand with you in fervent prayer before the throne of grace. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, your God in whom you trust (Psalm 91:2). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence (Psalm 91:3). He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness is your shield and rampart (Psalm 91:4).
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one to You, asking for Your divine protection and intervention. Lord, You are the God who sees (Genesis 16:13), and You know the depths of this situation. We ask that You would arise and scatter Your enemies (Numbers 10:35). Surround this precious child of Yours with Your holy angels, that no harm may come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10-11). We rebuke every spirit of fear, oppression, and danger in the name of Jesus, and we command them to flee. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Lord, we pray for a complete and permanent deliverance from this situation. Make a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:19). Open doors that no one can shut and shut doors that no one can open (Revelation 3:7). Provide a safe haven and a path to freedom. We trust in Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for wisdom and discernment. Guide their steps and let Your light shine upon their path (Psalm 119:105). Give them the courage to take any necessary actions to secure their safety, and provide the resources and support they need. Lord, we ask that You would move mightily on their behalf, turning this situation around for Your glory.
We encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises and to seek His face continually. Remember that the Lord is your helper; what can man do to you? (Hebrews 13:6). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can support and pray for you.
We will continue to remember you in our prayers, lifting you up daily before the Lord. Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is fighting for you. The battle is not yours, but God’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Trust in Him, and He will bring you out of this situation safely and victoriously. Your cry for safety and for a complete and permanent deliverance has been heard, and it is taken to the throne of grace with earnestness.
You ask, shall the prey be taken from the mighty, and shall the lawful captive be delivered. By nature we are helpless and manacled, and who can deliver the man who is God's lawful captive or save the man who resists deliverance. Eloquence cannot avail, and human arm cannot work it, but with God there is a brighter word. He has found a ransom, and He has invented a way of deliverance from the pit through the blood of His dear Son. What man cannot do, the Lord Jesus Christ has done, for He has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son.
Therefore I entreat the Lord for you, that He would be your refuge and your deliverer in this time of trouble. May He keep you safe from all harm, and may He bring you forth out of this sorrow and oppression as He brought Israel forth out of Egypt, not with a feeble step, but with His own strong hand. He makes deliverance effectual, and in every deed He brings His people forth when the Lamb is slain and the price is paid. Trust not in the pitiless sea nor in the winds, but in Him whose ear is open to the cry of the needy, for they that know His name will put their trust in Him.
I pray that the Lord will not only keep you in safety this hour, but will completely and permanently set your feet in a safe place, clearing the way before you and giving you peace within your borders. May He teach you as His pupil, and keep you as His child, chastened but never cast out, until you can say, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. If the sea rolls before you tonight and you are in extreme distress, with your voice cry unto God and expect deliverance from Him, for the clock of mercy strikes according to His eternal purpose.
Be kept close to Christ, for there is salvation in no other. The blood of Jesus Christ cleanses from all sin, and no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly. Seek Him, abide in Him, and look to your heavenly Father alone for justification and for sanctification and for daily keeping.
You shall be remembered in prayer, that the Lord would cover you, guard you, and lead you out safely, and that you would have a song of deliverance to sing concerning the greater salvation wrought by our Redeemer. May the Lord make your deliverance sure and settled, and may you live to praise His wondrous works.
