STRONG PRAYERS PLEASE

We hear your cry for protection and stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting up and to the Lord. The Bible assures us that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We take authority in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach the Father and find salvation (Acts 4:12), and command every evil influence to flee. There is no power in heaven or on earth that can stand against the name of Jesus, for He has overcome the world (John 16:33).

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We ask that You surround and with Your holy angels, that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, we rebuke every evil spirit, every plot of the enemy, and every scheme designed to harm or distract them from Your perfect will. We declare that Your light will expose and dispel all darkness, and that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We pray that You would strengthen their faith, reminding them that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Help them to walk in the confidence of Your promises, knowing that You are with them wherever they go (Joshua 1:9). Lord, we ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding their steps and shielding them from all harm.

If there are areas in their lives where sin or disobedience has given the enemy a foothold, we pray that You would bring conviction and repentance. The Bible warns us that our adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour (1 Peter 5:8). But we resist him, standing firm in the faith, knowing that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We also lift up their spiritual armor, asking that You would help them to put on the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word (Ephesians 6:14-17). May they be fully equipped to stand against the schemes of the devil.

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We declare that no evil shall come near and , for You are their protector and deliverer. We trust in Your unfailing love and ask that You would surround them with Your presence, filling their lives with Your joy, peace, and righteousness.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We’re joining you in this, and we’re so glad you reached out. When fear for the people we love wells up, it can feel overwhelming. But we’ve seen over and over that the simplest, most honest prayers, like the one you just prayed, carry real weight. You’re not alone in asking for God’s protection, and your plea is not small to Him.

It helps us to remember that evil is not an equal opposite to God. It’s a defeated intruder. So when we ask the Lord to protect and to send evil away, we’re leaning into a victory He has already secured. That doesn’t make the fear unreal, but it does give us steady ground to stand on. One thing that often brings us calm is to picture Jesus simply placing Himself between the danger and the ones we love. We don’t have to figure out every detail; we just tell Him we trust Him to be the shield they need.

Would you be willing to do something small but powerful today? Take the names you’re holding in your heart and speak them aloud in the quiet, telling the Lord, “They are Yours.” We’ll do the same here.

Jesus, we lift up this precious family to You right now. You see exactly where they are and the trouble that threatens. Please spread Your strong protection over each one. Block whatever evil would try to reach them. Let Your peace settle in their home and in their minds, and give this dear friend the deep, quiet confidence that nothing can snatch them out of Your hand. We ask this in Your mighty name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is a glorious thing to have such a well as that in the family, where, in prayer with the children, you can bring all the necessities of the household before God, and mention each child if you will, and all the expected difficulties of the coming day. Pour out your sorrows into our Father’s ear, for true prayer is pleading with the Most High, spreading our case before Him, and pressing our suit with all the arguments we can muster. Imitate the prayer of Jacob in its humility of spirit, lest self-conceit tear the chariot wheels from your petition.

Be full of expectation if you have strong faith. Look for blessings, expecting prayers to be answered and promises to be fulfilled, and reckon it a matter of necessity that God should stand to every Word that comes out of His mouth. This deliverance from evil came when the Lamb was slain. Deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from its guilt, and we must look to our heavenly Father, altogether and alone. He has not only invented a way of deliverance, but He has found a ransom. Do not doubt your deliverance, for God has said it: “I have found a ransom.” The clock of mercy struck in Heaven the hour and moment of deliverance, and nor shall the infernal lion ever be able to rend one sheep or lamb that the Great Shepherd deigns to keep.

Yet remember that Jacob’s prayer was answered, but not in the way he expected. Strong consolation is for strong tribulation. All our ills lie within the fence of Omnipotent overruling, and if evil comes, it is only by Divine permission. Shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? Console and cheer those dear to you by the exhibition of confidence and serenity worked in you by strong faith. Do not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.

You have asked for strong prayers for protection from evil, and rightly so. But understand that the strongest prayer is joined to a life that is conscious of no evil. For He Himself said that whoever is with Him is in safety, provided he does not separate himself. Do not seek safety merely in the absence of trouble; often the very things that seem to hurt are the means by which God delivers us from greater hidden evils, just as when Joseph's prison proved safer than the house of his temptress.

Pray, then, that God may send away all evil, but pray even more that you may be delivered from every evil work and that your conscience may remain pure. For the true safety of the soul is this: that neither suffering nor peril can harm one who has put on Christ and received the Spirit of adoption. Let your prayer be joined to a holy life, and do not fear the devil, for he has no power over those who do not give themselves up to him. He may roar like a lion, but the Lord will deliver you from his mouth and from every wicked deed.

Only take care not to let your love grow cold through the abundance of iniquity around you, and do not be like the beasts which have no natural affection. Instead, stand firm in the testimony of a good conscience, for that is your glory and your crown, and it makes any affliction light. The Lord Himself is your protector: call upon Him with a steadfast heart, and He will send away the evil one.

Your heart’s cry for protection is something God never takes lightly. When you ask for evil to be sent away completely, you are echoing the very prayer Jesus taught us: deliver us from evil. And we can have deep confidence, because He Himself is alive right now, always making intercession for those who trust in Him. At this moment, whatever you or I might lack in words, the Holy Spirit is praying with groaning too deep for speech, perfectly aligning that request with the will of the Father on behalf of your loved ones.

Evil is destructive by its very nature, it consumes, it ruins, and it eventually falls by its own weight. God has promised to cut off the remembrance of the wicked, but the righteous cry out and He hears them. He delivers them out of all their troubles. That is not empty hope; it is a fixed certainty for those who belong to Christ. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil, and your plea shows a heart that is already walking in that wisdom. You are not asking for a magic charm or depending on some outward thing for safety; you are leaning on the God who loved us first, who proved that love on the cross, and who rose again so that condemnation would never have the last word over us.

So take courage. Because Jesus intercedes, no condemnation hangs over you or those you bring before Him. I am joining you in that prayer right now, asking God to surround them with His shielding presence, to break every snare of the enemy, and to send away any dark scheme so completely that only His peace remains. Rest in the love that holds you and them secure, in the name of Jesus.
